Note, came back 2 weeks later supervisor sleeping in her car claiming employees didn’t show up 0600, I guess owner loves to lose business, no back up plan, where’s the manager sleeping also?

Great service, sweet employees. She even gave suggestions and complimented/related to a purchase I made. This location is more hidden than most Starbucks I've gone to but it is close to a gas station and other places to eat. There is even a play place for kids close by. Not a drive through type of Starbucks but tons of parking. My drink was delicious and exactly what I ordered

This is a good Starbucks location with the friendliest staff. It's small but they have some tables and chairs. It's a good location not far from the 580. I've been here several times and always have a good experience.

The drinks were fine. My oatmilk lavender matcha latte was like 95% ice . The customer service was just not it . I felt like the girl was Hella annoyed with myself and the person I was with. I literally never go to Starbucks because I enjoy good coffee but their matcha was always been yummy ( unless they don't mix it right and it's powdery which is like a 60/40% chance) .

Stopped in here for some refreshments. I always like my hot mocha with caramel syrup. The counter people were very friendly. Nice and helpful. What we ordered Two ice waters Vente mocha Strawberry funnel cake Frappuccino Macha Matcha Frappuccino blended The orders were made immediately. I'll tasted as usual. That's one of the nice things about chain stores, unified recipes keep them from burying too much. Happy to of stopped here, will stop again if we ever pass by.

I ordered at Drive thru and got my drinks girl says thank yiu have a good day left and realized one is missing here we go. Go back park my daughter goes in asks they can't find it oh it was never made. Waiting, waiting. Waiting waiting. So I finally call them hey my daughter is waiting for my drink they don't know if being made he will make sure it's next dude I'm like my other drinks are watered down and Frappuccino already melted waiting some more then get call dogs got out so had to jet. Sorry review so long. After all that I go back my daughter takes in to have remade they ignore her give her a hard time. They want me to come in so I ask to be remade and they have to argue Alana starts asking me to explain myself like I'm a child. Then says I can't remake all of them way too much product. I'm like we wouldn't be here had my drink came through the window. They try to say the guy brought it out and yiu drive off lol ok waiting 15 minutes after the fact. Then I just ask for refund don't have time to argue. I can't give refund Alana says. Like seriously guess she was the supervisor on duty too acting so bossy. Finally I got upset after 5 minutes of nonsense. They decided to remake then Alana doesn't put the vanilla syrup in my drinks nor label and they forgot to make the 5th drink AGAIN. GUESS WHAT I HAVE TO GO BACK IN.SMH. ALANA LOOKS RIGHT IN MY EYES IGNORES ME GOES ABOUT MAKING DRINKS WITH A DUMB SMIRK. THE OTHER GIRL COMES OVER THAT WAS ARGUING WITH ALANA IM LIKE THESE ARENT LABELED WHICH IS WHICH. OH IMMA JUST PUT THEM UP TO THE LIGHT AND TELL YOU LOL. Thank you all for being open and clean and quick and easy! Love the new drink! It's so pretty and yummy! It's Mango and Dragonfruit and yup the commercial on tv did it for me in alerting me about the new drink and enticing me to buy it. The drink reminds me of the hibiscus refresher drink, another favorite of mine. This drink also has dragonfruit cubes in it which adds an interesting element to the drink. It is almost like chia seeds but lighter and gives some texture to your drink. I'm also really digging the cover with the built in sipper. This Starbucks is located right behind the new Wendy's, because it might be difficult to notice it from the road.

I stopped in this location because my daughter really had to go to the restroom when we're driving on 580. This location is right off of the Vasco exit which was very convenient right across from the gas station. We walked in went straight to the restrooms there was no locker code needed which was great because my daughter is young and she really had to go. The restroom facilities were very clean and well-kept. Upon exiting the restroom we noticed a different faucet which had soap water in a dryer connected to it which I thought was pretty modern. Of course we had to get something and my daughter ordered a pink drink which was made quick as there was no one else inside except for us. They do have a drive-through which I notice which is always convenient if you're on the go. Definitely will stop in this location again.

Livia is by far the best Starbucks barista I've ever encountered. She is the definition of service with a smile. After a long drive from Yosemite, we decided to make a pit stop for a quick caffeine boost and leg stretch. Little did we know we were in for a much better pick me up than we anticipated! Not only did Livia take the time to create the perfect iced coffee but she also genuinely cared about connecting with her customers (asking about where we were driving from, making sure names were spelled correctly for orders, etc.). You rarely see customer service like this anymore and Livia definitely deserves a raise.

Ordered two birthday cake pops and a cheese danish for myself. There were 3 orders waiting ahead of me. Had to make a special trip coz the Safeway across the street were out of cake pops, so just got my Americano from there. After waiting 15 mins & seeing many people who came after me leave with their orders, I inquired on my order status. They did not have it ready yet. After 5 more mins, went to check back again & the lady who just walked in carrying my order condescendingly responded, "We are busy!!" & handed me two paper bags. & screamed when I was leaving - "Have a great Sunday." Reached home and found out that only one cake pop was in the bag (instead of two) & had to console one very disappointed kid. I usually check my order but the wait & servers attitude threw me off. It literally cost me. Avoid at all costs - I usually get better (& faster) service at the Target Starbucks across the street & the one at Vasco has great service as well.

I usually don't have a great experience at this location but I came in the other morning in a hurry after I mobile ordered and I must have accidentally selected north vasco instead of south vasco, Kobe (I believe is what she said her name was) went out of her way to make my order immediately so I wasn't late for work. This location is very convenient and we go here a lot - the place is well kept and the baristas are a friendly lot. My one complaint is they regularly run out of stuff, especially over the weekend. Case in point - they had one cake pop left today, just one! On other occasions they don't have the sandwiches I want and I need to go to the other SBUX a mile west on Las Positas and First Street.

I have been to this location twice now in the last week. Each time has been super super early in the morning and it was packed each time! People definitely need their coffee to start their day! Even though the place would be packed, I would get my order pretty fast. These employees know exactly what they're doing and crank out drinks pretty fast. My orders have always been correct, so I love that. The only thing I wish they had was a drive-thru, but other than that, it is a pretty decent Starbucks.

Why does this place have so many bad reviews? I came here three times during the afternoon and the place was so calm, and the staff were incredibly nice! Jade and Jess both were an amazing duo, getting my drinks and food done quickly and to perfection while making sure I got everything I needed before I go. Great customer service, keep it up ladies!

I just ordered a Strawberry Acai Refresher and this is my 2nd one so I was really wanting it to taste like the first one I had . But I noticed when I came out the bathroom there was no strawberries , so I asked the guy if they ran out of strawberries. And he told me that he was just being lazy . I paid 4.25 expecting I was going to get the best drink for the day worker just give me half energy . Very upsetting.

I ordered my drink then I asked if I can reload cash on my Starbucks account and he made an irritated face like wow! Seriously what is your problem . Put a smile on your face even if your having a bad day!!! Baristas!! We're great!! Drink is great. I give 3 stars for them . I needed my Starbucks fix today and this was the closest location. The outside tables were dirty (empty cups and napkins) and it looked as if someone should've cleaned them off before then. I wasn't greeted upon entering, like other locations I have visited, but that didn't bother me too much. The store wasn't too busy but I did have 2 people in front of me. While waiting I decided to check out the pastries...flies were going between the muffins and the cookies . I then decided to consider a Siggi's only to find they were expired. Location definitely needs some supervision and direction as this was less than acceptable.

I feel like it's always something when I come to this store.... this time they put turkey bacon on my "no meat" requested breakfast sandwich, as I have been vegetarian for two years now (I actually took a bite of it before realizing there was bacon on there!) and added a slice of old (diseased) lime to my refresher. Laziness has become a theme at this Starbucks... so disappointed.

I always have such great experiences here every time I come , I am usually on a rush on my way to work in the morning and all staff are always on their A game , super nice and friendly . My food / drinks are ready for me in less than 5 minutes , they are truly amazing . I notice theirs a nice flow of action going on here as oppose to other places including other Starbucks . I like the positive energy here , I recommend this location.

This is one of the worst Starbucks in terms of service and baked goods. My latte was average Starbucks latte. But I've been here three times and the service is so slow. I'd hate to be here during rush hour!!! The first time I ordered from the counter. The second and third time via mobile. It was honestly longer to use the mobile app here than ordering once you get here. What killed it this time was that there gnats in the baked goods. A lot of them!!! My little one wanted a cookie but she got a packet of applesauce instead.

Soooooo, I normally give a place a few tries before I give it a review. This was the last and final time I spend money here. I downloaded the app on my phone because I had heard about from a friend. I've ordered at a few different locations with no issues. This one? Oh Lord.... So every time I've come, there is no acknowledgment when I walk in the door. Also, the manager, or who I think is the manager has been rude every up to this last time. This time he was pleasant and actually spoke. His other staff were my problem this time. You see, the one time I leave my phone in the car, their machine "breaks". Apparently it only received half of my order. Now I'm a pretty cool person, however my issue wasn't the fact that their machine broke. It was the fact that they waited about 20 minutes after my standing at the counter for them to say that. Then, to top it off, the barista was rude. She told me to get my phone to "prove" I ordered two drinks. I understand protocol (if that is protocol) but sometimes it's not the message you're relaying, but HOW you relay it. Her tone and facial expression was like..."She didn't really order these drinks". LIKE GIRL, you think I'm going to come and stand in line for a drink I didn't order? And during the morning rush? No ma'am. I don't have time for all of that. Anyhow, the point of my rant is...The staff here need attitude readjustments. No one told you to work at Starbucks, so don't push your unhappy vibes off on the customers. Everyone has problems and it's okay to get an attitude sometimes, just not at work. Or at least fake like you enjoy your job. (Fake it to make it) I love the organization, it's just this location missed the mark. Several times.

I stop at this Starbucks on my way to work due to convenience. Most of the staff there has HORRIBLE customer service but deal with it just because it's on my way to work. Today though, I about had it with this place. I always order an iced tea on my app. Today I go in to pick up my Mobil order and walk over where they normally have it and no drink. So I stand there for 7min with NO acknowledgement. There was only 1 other person waiting for their order besides me. After his drink was handed to him the baristas proceed to just stand there talking to each other, still without an acknowledgement until I asked if my order was ready. They had it on the back counter. There is no reason why they couldn't have acknowledged me standing there for 7 MINUETS. They were not busy. There is only 3 baristas there that I've dealt with that are absolutely lovely. Everyone else has crappy attitudes.

What's up with this place? Just like most have already said, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Starbucks. Every time I come here, early morning, the girls working do not smile, do not say hello, do not say thanks. When I walk up to the counter I usually wait for them to say something so I know I can order, and today the girl just looked at me then raised her eyebrows like "what?". The other two girls at the bar were loudly gossiping and then called out my drink with no "thank you", so I say "thank you" and no reply. This happens every single time. The manager is the real problem, he's the same way! Never says hello or makes eye contact. He's usually just walking behind the counter or straightening chairs. So weird. I worked at Peet's coffee for 4 years and have many friends who work at Starbucks and that is NOT the way they train their employees. Is this a franchise and the manager just doesn't care?? I'm giving two stars cause the drinks are fine but come on guys, customer service is just as, if not more, important in this type of work. Especially at Starbucks where they are known for their customer service! I usually always tip $2+ but I don't here. And by the look of their tip jar it looks like no one does either. Save your time and energy and go to the North Vasco Starbucks down the street where you feel warm and happy cause the workers are so nice!

Passive Aggressive. That's the best way to describe the treatment you receive at this location. It all starts with the manager here. I think "he's spent too much time at the party". He has a Very sour and bitter personality. Maybe since it's not his business, why should he care. **This review comes today after multiple visits to this location, receiving his attitude problem and finally deciding to voice my opinion.

The one thing you should know about me is that I'm not really a coffee drinker. I'm not sure if it is all the caffeine or sugar in these drinks, but I definitely needed something to kick start my morning. I'm quite surprised at such a low rating for this Starbucks. I usually stop by in the morning before work and I have never had any issues. I was totally taken off guard when I came in one morning expecting it to be very busy and I had about 20 minutes before my shift started, I ordered a drink and a sandwich and it took less than 5 minutes from the moment I placed my order and had my items in hand on my way to work! Now that has never happened at any Starbucks I've been to. The staff here are always so friendly. Considering I'm not a huge coffee drinker I think I stop by about 2 to 3 times a week now. The only negative thing I could think of would be the parking in this little plaza, there aren't enough!

Mobile Order #786396 Las Positas & Vasco - Livermore, CA I placed my order at 8:00am. I arrived at the store at approximately 8:10am, assuming my order would be ready. I waited patiently at the counter nearest the door (where names were being called and food was being handed out). I waited for 5 minutes before asking the woman behind the counter about my order. (I wasn't in any hurry and I could see they were busy). She directed me to the other counter where mobile orders ares given out. Fair enough. I went over to the other counter, gazed at the drinks on the bar and saw none that were mine. As I was waiting patiently another 5 minutes (again, not in a hurry) the woman ahead of me, filling her drink carrier, asked me about my order as she realized she ordered before me at the counter. I simply said "I ordered about 20 minutes ago" with a little shrug. I had planned on waiting for her to get her drinks before asking the barista. He overheard our conversation and rudely asked, "Do you have a mobile order?" I said yes. He literally slammed down the 1/2 full gallon of milk and spun around to the counter behind him. He grabbed my drink and bag of food, and said to me in the most snotty tone, "I don't know when there are mobile orders unless people tell me." I simply replied, "I wasn't complaining," to which he went back to his drink making like he couldn't care less about the woman (me) speaking to him. He must have known my order was sitting there for quite some time. He did not offer to re-heat the food or drink, and I dare not ask as I was already being treated like a nuisance. With the week I have been having, and the public embarrassment (people were watching like I was the jerk!) that this guy caused, I felt like running out of there and crying. As I was hurrying out of there mortified I thought I should do something about this, so I asked the woman at the first counter for his name. Alex. This was my worst Starbucks experience ever, and I most likely will not be going to this location again. A person like this should not be working so closely with the public. What a horrible way to start my day.

The best Starbucks in Livermore! I go a little out of my way to work every morning cuz the staff rocks. I may have the most annoying drink (triple 2 pump venti soy 130 no whip mocha ... Yea just about every box is filled) and they always get it right, unlike many other places. And they don't mind how annoying my drink is. Sean, Maggie and Jeremy even get my drink going before I get up to the register. Just like the neighborhood coffee shop should be. Again, the best baristas is town! This Starbucks is for the rush hour commuters. If you want to sit in a cute Starbucks (especially late on weekends) for hours, go to the one closer to downtown.

I've never been more disappointed with a Starbucks location. Is this a training location? Because there is a high turn over of employees and they all seem to not get the starbucks way. When I have a complicated drink, please pick up a cup and write it down. Also, can the employees read? Mobile order after mobile order is wrong in some way and I can agree that there are some employees here that just have attitude. Pro tip: If you put the mobile order on the bar we won't have to bother you and ask you for it. The barista today (4/26 11am) is really nice tho and def does her best to make up for others mess ups. Ill be driving the extra few minutes to the Starbucks on first street where they have their sh*t together.

I love this Starbucks. It's an easy turn off of the main road to work and parking is generally good in the mornings. I've become a regular there and my drink is always started before I get up to the register. The staff are all very friendly and seemingly happy to be there. The line does get long in the mornings, but generally the wait isn't too bad. I've never been late to work because of the lines. The staff is bulked up in the mornings, prepared for the long lines. I've had many bad or not-so-great drinks at many different Starbucks, and my drink always comes right at this one. If you work or live in Livermore, I'd recommend making the trip over to this Starbucks.

It was getting better, then it went downhill again. Rather than profit maximization they've adopted profit per transaction maximization. My whole reason for drinking coffee at Starbucks everyday was really value I could get awesome beans and make a 12 cup POT a day for about a buck and this lasts me all day as I have a thermos it goes straight into. Starbucks was about 2.30 so occasionally I'd buy coffee there when I was busy. Then they started doing free refills on coffee once you became gold.
