I come here everyday. Yea, sometimes there is a wait, but it's never very long, and that's only because the service is really good. Right on Woodward and the Q line, very near WSU. The staff is knowledgeable and definitely wants to help. Great place to come in and work on your laptop. No one will bother you.

They’ve been messing up my orders for a good month. Today my boyfriend got me a pumpkin spice latte and brought it home but at the first sip i could tell it’s just coffee with milk. In the picture you can see my label says pumpkin but when you look into the cup there’s no spice on the top. Not to mention the coffee isn’t as good as the other locations

Great location by the Whole Foods. Service was fast, and employees were friendly. Highly recommended location.

Worst mobile order experience I’ve ever had with a Starbucks. The pick-up drinks are ready and waiting behind the counter where customers can’t get them. You have to wait for a staff member to ask the crowd waiting if they have a mobile pickup. Why have mobile pickup?? Avoid this location.

Location is clean. Service was fast. They even suggested great replacements for an item that was out of stock. Only gripe was the security guard who had a huge attitude when asked to unlock the bathroom. Even tho I was a paying customer. She really didn't want to end her phone call or get off of her chair. Other than her, this location is pretty good.

This store hasn't had enough support for over 18 months. I always make mobile orders and consistently wait more than 45 minutes for a few drinks. I stopped going for a year until I returned today...I've been waiting AN HOUR FOR 3 DRINKS. Put more people behind the counter by paying and training them adequately or close this store.

Great service and assistance with helping us print flyers for our block club. Great place to be wonderful way to show the world Detroit Ain’t Violent it’s Safe
