I had a wonderful experience at the Starbucks in Atlanta airport gate T 14 The barista Timia Was very helpful and made the most amazing mango dragon fruit refresher I’ve tasted in my entire two months of drinking it. It was full of flavor and refreshed all the way to my destination. It was a truly amazing experience and I’m still refreshed as I’m making this review.

Google
I had such a great experience at this coffee shop! I didn’t realize it was card-only and only had cash on me, but instead of turning me away, they kindly offered me a free coffee. I was honestly so touched by their kindness and generosity 🙏. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the coffee was delicious too! Thank you so much ! you truly made my day. I’ll definitely be coming back when I stop in Atlanta (with my card next time!). 😊☕💛

I ordered an iced London Fog latte but was given a hot drink. When I mentioned it to the staff, I was met with nothing but attitude, especially from the person at the till, Jas, who very loudly said, “How the hell does she want us to make a hot tea iced?” This was at the Starbucks in the Atlanta airport by gate B28. If they had simply mentioned that they didn’t know how to make it, I would have gladly taken something else. Instead, this is what they gave me: a venti cup filled with milk, ice, and a tea bag. No one spoke to me directly; they just placed the cup in front of me and walked away. Not to mention, I wasn’t the only one whose order they got wrong. Maybe they should focus more on customer service rather than singing. Google won’t let me leave zero stars—otherwise, I would.

Google
The kids behind the counter have a terrible persona. I didn't understand why they were so rude. One was wearing a lgbtquia pin on her hat and when a customer asked her if she could hand her her bag and she told her she has to wait for the other lady to hand it to her first. The customer was in a hurry like we all are but there was no care given and she was very blunt in rude. They did take my order but it was so slow and it took a while for a bigger lady to come out and help, she only came out when the line grew to 10+ people. The egg bites were good.

Shaili Salgia

Google
These Starbucks ladies were very POLITE and PATIENT. I really appreciate their manners! I only got a chance to ask for one person's name (Maxey S.), and she had great customer service skills! She was so kind and answered my questions! Also, the other lady who was making the drinks, she was REAL QUICK!!!

I placed a mobile order, and they either never got it or someone grabbed my food. I waited at the mobile counter for 15 minutes, while it was not busy at all and there were 5 employees. No one bothered to ask me if I was waiting for an order while I was the only one standing there. Other people were walking up and ordering and getting their order quickly, while I'd ordered early and was left unacknowledged. Once I flagged down an employee, they were happy to remake my order, but seriously, they could have been more proactive. There were 5 of them chatting away with each other and other airport employees, completely ignoring another customer. Seems like a bunch of teenagers working their first job ever, so they could stand to hire someone with experience to wrangle them and show them proper customer service.

Google
Destiny provided outstanding customer service. My friends and I came in with a large work order, and she handled the entire process efficiently and seamlessly. Her friendly demeanor and personable approach made the experience both smooth and enjoyable.

Marina Ruby

Google
My order was completely ignored, workers were just chatting with each other in the kitchen, when I addressed it, I was yelled at, that “I have an attitude”. In the end they did my coffee, as of it was a favor. Coffee went straight to garbage where it belonged, cause it tasted like milk with coffee drop.

Yelp
Can't even rate this a 1/2 star..... bad attitude all around from every barista from the moment they take your order. This has been my 5th time here only because it's the closest place to get coffee at the International arrival area at Hartsfield Airport. To make matters even more so disappointing I ordered a Venti green tea cold( no ice), the barrista hands me a Venti cup with maybe enough tea for 4 sips ....according to her, it's the new Starbucks policy. She explained ice is their filler for drinks therefore the amount served is what I get.... unbelievable.

Yelp
Starbucks is a classic place. With each location you hope for quick and efficient service and that was the case here. Good location.

Tristan M.

Yelp
I was the only one at the location at 10pm (not busy what so ever) politely greeted the barista and she just asked what do you want lol I ordered my wife a lavender matcha iced coffee and she just stirred the powders together instead of blending it so when she drank it was nothing but powder. Asked her to please remake the drink and she said nothing just made it the same way even though we expressed the problem and proceeded to charge us for the new drink. At $15 for simple coffee this was unacceptable. We threw them away... Very disappointed with this experience...

Yelp
A decent Starbucks. Only three or four people in line when we visited plus I was able to buy another Starbucks mug for my collection.
google avatar

Hannah S.

Yelp
Ordered a venti the person on the register triple confirmed my order and gave me a receipt. The woman who made my drink made me the smallest size. Despite me her and the receipt saying I ordered a venti she refused to remake my drink so I paid extra for less. I was the only one there so it's not like they lost my ticket or were over whelmed with orders.
google avatar

Yelp
Crazy interaction, young man taking orders was inaudible, no one could really understand him?? Everyone else's was super friendly and the cold brew is excellent. Just a very strange experience
google avatar

LaTasha A.

Yelp
Drink tasted HORRIBLE. OMG. Maybe this is a test location for employees to come learn, or those that fail at other stores. Not sure why, but the drink was absolutely disgusting. Do not recommend.
google avatar

Yelp
I prefer early morning flights and this airport location was the only restaurant open at 4:30 in the morning on a Saturday. I was able to walk up and place my order despite there being at least ten people waiting ahead of me. They were getting orders taken and prepared rather quickly. There were at least three people behind the counter. I ordered a Gouda cheese and egg muffin and a matcha iced latte. Everything tasted good. I expected the grande drink to come in a bigger plastic cup, but it was still good. It was served in a smaller hot beverage cup. I probably waited a total of 6 minutes for my entire order to be finished. The hardest thing was hearing your name called because there isn't enough space for everyone to stand directly in front of the counter. I was seated around the corner in a chair. The seating area was comfortable though. I'd definitely come here again if I am at this gate in the future. Gate F y'all; check out this Starbucks location. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
I ordered my food and drink 20ish mins before getting to the actual kiosk since I know they're usually busy. I got there and only my drink was there which I thought was funny so I asked Kiana about my food and she said "it'll be right out" without even looking up to look at me. Didn't check on it, just continue doing what she was doing. 5 mins later I asked another staff member who actually checked on it and said someone must've taken it and apologized for the inconvenience, and got me my food right away. I wish the first employee I asked would've reacted that way.

Tara M.

Yelp
Very rude workers at this Starbucks location. I have never been to a worse Starbucks in my life. Overcharged me and made it seem like he was inconvenienced to make the correct order/price. He even said to the person behind me "sorry you got stuck behind that lady." while I was standing there waiting for my drink.
google avatar

Paul J.

Yelp
This is got to be absolutely the worst attitude Starbucks employees I've ever come across. (C37) I fly through Atlanta frequently and I don't think I've ever had a good experience to include today. They are surly, they hate working there; they close early, they're just miserable. My next visit will be to Caribou coffee, but they're probably not much better since the airport employees cross the border seem to hate their work environment. Really hurts the Starbucks brand equity and Starbucks doesn't need that hurt right now that's for sure.

Angie B.

Yelp
This is the worst Starbucks EVER!!!!!!! DO NOT SUPPORT THE STABUCKS ON CONCOURSE F in HARTFIELD JACKSON AIRPORT. I order a mango dragonfruit lemonade & a turkey breakfast sandwich with egg & cheese. I received my sandwich first. It was overcooked in the microwave and the cheese had disipated and turkey on my sandwich was spoiled. The manager wasn't concerned enough to remove the turkey sandwiches from the menu to investigate. She simply looked at it said, "Sorry about that" and offered another selection or refund. After waiting 20 minutes, I inquired of the barista about my mango dragonfruit lemonade. She rudely pointed at my empty cup and said she didn't know when my drink would be ready. I asked for a refund because the time for my flight was approaching. For this staff to be employed in a very busy airport, retraining and customer service really need to be addressed to provide the service needed in a fast-paced environment.

Jameson R.

Yelp
Been to hundreds, if not thousands of Starbucks across various states/airports, and have never had worse service than here. Not sure what is more shit, the coffee or the staff. Watched them ruin multiple orders and then have the audacity to talk back to polite customers letting them know of the error. To the staff, If you hate work this much, don't come. Not one soul traveling has the energy to deal with whatever asinine personal issues you are harboring. Incredibly unprofessional and a horrible first impression of Atlanta to those who have just arrived.
google avatar

Anna W.

Yelp
Women that rang up my order was extremely inconvenienced to take my order. She ended up giving me frozen bread.
google avatar

Brandi Asha E.

Yelp
They don't have enough people. International concourse is very busy on Saturday and Sunday and they need to have staffing available. You only have one person making drinks. Waiting 40 mins for a Latte that we never received.

Ivette G.

Yelp
This is the WORST Starbucks I've ever been at. They were out of everything, and to top it off, the employees attitudes were pretty unwelcoming.
google avatar

Hannah N.

Yelp
I've never waited 50 minutes for fast food in an airport until visiting the Starbucks in terminal F. Very chaotic and disorganized. Huge cluster of people waiting for their orders, line wraps around and outside of the Starbucks location, and there are no tables or seats for the hoard of people forced to wait almost an hour for their mediocre franchise coffee and microwaved meals. I'd be irritated if I had to wait this long in a real restaurant--but in an airport Starbucks!? Unreal. There was a stack of 30+ food and drink orders abandoned by people who had to catch flights. Avoid this place if you have a short layover. Or if you value your time.
google avatar

Russ N.

Yelp
35 minutes between ordering and pick up in an airport. Outrageously slow. What on earth are they thinking. Drinks and food abandoned at the counter because of the wait. I wonder just how much food they throw out each day and how much money they're collecting to do that.
google avatar

Marcus F.

Yelp
It's a good Starbucks, it's kinda in the cut so if u don't know that's it's there u might not see it. But every time I been there the line hasn't been too long and the make the drinks fast!

Liza J.

Yelp
The service was terrible. Got my breakfast sandwich in minutes but my coffee took 20 mins... and only because I asked about it. Also the cashier needs a major attitude adjustment. I watched her interrupt numerous customers as they were ordering to talk to other people. She didn't get my order right and it seemed like she messed up other peoples too. Ive been to Starbucks in airports before and they are always slammed. This was not the case here. There was one person in front of me and about 10 came in during my 20 minute wait. Also, only two small tables with two chairs each. People were standing around eating. Really really bad experience!

Dr. Daphne W.

Yelp
This is a very busy Starbucks. it got chaotic. it's chaotic bc there are not enough workers. It kinda stressed me out while waiting on my flight. My drink was good.
google avatar

Melodiya H.

Yelp
Terrible Experience in ATL Starbucks so far!!!! This fat bitch with the blonde braids at the ends of her hair, had rolled her fucking beached whale eyes at me because I asked where my order was after a 45 minute wait. The Employees here are very rude and disrespectful except for this person I can't tell if it's a female or not but was nervous but nice about everything. If I could I'd give this place 0 stars, I most definitely would, bad service, rude employees and managers, strict polices that keep you from getting the most simplistic things.
google avatar

Dawn O.

Yelp
Slowest, most vacant, rude, and incompetent staff. I'm not joking. My coworkers even warned me but I thought "how bad could they be?" Answer: BAD. They were capable of helping one customer every ten minutes. They moved intentionally slow and uncaring. Three employees. It was literally like the scene from zootopia with the sloth, but if the sloth was incapable of any emotion, and there were three of it. Half the people left after a half hour of standing in a line that wasn't moving. When I finally ended up receiving my latte, it wasn't even more than 2/3. I emailed corporate and they gave me a refund. Do yourselves a favor and skip this location. It's just not worth it. They act like mindless zombies.
google avatar

Amy P.

Yelp
The line is always long, but the happy smiling faces making our drinks make the time fly by!
google avatar

Patrick O.

Yelp
Are you in the international terminal of ATL and need a caffeine fix? Then you might find yourself tracking down this Starbucks. While it's in an airport at its core it's still a Starbucks. You have your same assortment of drinks and snacks that you'd find anywhere else. There is a minimal seating around the actual store/kiosk. But that being said you have a whole terminal to find a seat in. Unfortunately you can't order on your app which would really help b/c lines can get stupid long. They got my order right and it tasted as it always does so I can't really complain. As long as the line isn't silly I'll swing by.

Azy A.

Yelp
Terrible place!!! Rude staff, unable to make the right drink for you no matter what you order! Taste is always off. I'm writing this review just because this was the third time I was having a bad experience in this branch. Stay AWAY!
google avatar

Brent Y.

Yelp
While waiting for the Global Entry office to open, I decided to swing by Starbucks for the NEW Serious Strawberry Frappuccino. To be honest, I struggled through this. I'm not really sure how to describe it, but it just wasn't enjoyable. I was actually upset by this as a huge fan of strawberries. Overall, even though I didn't enjoy the drink, the customer service was really good. Moving forward, I'll stick to what I know and order the regular Frappuccinos.

Ryan B.

Yelp
This place is terrible, opens late and it just us terrible. Drink from the toilet and you will be happier
google avatar

Danielle T.

Yelp
Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I'm a flight attendant and visit airport Starbucks daily and in numerous states and this place is consistently terrible. Terrible service given by staff and the drinks/ food equally as bad.
google avatar

Lawrence E.

Yelp
After waiting 20 minutes for a coffee and almost missing my flight I was extremely upset. The service here is terrible. I can't understand why it took over 20 minutes to make a cup of coffee when it was not busy.

Sarah L.

Yelp
This is one of the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. There wasn't a line, so it wasn't busy. However, they were working at a snail's pace so it still took 10 minutes for them to make my drinks. The employees at this location really don't care. When I finally got my sandwich, it was in 3 pieces shoved into the bag so all the cheese is in my bag rather than on my sandwich. They were out of sugar, so I asked them for some and they said "all we have is out there". I highly doubt that is the case, but even if it was, how about saying "I'm sorry, we've completely run out". Horrible, horrible service from lifeless employees
google avatar

Kenny N.

Yelp
Waited half hour for one grande frap!!! To be fair they were understaffed. However people who work here are not Apple store employees at Genius Bar.
google avatar

Andrew M.

Yelp
Service was a bit slow but it's still Starbucks. Breakfast sandwiches ad coffee were good and staff was friendly.
google avatar

Miranda L.

Yelp
What you would expect from An airport Starbucks. The line waxes and wanes, making wait times hit-or-miss. There's some seating strewn around the place, but it can be hard to get to because of everyone's luggage. Large selection of items in the pastry case, and a pretty comprehensive drink menu too. Customer service left something to be desired for sure. I asked for a plain bagel wth butter and was flatly informed by the cashier "No butter! Cream cheese." without any eye contact. When this change meant I had to pick a new item, she impatiently sighed while I made my decision. Like other reviewers have noted, there are a lot of side conversations going on that take away from attention better focused on customers.
google avatar

Chris B.

Yelp
This is your typical airport Starbucks. They are a bit smaller and a bit less personal than your neighborhood standard...but they have coffee and espresso drinks. Feel free to walk up to the Barista and let her know your order. Then pay and wait for through the process. When they call your name, get your drink, thank them for the service and head to your 'final destination'. I had no issues, but I have had some friends who have had some not so pleasant experiences with customer service. I might have a bad attitude if I had to deal with air travelers all day, too. Friendliness can be contagious...maybe that's why I had good service. Just saying. Happy coffee day (that's everyday, by the way).

Tom B.

Yelp
Rude, poorly trained staff! Usually they are OK with food handling, but occasionally will break from procedure and instead of using tongs to transfer the items that need to be heated up, they will just open the package and use their hands. This they do after handling cash. Not very hygienic.
google avatar

Raven C.

Yelp
I work in the airport so I hope no one takes my review for granted. If you have time to kill, you are more than welcome to come here. You will be WAITING A LONG TIME FOR YOUR ORDER
google avatar

Philip K.

Yelp
Literally the slowest Starbucks I've experienced in 20 years. I could have grown the beans, roasted them, flown them from Columbia and brewed my own coffee in the time it took to get through the line and get my drink

Colin E.

Yelp
Beyond slow service. They were the only coffee and food place open in concourse F at 9am, otherwise I'd have gone somewhere else. I got in line with about 20 people in front of me. Took over 30 minutes to order. Avoid this location if anything else is open. Literally anything else.

Maddie P.

Yelp
Terrible service, manager was fighting behind counter with new employee. Slow service and drinks are not priced correctly.
google avatar

Monica Marie C.

Yelp
If I could give negative stars I would. This place is THE WORST nightmare ever. Longest I've ever had to wait for a mobile order. My food came out in 10 min, however, waited another 30 min. For my drink order. Asked for sriracha sauce (which I had ordered in my mobile order) and the worker told me I had to wait on the side and she will get it to me once she got all other peoples orders out. Its just a few packets of sriracha. No sense of urgency or any care for the amount of drinks that needed to be made. There were 8 cups sitting on the back counter needing to be made, and the girl in the back was just wiping down the counter. She would look at the cups and wipe counter over and over again. Other girl was just fiddling with the whipping cream dispenser to look like she was busy. The manager had a terrible "FML" attitude and you could tell it trickled down to her worker bees. If you have any kind of control of your travel plans, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ATL airport Starbucks.
google avatar

Gina H.

Yelp
Great view from here. Electrical outlets to charge your phone or computer. Plenty of seatin. Young, energetic, respectful staff. Thank you!
google avatar

Silvia R.

Yelp
Horrible service and completely harassed We were 4 people total with 2 carry on and 2 Regular luggages. We got into the corner and the employee turned, didn't greet us and said:"after you place your order you need to exit the store" I couldn't understand so asked her to repeat twice and then understood that after we got out coffee we needed to go. Between that moment and the time we actually got our coffee she asked 4 times if we had gotten our order. There were maybe 2 other people in the shop and we were in the corner at the entrance. The cashier wasn't warmer than that either...terrible experience and customer service
google avatar

Catrina K.

Yelp
First of all there were only two people working with a line of about 30 customers, one person was making drinks, while the other took orders and made food. I decided to time the amount of time we spent in line, a total of 31 minutes in line before she even took my order, I understand the pandemic and the need to cut cost, but in a place like the airport where time is of the essence (ESPECIALLY for flight crew) Starbucks really needs to do better!

Destiny H.

Yelp
Very busy but understandable! Everyone wants their coffee before flying. There was enough staff and they were working very hard to get through all the orders, and there were a LOT of orders! The gentleman that took our order was very nice and polite, and he gave me an option when he learned they were out of the tea I wanted. Very nice! I appreciate him and the team there. Tough job!
google avatar

Joy T.

Yelp
This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Ever. I actually thought the franchise standards would prevent a Starbucks from being as bad as this one was. Apart from the bafflingly long wait (more than 20 minutes from getting on queue until receiving beverage), when I ordered one of their feature beverages, the Cold Foam Cascara, the "barista" told me flatly and without even bothering to make eye contact, "We don't have Cascara syrup." I asked what the beverage would be like without the syrup--was there a substitute? She looked at me as if I were speaking a foreign language. I was not. She didn't apologize or even comment. I changed my order to an iced latte. Again, no apology, no comment. When we moved to the sitting area, the tables and seating cushions were almost all dirty and many were threadbare. As the only Starbucks in the Atlanta international terminal, Starbucks should be embarrassed of this place.
google avatar

Luke T.

Yelp
Oh yeah.. this is a special, very special starbucks. This place has one of them really fancy coffee making device. It called the CLOVER machine. This machine is used to brew some of the rarest and special coffees. I personally like the Nicaragua Maracaturra coffee. The special reserve coffee and the CLOVER machine, makes this a pretty cool place to get a cuppa joe. Location is great as well, they open early and stay open late.
google avatar

Franklin M.

Yelp
Like any other Starbucks they're consistently good. It is located in the new international terminal building with a few other restaurants nearby.

Jason P.

Yelp
Absolutely horrible experience! We waited for 45 minutes for a small order. Barista was extremely rude! Roller her eyes at me repeatedly, missed one of our drinks and blamed it on us. She was mad, loud and slamming things around in front of everybody. Oatmeal was watery and drinks were bad Never shopping there again!
