So I usually tip a little something to Starbucks workers, but I placed my order in advance and it still said it would take 20 minutes which is sometimes understandable. My problem is I got there and I sat and waited on the order and they made both of my items wrong and I had to wait longer for them to remake them. They gave me a sandwich instead of eggs. I had a drink the wrong flavor so I was upset. The ONLY 2 reasons I'm still giving them 5 stars is because they usually do my order right and because the cashier was SUPER accommodating and nice. She had them stop and fix my stuff.

I waited 30+ minutes in the drive-through alone trapped behind other cars. When I reached the window, I was informed that I would have to even longer. I was asked if I wanted to go ahead and pay but I opted to wait until I received my order. When the lady returned to the window, she informed me that I had to pay so that I could pull away from the drive through and receive my order once it was ready. She was a kind lady but I had to cancel my order once she informed me that I’d have to continue waiting. 45 minutes waisted.

I don’t know if the morning shift were having a bad morning or what. I got absolutely NO smile and NO greeting. Not even a simple “good morning”. They literally just stared. I understand it’s early, but when you’re in customer service you have to suck it up. Maybe that smile and good morning would have made my day. Please fix this.

I ordered a venti carmel macchiato hot with a extra shot of espresso and a grilled cheese sandwich. My friend ordered a carmel macchiato hot with potato bites. We were in line waiting 15 minutes. While waiting we observed two young ladies having a conversation. After 15 minutes one girl came to the window told us our amount without greeting us. We told her that our food was cold and she offered to reheat it it. We had to leave because after waiting all that time we were late for work. This location is convient but they need to improve on the wait time and quality of food.

The lady first took our orders and forgot about us, we waited almost 25 minutes for two drinks a cake pop and a croissant and then when we finally started looking upset is when she started on our orders. After I got my cake pop I tasted it and realized it was old because the taste was so distinctly old and bitter it made me gag and throw up. I hated my entire experience with these young ladies and their customer service.👎🏾

I was so excited when I found out Starbucks would be opening in Whitehaven but my recent visit left me disgusted and disappointed. My husband and I stopped in at the time that our mobile order was to be ready and it wasn't. I asked to use the restroom but was told 1 was occupied and the other was being cleaned. I sat down and continued to wait on my order, noticing how unclean the restaurant was. The employee eventually finished cleaning the restroom and walked right past me to the counter and it didn't look as if he washed his hands. When asked if the restroom was available he responded and went back to what he was doing. I get to the restroom and it's locked with a code that an employee has to give, also he lied about the other restroom having someone in it. During our wait, there were only 2 customers seated inside and 2-3 cars in the drive-thru but it took them 20 minutes total for a danish and egg bites. The quality of the food was disappointing. My egg bites tasted bland and the danish had fingerprints and hair in it. I will NEVER return to this location! It's very unfortunate that Whitehaven gets the awful Starbucks.

My daughter went in to order a kid friendly frappe and was told that they didn’t make it. Which I have order the same thing here several times before at this exact location. Once I got out the car and went in and ordered it, they Automatically made it. Although it took 10 min to receive 🤦‍♀️ and there was no one in line. Then my daughter told me that one employee told another employee that she wasn’t going to make it. It’s sad that they would refuse money for the company they work for that helps fund their lifestyle.

This Starbucks is always slow with service, but I frequent because it's the closest to my church. Went there on today at 6 pm to get tea for my Pastor, and there's a note on the order box saying their new hours are 530 am - 5 pm. Totally ridiculous!

Inconsistent, consistently!! Venti honey citrus tea w/(1) added pump peppermint and (1) added pump honey syrup. This week in the drive thru has been one of the worst. They know that this beverage is one of their more popular beverages. Why do they not order more products? It makes we the customer after we've taken our time to go to purchase field. They do not recognize our contribution to them being open. The store is definitely an attractive addition to the WhiteHaven Community I hope it will lasts. .

Great coffee! I go here almost everyday and the service is great! The ambiance is also nice although I mostly prefer going through the drive through. It is overpriced but worth it!

I want this Starbucks to succeed because it's a great asset to the Whitehaven community but they've got to do better. This is the slowest location I've ever visited and the seating area/lobby isn't cleaned as frequently as it should be. Just a bunch of thirsty customers sitting around at nasty tables waiting for their order. Please get it together asap.

This is absolutely the most amazing Starbucks ever!!!! The baristas are so friendly and quick at getting orders out. They get my drink correct every time I go there and they have no issues remaking orders. The store is always clean and cozy inside. The restrooms are never dirty. Sometimes the drivethur line gets long just pick up your mobile order up inside, no worries. Starbucks was really thoughtful on making this location a community store. They finally put a Starbucks in the hood.
