Starbucks

I have been going to this Starbucks for 5 years and they are awesome! My orders are the pecan latte, blonde vanilla latte, caramel ribbon crunch add espresso, or the vanilla bean crème add espresso. I switch it up depending on my mood lol. I do order light ice as well!

They put WAY too much ice in the drinks. 3/4 of the cup is ice. Ripping people off. If I spend almost $7 per drink I expect to actually get enough to enjoy.

I came through the drive thru Sunday night 08/24/25, and just had to brag about the young lady that waited on me. I believe her name was Rayna? I'm terrible with names, so hope I'm right 🥴, but she exudes customer service. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, and she was patient with me, smiling the whole time, and offered several suggestions, to which helped me get exactly what I didn't know I needed 🤗 As someone who has worked with the public my entire adult life, I found her approach refreshing and genuine. I hope her employer recognizes what an asset she is, and I look forward to seeing her smiling face the next time I get my favorite drink.

Well staffed, friendly service. We grab 2 large, hot, white chocolate mocha coffee & 2 ham & Swiss crescent for breakfast any time we stay the night in Guntersville. It is consistent with good service & good food every visit.

According to the app when trying to place a mobile order. They are out of all ingredients to make any of the frappe drinks. Drove 10 minutes out of the way to the Starbucks at Food City in Albertville where they weren't out of anything. This location definitely has room for improvement when it comes to ordering enough product.

First time visiting this location and I was very impressed especially for Guntersville. Better experience than I’ve had at the ones in Huntsville/Madison. This is a fairly new store and they have tons of seating both inside and outside. I was kind of shocked how many tables they had, you just don’t see Starbucks this size in the area. I placed a mobile order and they had it ready fairly quickly. All the employees were very friendly. I appreciated the welcome and communication that they were working on my order. They also have a drive thru around of the back of the building. It’s located off 431 up the mountain from Lake Guntersville. It’s close to the Staples. There’s plenty of parking in a lot out front. They also had a large selection of both cold and hot cups and cute gift cards.

On July 4th, while picking up my mobile order at the Guntersville Starbucks, I accidentally picked up someone else’s food item. I immediately realized the mistake and returned it to the counter. Instead of handling the situation professionally, a team member, Ian, sarcastically said, “It helps if you read the label.” This level of rudeness and unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially from a brand like Starbucks. I will not be returning to this location.

This location NEVER makes my order correct😖. Iced white chocolate mocha with mocha drizzle! It's a classic. It shouldn't be that complicated!!
