Starbucks

it’s took way too long for me to get my drink when there was so many people behind the bar to make the drinks however, I did want to highlight that one barista DJ, who was not even helping me specifically was so amazing. She absolutely needs to be in a leadership role. She is welcoming people all whilst making drinks as fast as possible. Just had such a good spirit is so affirming to her team as a manager energy, so affirming to her team. Ad a manager myself I would love an employee like her on my team. However, I will say that the manager’s vibe was low and it could be a lot better, Especially since no one‘s actually dining in for their order, everyone is just picking and going there’s not as much front of the house as far as seating, but I just wanted to highlight that DJ was amazing.

Starbucks is known for providing comfortable seating and clean restrooms for customers. Unfortunately, this location has neither. I’ve never been to a Starbucks that lacked both, and I’m honestly disappointed that this location operates this way. Anyone who post positive comments about this place probably only likes the coffee or the stuff, but it cannot be for the location.

Can I just get my coffee and leave with all the drama???I ordered online 20 minutes prior, got there, drink not ready. 2 people ask for my name and the last one got mad because I corrected her about the time.Then tried to emotionally shame me for not wanting a drink she put her fingers on the mouth of the lid. Never coming back, too many weird experiences there.

I’ve been coming here for a while now. This morning I placed my order after dropping off my kid at school. I placed it at 8:05 and app said it’ll be ready at 8:22am. At some point the app stopped tracking because it said “no status available” When I walked in, it was already 8:23 and they had a big group of people waiting for their orders. When I went to the counter to ask about mine they didn’t even know if it was made or not. They just told me they’ll remake it and said someone took mine. But all the workers seemed pretty stressed with the group they had waiting. My drink didn’t even have the sticker of my order just my name written on the cup. Anyway I ended up getting my drink at 8:40. It’s the longest I’ve ever waited for just a coffee.

No bathrooms!?! The Americano was pretty good, but it took forever. No place to sit so everybody waiting just mills around bumping into each other. The sugar bar was messy and not well stocked. The gist is I pay almost $20 for a couple cups of coffee and they don't have a bathroom?!? Boo for this location!

Longer wait but very high traffic so they did great. Extremely friendly and the manager handled a crazy rude customer quick and professionally. Outside is different, not starbucks issue but the homeless and people on drugs walking around was typical California currently and not good for kids to walk around solo!

This place seems to give regulars excellent service, but new people awful. I ordered on mobile app in store. Someone’s order was placed in front of me five minutes after I ordered yet they got their food before mine was even started to cook. Unacceptable. I won’t be back. 3 orders after me got their orders before me. I ordered a double smoked sandwich and banana nut bread. How?

Terrible service came here on my birthday and had the rewards app to try and claim it and was refused even though I had everything set up, plus rude customer service, avoid this location and go to the Starbucks in the Von's off Atlantic it's better with better prices, seriously disappointed with this place, very dirty outside would not recommend whatsoever avoid at all costs, thank you for reading.
