My experience there was so wonderful the girl at the drive-thru was amazing she actually had me try something I've never had before and I'm 56 years old LOL The location was off foothill in the date today is June 3rd and it happened within the past hour 11 Am ish.... I wish I would have gotten her name because she deserves the compliment and everyone to know how Awesome she is !! I gave her a $10 tip that's how awesome she is !! This is the best Starbucks hands down. Drive through service, no attitude from the baristas, and plenty of room to sit and enjoy your beverage. These baristas truly get the meaning of teamwork and customer service and need I mention they serve a pretty damm good cup of joe.

This Starbucks gets it wrong MOST of the time. I've taken 3 sips so far. I did not ask for extra ice. They fill the cup to the top with ice and the drink tastes weird. It's also extremely annoying to order an oatmeal, but because you didn't remember to "AsK FOr a SpOoN" they do not put one in the bag. EVERY OTHER drive though (and the Montrose location) includes a spoon without me asking. I'm kinda irritated with this 6$ cup of ice. :/

Totally mediocre Starbucks location. Customer service was nice but took like 15 minutes to make us a brewed coffee and an iced americano with only a few people in the store 😅 I understand that the drive through might be the priority, but just felt remarkably long of a wait time for what ended up being below average Starbucks drinks. Not my recommended spot, in all honesty. I’d recommend a different Starbucks location with quite a few others on Foothill, just based on my experience today.

At 11:15 am my order totals $9.00, I hand them a fifty and they tell me they can't make change and do I have "..anything smaller than a $50". The store by the way had 2 customers at the time. I'm thinking maybe it's managed poorly 🤷🏼‍♀️

This is a nice Starbucks location. There's plenty of indoor seating and a nice patio area. There's a drive thru at this location which is always a plus! The line moves fast inside and the baristas all seem to be friendly and helpful. The drive thru does get backed up and can snake out onto Foothill. If you're in a rush, probably not the best option. The parking lot is also kind of a pain. But overall, this is a nice location.

I never write these reviews but I went to this location the other day and I am pretty sure I had the single greatest coffee drinking experience in my entire life! The manager was so helpful! She greeted me with a great big smile and made me feel welcome. She made a great recommendation for some food that really hit the spot, this mozzarella tomato sandwich. The store was clean and quiet, I was able to get a lot of work done. I never write these things but I had such a great experience! If only I lived locally I'd probably make this the spot! Highly recommended for anyone not just looking for coffee, but for the full experience!

I have consistently experienced poor service every time I have come to this place. I have experienced rude behavior from the staff and poor service multiple times. On my last visit, I was troubled by the behavior of the worker at the counter because they kept touching the lid of my drink, which is where I will be putting my mouth. Even though I asked politely for a new lid, I was still faced with more dismissive treatment. Sadly, the behavior shown by the staff here exceeds any rudeness I've experienced in other places. As an ex Starbucks employee we were told to NEVER touch the top of the lids due to sanitary reasons. I will not spend my money here again.

I have been a regular at this Starbucks for some years now, and felt I needed to write a review right away. I ordered a caramel frapp with a few added shots. It had zero flavor and was bland. I know this drink because it is usually my go to that I order. I asked it to be remade, because it's an expensive drink, and had no flavor. (I also have never had a drink remade) The young gentleman who helped me was really put out, and wouldn't give me eye contact. When he remade my drink, he slid it over to me and ignored me. It's also missing the whip and Carmel that a normal frapp would have. Totally unacceptable. The gentleman was young, tall and skinny with light skin and dark hair. You've officially lost your regular. I won't be back here.

This Starbucks is a great location - wide open space with lots of tables. The service is also really fast and efficient. I went on Memorial Day to get some work done and I got in the zone in this location. Food is the usual starbucks fare. They gave me my sandwich piping hot which I liked!

Probably THE WORST managed Starbucks in the area. I would gladly drive down the street on Foothill to La Crescenta, even though we live 2 minutes away from this particular store just to make sure I actually get what I ordered, is that too much to ask for now a days? The employees don't care, goof around, ignore the customer, and clearly don't have a freaking clue about customer service.

Honestly the drinks are fine, but the staff at this Starbucks are EXTREMELY loud (the ones at night). I use to come here to study and it was one of my favorites Starbucks. Now it's feels like a high school lunch every time I come here. All I'm saying is I don't want to hear the people working here sing with the song out loud, it's not a karaoke!! So disappointing and annoying, I ain't coming here no more :(

I go to this Starbucks since they open a few months ago. And I love it here. Great coffee, very nice atmosphere, with truly exceptional service from all the employees here and especially from Cyndy. She is always with a smile, and always trying her best to provide the best possible service... Cyndy is a great asset to Starbucks. I highly recommend this Starbucks. P.S. I wish they stayed open a little later than 10:00 pm

either 40-50% of the time my drink is wrong or missing something when ordering online or even in store. service any time of the day is poor. i come in and stand for either a minute or a couple minutes and keep seeing team members walking around drinking their drinks or just standing saying someone will be right w me. this particular time there was only a maximum of 3 cars in the drive thru but no one else waiting. i understand these workers go thru a lot of hard rushes so when it comes to orders or food being incorrect i get it every now and then but the service when it's slow is poor and extremely unpleasant. never wanna come here again after today , walked out when everyone acknowledged me and didn't step in to even take my order. just rude.

$tarbuck$ are all over the map desirability wise, this is a good location, not far off the i210 freeway, always clean and well run, especially the bathrooms that oddly enough have been changed to read employees for one and customers for the other, in general this is *very* bad practice but here it's no problem at all, clean as a whistle always and well stocked . Quick service, friendly too, so far they've never made a mistake on my order . Easy parking off street . Opens at 05:00 unlike some locations that lately have bee opening after 06:00 . Cops like to come here at the beginning of watch . -Nate

I can't speak for others but every time I come here my drinks has always been good. I get my drinks as is so that could be a factor but I have seen them mess up other people's order due to their modifications. The store is generally clean and well kept. As for service I can't say since I order through the app and didn't have any interactions with them. The location is nice and close to some interesting restaurants in the neighboring plaza and across the street. The big negative here is the layout of the drive thru, when it's backed up it blocks the entrance making it difficult to get in or out. Other then that the drinks here are great.

Been using the drive thru in the last year since my previous review and I can honest say in the last 3-6 months this location has improved a lot! The gentleman always have been consistently courteous and kind. Unfortunately the women not so consistent, but for the most part, I'd say about 75%. Overall the service, quality of drinks have been consistently stellar. I really hope they continue to keep up the excellent work and give this team a huge round of applause!

So they don't let you plug your computer into a wall outlet. The only wall out let that is available, for the those that sit in the individual seating area, doesn't work. I'm sorry I just discovered more electrical wall outlets for everyone to use. They're near the ceiling. If you bring your computer make sure it's charged. The drinks were made with no problem and it's not crowded. So two stars

I can't believe this store has three stars?!! I love this Starbucks because the folks here are so sweet. Unbelievably friendly and chatty they always give my pooch a puppachino. Much of the time the line is into the street and still manage a quick turnout. It's definitely the nicest Starbucks around and of course the drinks are always perfect. If it's not they will remake it. Their not robots people.

This location has always had the best customer service and we are lucky to have a drive thru so close to home, but today I had to point out the lack of quality of their sandwich. I ordered a tomato mozzarella panini and I was very disappointed and little shocked that there was barely anything inside. Typically it comes with pesto spread, mozzarella cheese, spinach and sun dried tomatoes. Today it came with pesto barely any cheese, two tiny slivers of tomato and one barely visible tiny leaf of spinach. Please make the sandwich better. This was $6 of barely anything on a bread roll. Usually it's great but today Starbucks dropped the ball. :/

Im not sure why this place has such low reviews. Place is clean, fairly larger than other Starbucks locations with plenty of seating ranging from small tables to a high long table and couches with plenty of outdoor seating. In addition there's a drive thru. Service was quick. My order was ready even before I had even settled down at a table and there was nothing wrong with my order, although it was fairly simple and easy - Caffe Americano extra hot. Noise level is neither too quiet nor too loud, although sometimes you can't control the noise level of your fellow customers. One time, there was a group of ladies chit-chatting away, but afterwards, the place is decent besides the occasional coffee grinder, blender noises. However, if you're looking for a library like atmosphere, this is not the place. I usually wear headphones and listen to music and that's enough. Electrical outlets can be found on the floor near the long table or attached to the long table The place has plenty of seating with plenty of table space, so it's never too crowded. In addition, free wifi and parking. I prefer this place than the Starbucks near the UA movie theatre or on Gould as they are way too cramped and tiny in terms of space, and even more crowded and noisy.

I've been coming here now for several months. It's brand new.. I've mostly had very pleasant experiences. The staff are always patient and helpful when I'm indecisive... And I'm always indecisive... I've been having problems with placing orders ahead of time with the app. Of course today, the app behaves when I'm at the register explaining my dilemma, making a liar out of me. The orders have never been mixed up, that I know of. But in all honesty, I'm kind of late to this hipster trend, and I wouldn't know one drink from the next. I forgot what I ordered last time for my daughter and we're hoping I remembered right. So I ordered 2 different similar drinks. Hers is a dragonfruit, no apple juice 2 scoops of dragonfruit and blackberries and a scoop of strawberries and a scoop of the strawberry purée and chose the light for the amount for adding passion something or other tea. Of course she's says that's not it but it's still good.. And I also like what I ordered, a violet drink with the same scoops and passion tea as the other one and no apple juice So not quite a complete miss. Yay me. So again to summarize.. As far as I could tell, my orders have been right, I've not been over charged and customer service has been helpful, patient, and very kind. I'd recommend this particular store. It's brand new building is super clean and organized.. In consideration of the negative reviews prior to mine, perhaps they just got off on the wrong foot after opening. It seems like they are becoming a better team. Who knows. Maybe they'll finally be the best. They were for me at least. Many times over..

Possibly the worst Starbucks location I ever been too! I'm sure a lot of people would agree with me. Most the employees here are seriously brain dead I swear! They almost always get the order wrong, or make it BAD! They have attitude problems, and look like they are literally falling asleep, daydreaming on their feet! Unfortunately it's the closest drive thru Starbucks near us, as far as convenience goes, otherwise I would have not gone back here after so many times of being disappointed! Both me and my daughter often order from here, and at least 3 out of 5 times our order is inaccurate or terrible! Today was my last straw tho. I was in a hurry and had a terrible headache, I thought I'd go through the drive thru and get some iced coffee on the way. I get there and give my order, I proceed to the pay/pickup window, and the sleepy head, brain dead, "barista" literally just muttered the amount to me, I didn't even hear her so I just took my phone out the window for her to scan. Then she comes back and says I owe 20 cents more. So I give her 20 cents. I get my coffee and unfortunately didn't think to check the sticker, since it actually looked like the regular iced coffee with milk and vanilla cold foam, which is what I always get. I drive off, then I take a sip and realize it doesn't taste right, I look at the sticker and it's a different drink, not what I ordered. I pull to the side and call them i tell them that they gave me the wrong drink, she says she knows, but she sorry she can't do anything about it. She says, if you want you could just come in to the store or go through the drive thru again. Thanks for then obvious Sherlock! SMH. I was in a rush, I already wasted my time, my money and apparently my last nerves, lol and the drive thru line was way too long for me to get back into! So I just hung up the phone on her and left. She could have made matters a bit better by easily asking me to pull up to the parking structure and she will bring my drink out, which has been done at many other Starbucks locations before. Instead she gave me attitude and dismissed me just like that! Unbelievable and unacceptable!!!!! I hope management does something about this because this is just ridiculous and stupid at this point!

I am so shocked at the lack of empathy and customer service from the representative named Marta at this Starbucks location. I'm am completely turned off. I went in after my son had an allergic reaction to his mislabeled hot chocolate (which I ordered at 11:17 am on 2/16/19) - I had asked for soy and clearly it wasn't soy because he started breaking out in hives! I spent 45 minutes managing his reaction with Benadryl. I'm so glad I caught it before he drank the whole thing because he would've had to go to the hospital! This was his reaction after just taking a few sips of his drink. I knew something was amiss when he started coughing and scratching his mouth. I managed his reaction and decided to go back to the store to inform them of what happened and the importance of correctly labeling drinks given severe allergies people have. I drove back into the drive through and after explaining what happened to Marta she just gave me a blank stare, long awkward pause a blunt "ok..." I couldn't believe it. Mistakes happen and I understand that but what I can't understand is the lack of empathy and just human decency from this person who is supposed to represent the company and brand. My natural reaction would be to say "I'm so sorry" or "is your son ok" or some other way to manage the situation. From a customer service standpoint - it was appalling and actually increased my frustration to anger. The manager on shift was very kind and understanding and diffused the situation in a very professional manner. She should be recognized for how she handled it (I was so mad I forgot to get her name). In any case, be careful if you have allergies if you go to this location because Marta obviously can care less about the seriousness of this situation!

I go through the drive thru at around 7:00pm and the first question I'm asked is "Can I get you started with something to eat?" I actually did come for some food, but they are out of everything, except some chicken wrap and a breakfast something something. If you are out of 90% of the food items on the menu, don't ask me if I want something to eat. I think anytime after 3:00pm its a gamble if you want a certain item. You need to stock up for the later part of the day.

This Starbucks is closed at random times. I have driven there on numerous occasions during the day, and they have been closed, even though it says they are open online! Also, they have terrible customer service. They always get my order wrong. The only reason I keep going back there is because it is the closest drive thru Starbucks to my house.

Not good customer service. And they made my drink weird. You know how you have your Starbucks you go to all the time because they know you somewhat? And everything is always perfect? Well I tried to branch out and go somewhere actually closer to my job. And it just was a total miss. Not to mention the girl who took my order wasn't pleasant at all. She was such in a rush to get my order that she missed me saying to add my muffin even though I asked if she got that too. I had to pay separately for it. My drink was way off. I asked for more syrup on the side because my drink sure needed it. They made me feel like I was bothering them. Won't be back

This isn't the first time and I think it's not the last. First and foremost, it's enough enough to speak English, workers here need to learn how to spell names like bob Betty or Noah. It's crazy no matter what I come out with some variation of my name that sounds female and I'm standing like an idiot waiting. And when people order a drink size it's not ok at all to leave like a huge inch of the cup empty. Starbucks shines in the custominity of the ordering process and this location fails. Not all of the workers though are like this but most are. A machine actually could do a better job.

New store, Cool! Fast drive thru service, awesome! I frequent this location ones in a while when I am working in the area. The staff is nice and friendly and the speed of the drive thru is exceptional. I see the challenge of the drive thru for the staff, since its structurally odd (the line can't get too long cuz it blocks the Main Street,) but the staff works hard to get the cars in and out. I literally have my drink (caramel Frappuccino) in less then 2 minutes. I guy like me really appreciates that because I am usually meeting clients. It's also a plus that the staff is friendly that early in the morning.

First time coming to this starbucks location. Went through the drive through and ordered an ice coffee and an iced green tea latte with coconut milk. Not sure why my green tea latte came out all chunky and the powder was not mixed in at all. I was eating chunks of green tea powder. It was undrinkable. Really disappointed. Customer service was great, the drink was terrible.

I was on this side of town earlier visiting a friend and on our way to run errands we just had to stop and get some Starbucks. I ordered my usual, Grande Very Berry Hibiscus with NO LEMONADE, and the girl handling the drive thru replied to my order with a rude tone, "um you don't have to say the no lemonade part. It doesn't come with lemonade. So don't say it next time." .... does she even work here? I literally get asked if I want lemonade every time I order their "VERY BERRY HIBISCUS LEMONADE REFRESHER". Anyway, being that there are bigger issues happening in the world, I didn't make a big deal out of it and simply said "yeah, hold the lemonade, please." And went on about my very berry happy day. TL;DR: if you happen to come to this location and are ordering a refresher and you don't want lemonade in it, don't say "no lemonade". Karen at the drive thru will have a shitty day if you do.

Bad customer service. Which is always a hit-or-miss occurrence at this location. I waited in line for almost twenty minutes and my drink was incorrect (no big deal.) The girl at the drive through said "Well I can just give you a cup of caramel." Excuse me? Lol. I said asked if she could just remake it and she had an attitude when she took the drink back and when she handed me the new drink. Smh

Took the family to this store and was shocked at the Employee Chelsea's attitude. There were 3 dogs inside the store which made us sneeze while we were sitting. My wife approached Chelsea and politely asked her if those customer dogs were service dogs and Chelsea rudely responded, "if you don't like the dogs, I cannot tell them to leave, you can go outside." Since I was surprised at Chelsea's attitude, I approached another Employee Ed and asked him about the dogs and the owners and if the owners provided service ID's or not, Ed said, "No, they did not provide any service identifications." Ed told me the Manager's name is Rebecca and the Employee with attitude is Chelsea. Clearly this store or "Chelsea" has not been educated correctly regarding the Los Angeles County Health Dept. rules and regulations of dogs inside restaurants and/or public businesses. Chelsea needs an attitude adjustment.

Ordered a raspberry lemonade slushy and of course they didn't blend it. I've always known for Starbucks advertising if you're not happy to let them Know and they'll remake it. We asked the guy to remake it and he looked annoyed and made it an event so of course he killed my dreams On a hot day having a slushy. This heat doesn't help how upset I am!

This has the be THE Starbucks with the best customer service. Every single barista we have interacted with has been very friendly and social. I have to point out one employee in particular, Mika, who went above and beyond to make sure our order was absolutely perfect. He held a great conversation and was super friendly.
