I've been here at least 3 times this month. The first time was pretty ok, the employees were friendly and made the drinks in a reasonable amount of time. The second time I waited 15 minutes for a frappe and by the time I got it was melted. Mine was the only order at the time. At the time of writing this, I'm waiting for two drinks, both frappes, and the lady who took my order seemed to be having a bad morning. No "good morning what can I get you", didnt ask if I wanted anything else nor did she tell me my order, when I didnt insert my chip in the reader immediately she snapped asking "are you going to pay or not?" Its been another case of waiting at least 15 minutes (though to be fair, this time I'm the third order) but she seems to be moving extra slow and just has this general air of "I dont want to be here." This location does have some good people working who greet customers with a smile but it also has a LOT of employees who make me at the very least feel as if it's a huge ordeal and insult to order and I know that's not what Starbucks wants from its employees. I've noticed that before I've gotten my drinks, 3 other people who were after me got theirs. It took them 20 minutes to make 2 drinks (a pepermint mocha frappe and a caramel frappe). As much as I love the coffee, I think itll be awhile before I come back here.
