great place to get coffee and relax while waiting! very spacious, air conditioned seating indoors, with sockets to charge your devices. there is also an outdoor balcony seating area, with a clear view of the train times board. the service is very efficient and friendly, and the barista made sure to inform me of any allergens in the syrups they used when I ordered a drink! I really appreciated the effort, as someone with an allergy. thank you for the great hospitality!

The indian lady that served me today was pre occupied talking to her colleagues, I asked her if I could scan my Starbucks app she laughed and said yes and walked off, so I scanned it and it never showed up on my app. It was a purchase of £19. Learn to teach your staff to do the basics.

I came here on a Monday lunch time and was fairly quiet. I ordered my drink and was told I couldn’t use the app for points or to pay. I ended up waiting 15 minutes for my drink and people who had come in after me were served first while I was left waiting. Drink was nice when it did arrive

I visited at 12:18pm today. On the menu, there was a Pistachio Velvet Coffee Latte and a Pistachio Matcha Latte. I asked the barista if she could make the Pistachio Velvet, but with matcha instead of coffee, essentially matcha with pistachio cold foam. Instead, I was given a Pistachio Matcha Latte. I explained the mix-up, but she said that wasn’t how the drink was made and didn’t offer to remake it. If I wanted a Pistachio Matcha Latte, I would have ordered that directly. I paid £7 for a drink I didn’t want, which was made very quickly, and it wasn’t resolved.
