I came in with my sister to study and have a little hot chocolate with peppermint. Lotus helped me, and he was so so kind. I forgot that my sister doesn't drink dairy, and he was so quick to remake it without a problem. the only thing is that its a little loud for a coffee shop but other than that i was very happy!

Quite a spacious Starbucks and runs deep in with good amount of seating. Very clean and well decorated with 2 clean restrooms. The best part is the service. Everyone is way too friendly, not used to this coming from NYC. Very refreshing and enjoyable. There is a person at the mobile order area greeting you, thought that was a nice touch. Actually frequent Starbucks very often around the country and this is probably one of my favorites.

Very lovely Starbucks coffee shop! The people that work here are so kind and sweet! I love the healthy food at Starbucks, the menu is designed intelligently. The coffee is, of course, superb. :) I was wowed with my delivery order, it was packaged so neatly in a nice Starbucks bag with a very thoughtful handwritten note of thanks. Made my day. Starbucks is heavenly!! 💖👍 Their cozy and fun coffee shops are a wonderful place to relax, do some work, read, socialize, and have an amazing meal, snack, or beverage! I have so much respect for the Starbucks company and I’m a very grateful customer!

Arrived today at 2pm. Service was ok and fast. Although my disappointment is in 3 important things: - bathroom was dirty and smelled bad. - I had to get napkins to wipe my table. I noticed the store was not clean in general. Dirty floors and tables. The place was empty, and staff not busy. Seems that hygiene is not an important thing at this location. - Wi-fi is terribly slow. I wanted a place to chance the setting for remote work as I live close by. I will not be coming back since due to the bad internet, I am wasting time waiting for websites to load.

They won’t make mobile orders if there are any cafe orders coming in. Submitted a mobile order, drove all the way there, and still waited in the cafe for 10 minutes before having to ask them to make my drink (a whole 25 minutes after ordering) and was met with disdain and a completely rude barista.

A man who is tie hair with red band and many hair in his face. He seems like tired and very unpleasant when I order. And He don’t call my name :( So sad. I liked here but He make me don’t want go anymore. Good place for traveler but Some unhappy man in there. Bcz I’m Asian? 🤣🤣🤣 Uncomfortable. Coffee is fine. It’s okay not coffee’s fault. But I feel How they serves loose customers. Keep going!

Tis the season and I was already feeling a Pumpkin Spiced Latte. I also got one of the scone cookies to round out my express breakfast. I actually like this store a little more than some others, simply because of the space and ambiance. There are tons of tables and chairs to stay and work. The music wasn't that bad either. Most of the people coming in were there to pick-up a mobile order. I have time to kill today and I stuck around for a good thirty minutes. The latte was made perfectly!

I have strong mixed opinions on this location. Pros: it's spacious, and almost always has space for you to come and work on stuff. The place is inclusive, too and some employees here are very friendly. Cons: the music here is extremely loud and depending on where you sit, it can sound like you're in a club. It can be very difficult to carry a conversation and or take a call. I had twice asked employees to decease the volume and saw others do the same; however, each time - after lowering it a bit - they would increase it back to make it loud, and so they can hear it. It's inconsiderate. Some employees (only some) are unfriendly and a bit stuck up, too. This location has potential but needs better team synchronicity and management; not everybody is on the same page.

I never thought I would write a review for Starbucks but at this location I had the rudest person to take my order. Everyone else was super nice like that's the usual but that one girl who took my order didn't greet me or talk professionally. Instead she was snappy and rude. I have been working at a restaurant for years and have experience with customer service so I am very understanding but I was the only one there, there was no line so there was no rush so I don't understand why she took my order like that. When I ordered my latte she just put it in and I politely asked if I could get it iced and she said you want it iced like she was annoyed. Also she was snappy when she asked me what size. She needs more training or she should just make the drinks, she shouldn't be at the cashier. Even the person who made my drink was nicer. When she called my name I said thank you and she told me you're welcome have a nice day. That interaction was way better than the girl at the cashier. I'm just complaining because going to Starbucks should be a positive or neutral experience but she made it negative for no reason.

Ordered my "go to" drink and a sandwich. Received the sandwich right away but then stood there waiting for my drink. There appeared to be extra staff on hand but it still took a long time to get my drink. (I had already started to eat my sandwich because it was getting cold.) Finally got the drink and it was the worst I had ever had in all the years I have frequented Starbucks. It was so watery you could barely taste the shot (couldn't have been two as advertised) or the white mocha. The get one star for the sandwich. I recommend avoiding this location.

walkeout without my coffee today. There were only two people managing the store. The manager said they were really backed up, but after 20 min I had to leave! Tables are not clean, but with only two staff trying to serve customers it's a disaste!

Tucked in the corner of the shopping center across from Harris Teeter. Parking seems to be always available the times I have frequented here. There's plenty of Indoor and some outdoor seating. Staff is helpful, friendly, and prompt. There's no drive-thru option but of course the mobile order is available. Overall is spacious and clean. Enjoy!

This Starbucks location used to be my go-to but it has gone way downhill. The last few orders (online via app) have been botched so badly that I will not return. Below is a picture of the product received before a sip was even taken. The service is usually friendly but they do not pay attention to how orders are supposed to be made.

If you live in Falls Church, this is probably your local Starbucks. If you're coming here you probably know the food and drink menu and this place has everything you'd expect. This location is fairly large and has lots of seating (in a non-COIVD time) so you can usually find a seat. Staff is friendly and service is usually pretty fast. Parking can be VERY tight in this strip mall so you might have to hunt for a parking spot.

One of the best Starbucks I've been to across many states and years. 344 West Broad Street baristas greet you when you walk in with a genuine smile! They check in with you and orders are always accurate and prepared quickly. Many Starbucks are not like this and are not clean. This one is always like this and always very well kept! Thank you!

Maria the server was at her worst and asking me i have to pick up things i bought and show her the bar to scan it‍ to not touch it ( where is her gloves) Attitude and no customer service or smile, she added the she have bad hearing, no nuts for my drink and she said they out. I use this place a lot and first time met her and the worst morning for me.

It's been awhile since I've written a review but I had to share my experience at this Starbucks! When I walked in, the staff immediately greeted me. I received above and beyond customer service, and a quickly made perfectly crafted drink. You guys are great! It's hard to find a Starbucks like your location in our area - thank you!

This is my go to Starbucks but recently I haven't been liking it that much because the interior is really nice. It's really local it has everybody sick schools but when there's two issues it the first time I wanted this really rude person that asked me for like just order you drink already it was really rude and then there was this and then the other time you're there which was yesterday they were like someone said why I said somebody said oh my god they got the drip completely wrong. It was clumpy or just terrible and they put ice in my milk. I was mad but anyways it's a good place but it's a nice place goodbye but just like not good like not the quality what customer service but it's good

This starbucks will consistently short you a significant amount of coffee if you ask them to add a splash of cream. Not to mention, on my most recent trip they shorted me coffee and didn't add cream.

A really cute corner location! The outside is rather small but much bigger when you go in. Plenty of tables and seating which I enjoy because i have been to too many Starbucks that lack adequate seating due to store size. The pick up bar is midway through the store and at the beginning of the bar area as it should be which again was nice. My drink, venti vanilla iced coffee with nonfat milk, was delicious and ready for me just as I entered as I order ahead. A trusty little location for all!

Santa even comes to SB when he's off of work! This location has LOTS of room with a wide open lobby area that includes reg + tall tables, bench seats and a variety of goodies to eat.

Ugh. This starbucks. While I've been to many Starbucks, it's not like I'm going to review all of them, but this particular one I do have something to say. It is the location nearest to my work, so I'll stop in the morning or during my lunch break for my coffee fix. It is located in a small little shopping center which probably has plenty of parking for a normal location. However people seem to congregate for book clubs at this location, or substitute it for a library (hey, I wrote 90% of my papers at a starbucks when I was in grad school so I can't judge) but seriously. The line is always so long, once I turned around because I didn't feel like waiting what would have been over 20 minutes for my iced coffee. Always just too many people. Sometimes you can't even find a parking spot. So instead of lurking in the lot waiting for someone to leave, just move on because you're probably going to be waiting too long in line anyway.

A few months ago, I witnessed a confrontation between a regular customer and a barista - the customer had a free drink reward but the female barista accidentally charged him for his drink. She noticed right away, apologized and tried to rectify the situation, but ultimately the customer had already lost his shit and berated the barista in front of the entire cafe - calling her stupid, a bimbo, and cursing at her. He got the manager involved and while she seemed apologetic about the situation, she didn't do anything about this man causing a scene. Even after everything was fixed, he still stood by the counter and talked to another barista (an older man with graying hair and black rimmed glasses), openly exclaiming the female barista was a stupid bitch. What gets the one-star is how the rest of the baristas and the manager were acting. They did absolutely nothing - the male barista even nodded a few times and said, "Yeah, I know. She's like that sometimes." Where the hell is the camaraderie for not only your teammate but for a human being in general? How is it that other customers had to stand up for her but the staff remained quiet?

People are still great and brews are consistently great. A recent makeover of the customer area leaves it updated but kind of sterile and more of the seating locations do not have electrical outlets. (A corporate strategist must have designed the decorations - "keep them moving").The redo needs to be redone. The environment lost a lot of charm and depth, now it's more like a earth tone box (despite the dimensions not changing a bit). They should have contracted or put to competition, some local designers to do the redesign for this "reserve" location. I still come here for coffee by folks who know their coffee.

This Starbucks is really busy around the morning mostly with their mobile orders through the app from what I see but they get all their orders (mobile and not mobile) out in a timely manner. Overall they are always clean, pretty fast for how busy they are and also they're all so energic and nice in the mornings! i remember one time I messed up my order (my fault) and they kind enough to fix it right there and then no questions asked. Jason the cashier is so sweet and definitely handles the long lines and sometimes being the only cashier during a rush fairly well! It definitely has to do with their good management . from what I see.

Most of the staff are OK, but Keri? Come on, not sure why you were so friendly with everyone in front of me, and everyone behind me, but as soon as I stepped up and tried to make conversation you turned off the niceties it just gets old really quick when you're paying five dollars for a cup of coffee that comes out mostly milk & then have to deal with the rudeness. 5 stars and a thank you To the younger workers are always so nice!

Okay it's a Starbucks, they are all kind of the same. BUT, this one has: -plenty of seating -attentive staff -CLOVER machines with FIVE different coffee options! That's pretty damn cool, considering the next best place for coffee in FC is... Panera? Yeah, no good competition, and don't say Stacy's b/c the coffee there doesn't cut it.

Slowest Starbucks I've ever been been to. Every time I come here it takes 15-20 min from walking in to receiving drink. It took me 20 min to get a venti drip today at 4:30. The line wasn't even very long. Unacceptable. Long time gold card holder and I always dread coming in here. Even when I preorder, it's never ready when I arrive. Please get it together.

I'm usually very happy with the service at this store, where they really go above and beyond on most days. Today, however, seemed to be quite the disaster for them. 1. Receipt printer had no paper in it and they didn't bother fixing it for quite a long time. 2. The plug strip on the bar was completely dead. 3. The store was filthy. There was an already-crusting puddle of hot chocolate on the floor, and it took two hours from when I mentioned it to the mess getting mopped away. There were also crumbs and crumpled pastry wrappers at the bar seats. Still there by the time I left. 4. Jasmine accused me of trying to get a refill on yesterday's coffee. Jesus christ. Just because we had a misunderstanding on the price of something, doesn't mean I'm trying to pull a fast one. What do you think the connotation is when you ask me if I was in the store the whole time? You've seen me a few times, know I'm not one of the obnoxious loiterers you accommodate with glee, and you saw that I was sitting at the table with my MacBook. I had to hold back from saying anything scathing. I will go back to the store, but it started to lose its charm to me today and is becoming just a generic Starbucks.

Unfortunately, this Starbucks in Falls Church VA has gone downhill quickly. At 6:30 this morning, I visit to get my coffee, pumpkin bread and the "morning" muffin. Well, I think my first mistake was stopping. I place my order 1 Grande extra hot white chocolate mocha with one equal. The printed label on the cup is correct however; the coffee wasn't. It was warm, no equal and very weak. It almost tasted like a watered down cup of hot chocolate. Now the muffin, I wasn't asked if I wanted the muffin warmed so I just assumed it would NOT be warmed. I was incorrect in my assumption. The young man proceeded to warm it. He took it out of the oven once I said something. I had received my coffee and waited for my food, not sure what was taking so long because I saw him remove the items from a sealed bag. The crew member gave me the items, and I noticed that he gave me a croissant NOT a muffin. Again, not sure how that was mixed up. Croissant and morning muffin doesn't even sound the same. When I tried to let the young man know my order was incorrect, he just kept walking to the cashier to help the next customer. Another crew member asked me if everything was ok and I explained I didn't order a croissant that I ordered a morning muffin. He assisted me with the swap. Unfortunately there wasn't a manager on duty to speak with. Then when I get to my office 20 minutes away, I opened the muffin and it was stale. I have been going to this Starbucks for several years and was trying to give Starbuck a chance, however after spending almost $13.00 for a disaster, I believe it is time to find a new coffee shop that truly cares for their customers and doesn't get by on their name.

I know, it's a Starbucks, so part of me thinks, what's even the point of reviewing it at all. You pretty much know what you're going to get, right? But then another part of me remembers all the fond times I had hanging out at this Starbucks as a middle schooler who probably shouldn't have drank as much coffee back then as I did, and how I've had friends who've worked at this location, and I've really spent a significant portion of my time at this location, and basically how it's the best Starbucks soooo, here we are. This is a nice, big Starbucks with plenty of seating indoors, as well as a few tables right outside. The parking in Falls Plaza is always a little tricky, especially around lunch and dinnertime (there IS a Chipotle like 4 doors down), but even though this Sbux gets a lot of business, the folks who work here always seem on top of their game. Lines move quickly, orders are taken efficiently, the little phone app scanner thing always works, what more could I ask for? PS: I tried the Frappuccino flavor contest winner since they were having a $3 grande deal for it -- a cocoa mocha crunch something-something -- and got diabetes, so, yay! ;)

The good thing about this Starbucks is that it is massive, with places for everyone to sit. And I do believe the entire neighborhood was here when we visited, which surprises me because the store is not well advertised and you could drive right by it. The bad thing is this shopping center continually has water issues and the store is closed with a handwritten note on the door.

This location has a cozy and clean setup that has recently been remodeled. Parking and seating selections can be competitive, so arrive early for the best selections. Mobile pay makes it easy to grab and go your favorite joe or latte, we often select this option if seating options are not available. One thumb up.

This Starbucks is in a great location with lots of indoor & outdoor seating. By far the best location and layout of any other Starbucks I've been to. It is a very popular spot and is generally crowded & busy. The customer service has ranged from awful to excellent. There are some really fantastic baristas here but I've also encountered some really unpleasant ones (to myself and other patrons- on one occasion I witnessed a man be shouted at by an irate female barista from across the bar and a younger blonde barista who fancied herself Courtney Love was so nasty once that I considered not returning). However, for every bad one there is an excellent one. Overall, I do believe this is one of the best Starbucks in the area.

The staff is friendly enough, but at night, the amount of homeless people who come in and take off their shoes just turns me off. That's nice they don't turn anyone away, but there is a particular bunch who come in every night, a few are so loud and obnoxious. They are smelling up the seats. Falling asleep for hours, taking up the most comfortable seats in the house. Compassion is great, but this is not a shelter.

The service on the morning of 7.14.17 was wonderful. I spoke with three different employees while I ordered and waited for my drink and they were all equally cheerful and helpful. My drinks were great and they even let me sample something new while I waited for my drink.

Normally don't rate Starbucks as they are all generally in the ~3-4 star range, but had to today. Been here a few times at this location and it is always clean and ambiance is perfect to just lounge and read, which is why there are always people there (not over too crowded or anything). The barista that helped me out today was named Brendan. Super friendly guy and takes pride in his work - something you love to see. Commented that he liked my cap and noticed now he tried to compliment all the customers he serves. All this to say, you can tell this place is well-managed and one of the better Starbucks around. Highly recommend!

Actually this location has some features that set it above most of the other nearby Starbucks. This location has a large seating area with several leather crushed chairs and couches. The location is also open later in the evening than most of the other nearby stores. It's convenient for a late night coffee beverage when in the area. There has always been ample parking.

Super busy. Great space to work or meet. That said there seemed to be lots of "meeting" going on. I was able to write an article, and read the Sunday paper, as there was lots of table space. The workers were friendly enough. My chai was what I expected - consistency is one thing I always give Starbucks credit for - around the nation. A chai is a chai, is a dirty chai. Patio seating and free wifi. Nicely done!

Service is a little slow but have always made our drinks correct. The reason for three is the bathrooms. We went in today and the bathroom floor had urine all around the toilet and down the side. It's usually not to this extreme but they are always dirty or out of toilet paper. When J reported it to the cashier we watched as she never told anyone!! We watched people go in and come out all having the same issue.

I love this Starbucks, nice and roomy. Great spot for a date, or to do some work. This is a busy location and the baristas work very hard to make your coffee drink quickly. They recently renovated the inside, so it's very clean in there. They also sell sweet treats. ;)

Not sure how this store allows the homeless to sleep inside all day long. I tried to tell management but was told the person wasn't bothering anyone so he wasn't going to do anything. In fact he was acting like I was the problem and rude. Been coming here for years and know this asst manager Rick has had run ins with other customers but his manager refused to hear another side. Thank goodness another coffee shop opened up around the corner and I can work from there and spend my $5k a year with them! #Northsidesocial

Wow Starbucks folks are really off today. No one paying attention to people waiting (5 behind counter). I order a small coffee and pumpkin bread. Didn't want it heated - they heated. Had to ask what I wanted 3 times??? I think my order was pretty easy. Almost like all of them trainees! Very odd for this Sbux!?!? Oh well. Thank goodness my order was simple! Dec 9 2017. Waited 10 mins in line. And they said another 20 mins or so to get y drink. This place has really gone downhill. Have to find a new /better place to get coffee.

Very weak refreshers compared with other Starbucks in the Fairfax area. Sparse scoops of berries. Barista followed the mobile order literally even though he questioned it and put 2 berries instead of two scoops as per the ingredient list. An error in the app, but common sense wins out 9 out of 10 times with other locations.
