Ordered just fine, but then we got to the window & the guy informed me that he couldn't break a $100 bill and I would be too pay with a different method. Annoying, but whatever. Then I waited almost 20 minutes for a couple frappuccinos

I feel bad for ever leaving a bad review. we all have bad days. I come here every day now. I drive past 2 other starbucks just to come to this one because mainly the service is PHENOMENAL. My drinks are always perfect and they always have me in and out in an understandable time frame. Quick if nobody is there. remember people they take online drive thru and walk ins.... thats a lot. but what I'm most proud of this place for is the parking lot. I cannot stand disgusting trash filled parking lots. every time I come here it's clean so yea I'm gonna make that extra effort to keep it clean. last but not least the employees are very kind. they are never rude and these people really know how to run a busy starbucks. ive been to a lot over the years and I've never seen one stay so well organized and consistent during peek hours. and on top of all that they are very very kind here. I cant emphasize that enough. if you get Andy or Matt you better show them kindness and gratitude because those are 2 very kind souls who know how to give it back 10 fold. its men like this that keep my faith in humanity. no matter how bad my day is or what's going on these guys make it so much better. its the little things that matter

Tasty white chocolate mocha drinks! They always seem to make it right here. My only issue is the cups that the hot drinks are served in. The executives need to know that the cups for the hot drinks SUCK. Super flimsy and cannot hold the lid. I don't know how many times I spilled coffee because the stupid lid keeps coming off with barely a touch. I hate it, especially when it's a piping hot cup of coffee.

Even when the line is long, you’re still in and out within 5 to 10 minutes. The nicest customer service and in general the nicest location around here!

Ordered on the app but arrived earlier than expected. When we pulled through the drive thru the girl was very rude and told us we’d need to come back later because they had other orders ahead of ours rather than accommodating us even though we were in the drive thru already. Won’t be back to this location.

I always order the blonde roast yet they give the gross classic. I only get it passing through so by the time I’m gone it’s discovered. Unfortunately I cannot drink that classic without being sick.

Out of all the Starbucks on the West side this one delivers!!! U can give these baristas thee most complicated order and it will always come out perfect!!! Ive gotten many drinks at other starbucks and they never taste as good as this one!!!.... Keep up the good work baristas..... seen this has a 2-3 star rating, only reason i can think of is the complications of getting in and out of this location it is very tricky at times!! But the drinks are worth it !!

Drive thru is always quick but gets backed up very quickly blocking everything and everybody. Very hard to navigate at this location. Inside is very small and not many places to sit and hang out and drink your coffee and the lot is small and can fill up quickly with cars from other businesses. Very challenging location. Coffee is the same as every other Starbucks. Restaurant is clean.

The staff is always so nice and patient! On top of this, I would say it is the speediest Starbucks drive thru I have ever been too!

This location has been slipping. When we order through the app, extra ingredients that have been added have a tendency to be left off of our orders. This includes ingredients that may physically be seen, and some that may not. Sometimes they are upfront about it, and offer a credit for the missing items. Other times the missing items are noticed once we already have left. Noticing the mistake after we have left mean having been overcharged.

I've been forgotten about or my drink has been completely wrong, as in iced tea instead of coffee, several times. They gave me caffeinated when I asked for decaf due to a medical condition. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because they are constantly going through new baristas, but someone clearly isn't training them right to start.

Very friendly staff and great speed of service. The drinks were excellent but the food was just a little sloppy. I think I had just put my mobile order in a bit too early

The last 5 times I have placed a mobil order, I still have to wait for my food item! This place is always busy so I make sure to place my order 15-20 minutes before I arrive. Not sure why this keeps happening.

You know sometimes when you wake up on a Sunday and you need that extra boost to get ya going? Welp today was one of those days so I took a little stroll to the local coffee shop if you will. The one thing I took away from my Sunday excursion was that someone definitely peed in the baristas cheerios.

I went in at 1:20 in the afternoon (today) a Saturday. There was no one in line and a handful of people sitting. I had a few separate orders and Only had cash, a fifty dollar bill. They refused to take it. After stating it was their policy to take a bill that size unless they didn't have change and didn't feel like getting it out of their safe. There are too many coffee shops around willing to take my money that I'll just avoid this one.

Have had two recent poor experiences at this Harrison Avenue and Blue Sky Starbucks location, both involving orders at the drive thru. Last week I ordered a Grande White Chocolate Mocha. On my way home I took a sip only to realize my Grande cup was not close to full. I had received a Tall drink in a Grande cup. Even allowing for the whipped cream the cup was significantly underfilled. I went back for a remake. Today I ordered a simple, no foam Grande Latte. I drove away with my drink. I took a sip and it was layered with foam. I just don't understand why a Starbucks can't get my basic drink orders made correctly. That is the business they're in. WTF. Pay attention to what your customers order and what you are actually delivering. I may just quit stopping at this location.
