This location moves way too slow. I sat in the drive-thru for about 25 minutes with my cousin, who begged me to give this place another try after I told her it’s the worst one. It took around 10 minutes before the car in front of us could even order — and there were only 3 cars total. After moving closer to the window, I waited another 15 minutes before deciding to attempt to back out. The car behind me started backing out too. Definitely not worth the wait. While proceeding to back out it was turn, they told us not to worry about the payment and the drink was still made wrong.

My daughter went in to order a kid friendly frappe and was told that they didn’t make it. Which I have order the same thing here several times before at this exact location. Once I got out the car and went in and ordered it, they Automatically made it. Although it took 10 min to receive 🤦‍♀️ and there was no one in line. Then my daughter told me that one employee told another employee that she wasn’t going to make it. It’s sad that they would refuse money for the company they work for that helps fund their lifestyle.

Cashier was friendly but Service is way too slow for me. It was a Saturday morning around 11 not super busy like the other Starbucks I go too so service shouldn’t be that slow. My vanilla bean was not creamy just tasted like ice.

I was so excited when I found out Starbucks would be opening in Whitehaven but my recent visit left me disgusted and disappointed. My husband and I stopped in at the time that our mobile order was to be ready and it wasn't. I asked to use the restroom but was told 1 was occupied and the other was being cleaned. I sat down and continued to wait on my order, noticing how unclean the restaurant was. The employee eventually finished cleaning the restroom and walked right past me to the counter and it didn't look as if he washed his hands. When asked if the restroom was available he responded and went back to what he was doing. I get to the restroom and it's locked with a code that an employee has to give, also he lied about the other restroom having someone in it. During our wait, there were only 2 customers seated inside and 2-3 cars in the drive-thru but it took them 20 minutes total for a danish and egg bites. The quality of the food was disappointing. My egg bites tasted bland and the danish had fingerprints and hair in it. I will NEVER return to this location! It's very unfortunate that Whitehaven gets the awful Starbucks.

Paid almost 4.00 for a cookie!!! B cause I wanted 2 large cups of water!!!! Get to the window!! The old light skin MAN WITH THE ATTITUDE!! Gives me 2 small cups of water because HE WANTED TOO! Then shut the window in my face!! Never will stop at this location again ever!!!

Customer service on point 🙏 Overly kind. I appreciate good service. Keep up the great work yal! Mostly students which is great. They have to deal with a lot. I always get the Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappachino with Almond milk, add 2 shots of espresso, line the cup with caramel sauce and add cookie crumble topping. NO WHIP CREAM. They give me points on the app and I get $1 off every 25 points I use. Pretty legit 👌

I walked in the store with my 3 year old. I WAS coming to order but my children had to pee. I asked to use the restroom the first thing the employee says" The restroom is for customers only" before finding out if I was going to purchase..she allowed me to let my daughter pee but now after that statement i refuse to spend my money where its mandatory for me to shop to allow my child to pee. I SAT IN the restroom typing this before I left..And im not going to purchase my $50 order after that statement...thank you

I try and support the stores in my community restaurants but this location is slow for service, especially the drive thru. I know they've only been open for a short while. I was in the drive thru for 20mins! Other locations like Olive Branch and Southaven are a third of the wait time. Hopefully they can become more efficient and speed up service 🙏🏾 😬
