I hardly ever write reviews, and the fact that I had to create a whole Yelp account just to post this speaks to how upset I am. I'm a devoted Starbucks fan - I practically breathe Starbucks. I understand that this Starbucks is inside a university and can get busy, but that doesn't excuse the poor service. The staff here should be hired based on their attitudes and people skills, not just their resumes.
I visited around 1 pm, and it wasn't even that busy. I placed my order through the mobile app, and it took over 25 minutes to get my order. To top it off, both of my drinks were only half filled. I ordered a venti, and it was only half full. Where did the other half go? It's infuriating to spend our hard-earned money on these not-so-cheap drinks and receive half-filled cups. This experience left me extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.
I had high hopes for this Starbucks located inside my university, but I won't be returning. I'd rather drive to an external Starbucks and bring it here. This Starbucks seriously needs to up its game. If I could give this place negative five stars, I would.
