Starbucks

Pictures don’t really do the condition of the bathroom justice but it was gross. Bathroom came with complementary crap on the walls, a collection of hair on the floor, a dirty sink/toilet and no toilet paper. I don’t know if the standards for cleanliness have changed but it’s obvious that proper cleaning and handling procedures aren’t being followed. No lobby sweeps were done, every table in store was dirty and had crumbs all over, there were 6 partners visible at the location and they weren’t busy. There was definitely time for a CS to do the basic cleaning that is required to be done throughout the day. As a customer and someone who is married to a former Starbucks manager I fear for customers food safety. Management needs to do better for their brand and customers.

I love this location Starbucks and the employee Raven she has great customer service skills I had a tumor removed from my eye and can only see out one eye and so people are short with me and mean in customer service in most places this lady was beyond amazing with holding things together and getting my drink for me after I described what I wanted she gave the perfect drink! This Starbucks in Downtown Vegas really stand out amongst others! First off, the place was super clean and tidy. Everything felt fresh and organized. Second, the baristas went above and beyond with my order and their customer service. They greet every guest warmly. You can definitely tell the staff genuinely enjoys what they do. And lastly, my drink came out fast and tasted amazing. It’s clear this team takes pride in their work!

Stopped by a nearby Starbucks on a drive to a friends house today and even though the lobby was packed, the team kept things moving with a short wait time. Super impressed with how efficient and friendly they were. Plus, I got my Red Cup! Great experience overall.

Stopped by this Starbucks on my way to work and was impressed by how quickly I was served. Even though it was busy, the baristas handled everything with a smile,The team here goes above and beyond! The baristas are always cheerful and remember my regular order, which makes every visit feel personal. It’s clear they take pride in their work. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great coffee and friendly service.

My go to Starbucks. Over the last few months this location has been my go to. Whether I’m in a rush or I have a couple minutes to sit down and dine in. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Today was a good example I had a mobile order and I forgot to change a couple things to the drink and being in a hurry they actually fixed my order very quickly. And this is why they are my go to Starbucks now. Awesome team

Efficient mobile order service. Staff are friendly. The location is a double edged sword: on the one hand, it’s fairly easy to access. On the other hand, you’re smack downtown, and you’re going to find a fair amount of unhoused folks- maybe not directly in the establishment, but around the area. This may make some folks feel unsafe (women, for instance). So best to get in and out. However, there are courts and other government buildings around, so a good security presence. During two visits, I have found it to be fine. A good amount of seating, inside and out.

Beautiful location. The staff was friendly and polite and my drink and food was ready quickly. Unfortunately every single outlet in the entire Starbucks was called off which is very disappointing. It’s walking distance from my condo so I brought my laptop and was hoping to work for an hour or so. Not I will have to leave and find somewhere else I can plug in. If I’d noticed before paying I would have found a different coffee shop. How lame. There’s a security officer right by the door doing nothing but look at his phone, I’m 100% sure he can make sure it’s only customers using the power outlets. How ridiculous to cap off every outlet in a coffee shop known for remote workers!
