Starbucks

Starbucks what is this? This is definitely not what a vanilla sweet cream cold brew is supposed to look like. Went there just before noon on 2/23/22.

This Starbucks is inside Albertson's. The staff are very friendly and I had fast service. I will return to this location.

Gianni, the barista working this evening was wonderful. She went out of her way to deliver excellent service even when I arrived 7 minutes before closing time for coffee. She was very friendly and made the extra effort! The coffee was tasty too!

First off I must say every single employee at this store has outstanding communication and customer service skills! Super polite,including everybody at Starbucks! the barista Abigail is outstanding,she is so happy and nice,makes you feel good when you leave!! It's almost like you're leaving a spa not an Albertsons. 🥹🩷☕🩷🧋🍪🩷☺️🩷😘

Maybe train your employees consistently? Because I've been getting the same drink there for 2 years and today I pulled up and the batista said they're not allowed to make my drink (which just subs one thing for another) and said they'd "make an exception". Exception for what? They speak to you like your stupid and have no idea what you're talking about. Literally terrible. Was already thinking about not going g back byt that solidified it. Maybe believe your customers when they say they've gotten the drink before? Lost a $50 sale immediately.

Morning coffee skillfully create by Ashley...nonfat salted caramel latte with an extra shot. Sidebar: There was a handwritten inspirational message on my cup. It worked, I was impress by the words and the extra effort.

This particular cafe is unimpressive. When I have ordered in the past I have to wait for the staff to acknowledge me because they are busy cleaning or doing something on the POS. Not good service. They make okay drinks though, if you really need to get your fix.

It's Starbucks. The staff are friendly. Coffee is good and made as requested. Casual attire -

The folks in here are super nice. It's the regular Starbucks menu with seasonal specials and everything. You can also checkout with a few grocery items if you want to make it your last stop in the store. However, having fresh coffee while shopping is also a good time. Either way, it's 'bucks, you get what you pay for.
