I don’t get to go to Starbucks as much as I would like due to my teaching schedule. This store that I’m present at (Cheyenne and Drive) is my absolutely favorite store in the city! Why? Number one reason is the baristas - always super nice and helpful even when I fumble on about my drink choices since I’m not here enough to really know what I want. 😀 The Starbucks store on the inside is spacious, clean, and there’s some comfy seats. I believe that it only takes a few minutes to give a complimentary review for a place that literally brings your drinks to where you’re sitting if you get busy with work etc. I’m a customer service training professor and I always love great service and a great atmosphere.I tell my college students that it’s not just what you serve - but how it’s served. ☕️😀 Dr. Melindajoy

This Starbucks is one of the best ones I have been to. I was in the Springs with my husband for his training and while he was training I was here working while waiting for him. I spent about 5 hours in here and was able to get all of my work done on my laptop. Drinks were made perfectly. Food was scrumptious. And staff was very quick and so sweet! If I am ever in the Springs again, I will definitely be visiting this Starbucks as my home away from home, a true comfort. Thank you to all the staff and community around this Starbucks.

Went through the drive thru and had exceptional customer service! I did not get the baristas name but she was sooo upbeat and that kind of demeanor only made the coffee taste better. :)

It was a young guy and also supervisor that helped me and he did an excellent job of getting me a small coffee today on Sunday about 1 o'clock

I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this visit was really disappointing. My order was wrong, my food took a long time to come out and was soggy by the time I got it. On top of that, there wasn’t any writing on my cup. I know it might seem small, but that little personal touch is something I look forward to, and it made the whole experience feel impersonal. I left more sad than anything. Hopefully next time the service is better and the details aren’t overlooked.

The barista entirely butchered my drink, gave me flat espresso (which Starbucks trains you on not doing). Then she disrespected me and walked away. Definitely goes to show who they hire:( never been to a Starbucks where they haven’t been respectful.

Standard drive-thru and plenty of space inside, they actually have a lot more space than tables, so a little surprised at that. Have all the classic drinks, and counter has a fun little alphabetical system so that you can tell which drinks are yours by the name letter!

The Barista was friendly & service was quick. Will return & try food & ambiance. The price is rising, remember paying almost $6 for the Venti. It's been that long for me.

The lady who served me at 3 pm with blonde hair refused to take my mobile app "because i would have to re-ring in the whole order." Terrible service

Went through the drive thru because I had my puppy with me and I usually go inside. The girl on that took my order (Isabel) was just hating life. No hello no nothing just took my order handed me my drinks without saying a word. Just very impolite and rude. This is my favorite Starbucks in town but yall gotta get her on board with all the other workers that are there and happy to be there.

So they struggled this morning. I'm up the street in hotel walked down. Ordered at 7:20 am coffee and two eg bites. Coffee came out 7:55. They made remakes as quick as possible but coffe was basically gone by time food came out was not the best experience

Friendliest Starbucks ever! When you walk in they yell their welcome greetings! I was there the first day of the pumpkin spice release so they were busy. There was an army of people working behind the counter and they were hustling. Case was well stocked and everything looked fresh and tempting. Best. Starbucks. Ever! Highly recommend.

Another great Starbucks experience. Especially great service from Hunter. He even took the time to make some suggestions. Then I saw him dash from the counter to help clean up the dining area. Drive through and lots of parking. Somewhat tucked away between the Baskin Robbins, Fazolis, and Chili's.

All are welcome for Starbucks premium experience and prices. Well done Howard Schultz (for President).

This is one of the best Starbucks in town. Today was my daughter's second birthday and the lady at the window was so nice, made our day so special. They were so kind even after working the holiday it means so much to Momma and her. Thank you for the kind people working there.

Taylor, just made the most awesome quad shot hazelnut latte ever. This was third 3rd Starbucks I visited before anyone had the ingredients to make my drink. The staff was. professional and very friendly and the service was great. Taylor, Taylor, Taylor my dear thank you so much. You were a lifesaver today.

AMAZING SERVICE FROM THE LADY CALLED "VIVI"! I was ordering for a friend who had given me a code for a free drink. It didn't work, so i told her oh never mind then, and she paid for it herself, and i tried to pay her back but she wouldn't let me. Thank you so much Vivi!

Iced brown sugar oat milk latte. YES. Also this Starbucks is great. Very spacious with outdoor seating. And very friendly staff!

Dani is an absolute gem! In fact the entire staff was extremely friendly. Beautiful location, Love the outdoor space. Coffee was quick and delicious!

I've given this Starbucks so many chances but today I decided to stop going to this location. My thirst for the 6$ latte will continue a few miles down the road. What happened to change my mind you might ask? I ordered a very simple drink. A venti lime refresher with light ice. I repeated my order twice, and the DTO read it back to me, exactly how I ordered it. Imagine my surprise then when I got to the window and I had a strawberry açaí with my name on it. If this was an isolated incident, I would understand. But every time I go there I wonder what they decide I ordered at the window. -10/10

The service is outstanding, especially from the lady with the pink hair (Dani). The coffee cake is good warmed or at room temperature. The ambiance is decent.

Super friendly staff! I have never once walked in and didn't get greeted with exhilarating energy. Jordan especially is super amazing, probably the main reason why I enjoy going to this Starbucks so much. She goes the extra mile and goes around to check if everyone in the lobby is okay and ask if they may need water or anything. Love that! Food is always great and the ambiance is just as good.

They were very busy. However, even busy they made sure to be quick, professional, and attentive. Even got a pup cup and a smile!

So Meea , Asher , Christy Lynn make this place ! The rest of the baristas know my face and know my order . They know when I pull up exactly what I want . They always have it ready quickly and they are great to chat and say hello to . They keep everyone moving along but their customer experience is created without making you feel like just another dollar to them . Sbucks pushes their partners HARD on that and this location does a great job . Any time I've had an issue they've made sure to make it right but that hasn't happened in quite some time . Today I had to go inside ( I'm a drive through person lol ) and buy a new mug for work since I washed my silicone ring and lost it ‍. Meea saw me and was awesome . She has such a great personality . Coming here is a pleasure .

Came here to check out and it was close to my hotel that I was staying at. Not too big of a location but it was decent and clean too. Staff was nice and patience as well. She helped me picked out something new to try as well. The drink was well blended and I did like it.

Most of the baristas are super nice but got yelled at by one of them for not specifying almond milk on a Dark Chocolate Almond Milk Shaken Espresso. Not even sure what to do with that or how to fix that in the future.

I'm not the biggest Starbucks coffee fan but I am from WA and this Starbucks is one of the NICEST I have ever been to. Coffee is good, store is lovely and clean but best of all the service and employees make this a 5 star experience. Likely what Schultz had in mind when he came up with the third space! Wish I could transplant this Starbucks close to my home!

For real the nicest people I've ever met at Starbucks and even through all the covid-19 stuff they had a radiating positive vibe that made my day better

One of the best Starbucks experiences I've had! I mobile ordered this afternoon and the best baristas were working. She was so sweet and considerate, asking how to to pronounce my name and what my plans were for my day! Best pumpkin cream cold brew I've ever had from this company. This is the friendliest Starbucks I've ever been to in my life! You are always greeted with a "Hello"! In addition the staff is very efficient and great at their jobs.

I really, really want to love this location. Here's why I can't: the music indoors is typically so loud it's difficult to get a correct order in. I can't understand when the person behind the counter is asking me if I want anything else, if they're reading my order back to me, or what (this is exacerbated by the mask situation). But they have an absolutely amazing outdoor seating area, right? Covered and everything. They also have their drive thru station at the edge of this, and it's always CRANKED TO THE MAX VOLUME! Just a toxic noise environment all the way around, sadly.

I walk into the store not knowing they were about to close it. By their policy I still had time to walk in and order. The associate told me that she wanted to know what I was ordering to see if they had time to make it. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. After I left the location, we try the drink and they didn't taste good at all.

I came in the other day having a really rough time. I was on my way to a family member's funeral and I couldn't stop the tears. This amazing barista not only comforted me but he also went around the counter to give me a hug. Thank you so much you have no idea how much that helped.

Vince at the drive through was enthusiastic, listened completely to our order, repeated it back and did a great job at his job. He cares and that was refreshing. Great job Vince. You made a crappyy experience in So Coorado better. A new day with a smile and absolutely spot on customer service. You deserve a promotion and acknowledgement for a great attitude.

I like this location, its clean and nice and the cashier is always friendly. The manager that runs the drive through is pretty awesome. But the baristas, they could use some help. The drive-thru is always way faster then going inside. I feel bad about waiting in line at the drive-thru because you could be blocking someone from pulling out of the parking lot. Usually I have to go inside, which I dread because even though I order fast and there is only 1-2 people ahead of me, it always takes at least 15 minutes to get my drink. I don't order anything complicated either. I hope they get help with the inside-ordering baristas.

I come to this Starbucks almost every day before work! I have a dairy allergy and so I always order my drink with soy milk! Today, I ordered the same drink I always order and I didn't think to try it until I got to work. Turns out it has regular milk in it. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

The staff was very nice and upbeat. Very nice although I did ask for an iced green tea matcha latte. Very clean and spacious loved the vibe.

first of all, drinks were so tasty and made with lots of love. felt at home as SOON as i walked in and heard one of the baristas singing kpop. beautiful voice! definitely added to the list of things i'll remember from my trip here
