Starbucks

This is the only Starbucks that can’t seem to get my order right. I’ve been coming here religiously since November, and every single time, they mess it up. I just went on vacation to New York and New Jersey, ordered the exact same recipe at four different Starbucks locations, and every single one got it right. Even other Georgia locations don’t have this issue. Somehow, this store doesn’t understand that when a customer adds a flavored syrup, it’s in addition to what’s already in the recipe—not a replacement. It’s not complicated, but apparently, it is for them. The inconsistency and below-standard quality at this location are beyond frustrating. If every other store can make it right, why can’t they?

Ordered our drinks at 2:06 they were left on the counter and nobody called our name to pick them up. We went to counter at 2:27 and got the drinks Both of which had been sitting there

For the second time visiting here, my experience has very poor customer service. The cashier was making her own personal oatmeal, and did not take my order until she was finished. She address me by saying,(do you want something) I'm like really? Only to learn 12 min. later the peppermint drink I ordered they didn't have it, because they were out.

Duper slow, faster to go through the drive thru. No hello or greetings, stood 12 min before acknowledged then at 15min lots of people walked in and to hear employee complain about so many people at one time. The only reason I didn't leave is my daughter wanted a matcha. Do better covington.

Now I’m not usually one to moan and complain on restaurants or places of service, but when I ask my drink to be remade, cause I didn’t get what I ordered which was a white chocolate mocha frappe, I do expect the barista to not have an attitude about it. I didn’t expect it to be pushed up the line, nor did I make a scene in any way, I just wanted my drink to be made right, which after being made still had a spiced cinnamon taste to it. Mind you I’ve been getting the same thing for about 4 years now..

I've had consistently disappointing experiences at this location. The staff seems poorly informed about their products, and management's attitude has often been rude and unprofessional. My last visit (yesterday) was my final attempt, as I was in a rush for my son’s request for a “medicine ball” to which they were “out of stock” on tea {(per usual)mind you it’s 1pm in the afternoon so I highly doubt that was really the case} when they are not well versed on a particular drink request. I highly recommend visiting another location, as this one clearly has a lot of room for improvement."

I love this Starbucks!! They warmly greet me every time I visit by name. The staff members have a wonderful personality and my PSL is always delicious. Thank you for all you do!!

This is at 278 Covington. The people customer service it feels like family. Every time I get a chance tipping is a must for me. All the drinks are yummy and well put together ❤️❤️❤️❤️ 3130 US-278, Covington, GA 30014
