I've always loved Starbucks, but this is the one I always go to. If you ever need help with something, Brady is the one to talk to. He's very knowledgeable about his job and can help you with whatever you need. To be honest, everyone at this location is excellent at their jobs - but Brady really shines:) The coffee is fantastic, the shop is always very clean, and they can - and will - make you anything you can dream up!

My coffee today was spot on. This is my usual location and I rarely if ever have an issue with how my order is prepared.

went today and had a great experience with the employee. even tho he was struggling with the system he was very kind and calm about it. he was respectful and handled everything very well. i believe his name was julian but he was great!

I go to this Starbucks every morning. The staff is always nice and it makes my morning. My favorite teammate is the tall blonde that usually works the drive thru (I’m horrible with names and can not remember her name) but she remembers mine and my order and always has a smile. This is 100% a kudos to her. Thank you for making my day every day that you are at that window! Update: her name is Suzanne!

Starbucks is my go to place for cafe mocha. Tried spicy falafel wrap and it was great as well. Love their egg bites too.

My local Starbucks is hands down the friendliest spot in town. Every time I visit, whether in-store or at the drive-thru, they go above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They consistently nail my go-to order: a caramel ribbon crunch with oat milk and no whip—it’s perfection in a cup! It’s also my favorite place to settle in and knock out coursework, thanks to the warm atmosphere. Just yesterday, they introduced me to a new drink while passing out samples—talk about keeping things exciting! The best part? I always have the most genuine conversations at the drive-thru in the mornings. I’ve got the gift of gab, and they make me feel like I’m chatting with old friends, making the wait something I actually look forward to. It’s truly the best way to kick off my day!

Very disappointed ... (9:31 am) There was one car at the drive thru waiting to order. She waited almost 5 minutes before someone took her order. Get to the window .. pay, very nice server , waited and waited and watied. (9 minutes) I finally see my drink order (just one drink & one ice water)and it sits there... when the girl came to the window she handed me my coffee - but not my water. When I asked for it she got shot and said " Well we are short staffed!! " OK!!! So... MANAGERS!!! I tried telling her just to let the customer know whats goinf on and she looked at me like I had two heads!! Train your staff (cause folks just do have sense to speak up or are just clueless) How about when I get up there to pay, they say "Good Morning - we are alittle short staffed, but will have your order as soon as we can!" THATS IT!!! No big deal -- COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY PEOPLE!!! The cars behind me were getting pissed - thinking I had some big order! So just train your staff -- CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE KEY!!! (Don't mind waiting for anything - I get being short staffed) My drink was perfect!! JUST SPEAK UP!! I visit this STARBUCKS every Sunday and atleast one time during the week.

It was 9:01, and I was walking toward Starbucks, planning to go inside and buy a quick to-ho coffee. Some 20 year old black man with dreads had come outside and was folding up the umbrellas over the outside tables. He saw me and curtly told me, "We're closed!" I asked him what time did they close, and he would not answer. I saw cars in the drive thru so I assumed maybe the inside was closed. 15 minutes later my friend picked me up and we went thru the drive-thru. Some white guy told us the place was closed. We asked what time they closed, and he replied 9:30. Whatever happened to day days when Starbucks was open till 11 and 12?

I sat in drive thru forever waiting for my order. I ordered a mocha expresso shaken made with oat milk no ice with 2 pumps of white mocha with foam and a cup of ice. A lady informed me that the cup would not be full because I didn't want ice in the drink and the drink I ordered was 90% ice. Told her I realized the cup wouldn't be full and that was okay. She said she wanted to make sure I knew that. I just knew my order would be correct but it was not. No foam at all and no oat milk detected.

I like this Starbucks. We have gone here a hand full of times on our way up to Raleigh and they have never gotten our order wrong. During the holidays they always had the peppermint brownie cake pops too, which start being very scarce at busier Starbucks.

As a fellow barista this place is extremely disgusting Starbucks do better. My brewed coffee was cold and the baristas were extremely rude. I heard them making fun of a customer right after she walked out. This place makes me sick

The service was awful, the staff is openly speaking disrespectfully about customers alongside the manager. Making obscene comments about people of color. It makes the ambiance hostile and an uncomfortable place to come in to. Please hire better staff.

I joined my husband in Goldsboro for a meeting and I always try to visit a local coffee shop but there weren't many near the area in which we were visiting. So we decided to go to Starbucks. We enjoyed this particular Starbucks. The staff was extremely nice + very knowledgeable about the menu. She recommended one of their new menu items which had coconut milk in it and I like it a lot. I ended paying a little over 3 dollars for it. Because my husband meeting wasn't until a couple hours ahead we sat there and I was able to study, my son playing with his iPad and my husband caught up on some emails. The atmosphere seemed really busy people came in and out constantly which is good. The coffee shop isn't that big (standard size for Starbucks). The bathroom was extremely clean and gender neutral and there were 2 of them. The shelves were full stocked with all the products that they offer. The parking was cool as it is inside of a shopping center. Because we aren't from the area I spoke with one of the Barista's and asked her about local things to do while we are here she was very nice and gave me some options. Overall the atmosphere was great, store was well organized and I enjoyed my drink.

This is the best Starbucks in Goldsboro. The store is much bigger and has a bigger patio than the one on Berkley. They have wi-fi just like every Starbucks does, but they also seem to have someone that lives by the store that you can pick up wi-fi from as well. The store is next to Subway and Pizza Hut if you get hungry and the baristas don't mind if you bring food in there if you are studying or using a computer. The baristas all know me by name and even my favorite drink...kudos to them!

Ok I haven't written a review on this place yet just cuz I didn't ever feel that was anything to write about... Till now I'm a regular here, my place i come to study for my dreaded acct class, I'm here about 3xs a week. I always get the oatmeal and grande coffee, but for some reason they never remember me, which is unusual because the Starbucks back home remembers me by name and drink. I thought it was protocol for Starbucks to remember members. Oh well I'm not that bent on it What I am happy about today is the addition to their classic oatmeal, they added organic agave syrup in place of the brown sugar! I love it!! On top of that because I had to wait for my coffee a lil longer they didn't charge me for it. Today is a good day!

I came. I coffee'd. I conquered (my thirst). This Starbucks was a recent lunch destination, and it gets my official seal of approval. Good service? Check. A safe, comfy environment? Check. An air-conned dining room on a muggy summer day? Ditto. Combine these with a back-friendly chair and a clean, functional toilet, and we have ourselves a winner. I spent over an hour here, just reading and munching and slurping coffee, and nothing could be finer (nor cheaper). Beautiful. Thanks, Goldsboro Starbucks staff, for making possible my treasured lunch outing. Good stuff :-)

Place isn't the same. The old crew had impeccable customer service skills. Went yesterday with my husband no one greeted us nor was my name called when my coffee was ready. My husband's coffee tasted burnt....just isn't the same. We left and this was our main spot on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

My coffee wasn't hot and my venti wasn't full. It was literally on 3/4 full. If I pay for the venti, I expect it to be filled to that size and not the size of a grande. And if I wanted cold coffee, I'd have asked for ice. Not for a hot latte. Not pleased with this location.

Sad that you can't get a hot cup of regular coffee at a coffee joint. My coffee was no warmer than the bottle of water that had been sitting in my car for the last two hours. Who knows how old the batch was, no timer or anything on the dispenser. Note to staff. When you poor a cup of coffee into the cup, the cup should at least feel warm to the touch. Will get my caffeine fix elsewhere.

Went here twice today...both times my complicated order was made correctly and I'm a prompt fashion and the staff was friendly.

This one is a bit larger than the one on Berkley; the only problem is they make the most awful skinny vanilla latte. I've tested this several occasions and different times of the day and seasons and the results are always the same: it tastes like burnt coffee hence the 3 stars. I've never sat here for the wi-fi or anything but the Baristas that I've encountered are pleasant.

I was home for Christmas and had a little work to do. Since this location is close to home, I drove here to work for a couple of hours. People were here relaxing and enjoying their down time. I was able to do a couple of con calls and return some emails. Great experience at my hometown Starbucks.

I never have problems with Starbucks. Their quality control is 2nd to none in the restaurant business. The other reviewers are correct that this is the larger of the two Starbucks in town. I have never been at either location where I could not get a seat. Love this place.

They never really have the greatest drinks. Granted, I have had good service and drinks here before, but the last time I was here, I was treated so rudely by a barista with a horrible attitude, that I will not be coming back.

Awesome place I have always been a fan of Starbucks and coffee but the special thing about this is the service they are kind warm and friendly and they treat you almost like family I love this Starbucks

Bathrooms were disgusting and staff were rude. People were camped out inside like they were staying there. Worst Starbucks ever!

This location closed early on Saturday due to the storm. Got it, it was dangerous and there was a curfew no issue there. They posted a sign the would reopen at noon on Sunday. This area suffered some power outages but now today at almost noon on Monday, the same sign is in the window and they aren't open. The vape store, new fun china, and the salon are all open. The Chinese place yesterday was open. I know it's just coffee but come on. Be open!

The coffee and food are Starbucks, no more and no less. Everyone knows what to expect there. The staff here, though, were great--a whole shop full of genuinely friendly people. That always brightens a long drive.

Happy to find a Starbucks on my route, I stopped in here today while traveling through town. The patio area is nice and was full of people sipping on various drinks and using the free wi-fi. Inside there were more people (mostly college-aged) and cheerful baristas. I ordered a tall decaf coffee and an old-fashioned donut and my husband ordered a tall bold coffee. Admittedly, we like our coffee strong, but we were both surprised by how weak and flavorless our coffees were. I always add cream to mine, and after adding just a tiny amount of half and half, my coffee turned very light in color - usually indicating weak coffee. I helped myself to one of the pumpkin loaf samples on the counter - it was moist, spicy, and delicious. I sat down to enjoy my donut, hoping it would be as good as the pumpkin loaf. Unfortunately, it was just the opposite...dry and bland. My husband agreed, and into the trash it went. While some aspects of this Starbucks are good (atmosphere, staff, cleanliness), I stopped here expecting a good (or at least average) coffee. I'll definitely seek out a different coffee place next time I travel this way.

Very friendly staff but they need to hire more people. Longer wait time than I'm used to. The Protein Power Berry drink is really good but very costly at $6.00 per bottle but definitely worth the $$

Starbucks quality at its best. Hot coffee & a side snack in a friendly place makes for enjoyable me time. THANKS!!
