I ordered a vanilla late and they gave me a vanilla bean cream??? And when I asked if that was what I ordered they refused to check out it it was correct. The drink they gave me don't even have coffee (I checked in the Starbucks app)

After the renovation, everything feels brighter; the service, the space, and even the coffee itself. You can truly feel the fresh energy from the youth team! The service and quality have improved greatly, and for someone like me who’s always on the go, being able to order ahead through the app is a real game changer. To the amazing team reading this: you’re doing such a great job! After a long day, the little message written in black marker on my cup completely lifted my mood. Ever since this place opened back up it’s awful. Cup of black ice coffee takes forever, isn’t even coffee but tea, stop coming here and maybe we can get a better spot downtown.

I wanna give a HUGE shoutout to Ameena and Tay (I’m almost sure it’s Tay sorry if I got it wrong ) These two helped me and my sis a few times ! And honestly just we’re two good people in the right spot ! Also the drinks they made us were delicious But it’s not even about the drink more about the amazing service ! Thanks !

This places is definitely one of the most awfully managed places ever. The manager herself Tyra is the most disgusting disrespectful and unprofessional manager EVER. The way she talks to her own employees is downright ridiculous how she will talk down on you. The regular employees are all lazy and think they’re all great and don’t care to help the store because they’re girls. Tyra has spoken to her employees in a way that not even my own mother speaks to me that way. The manager is too emotional to ever be in a position that she is. You can’t feel overwhelmed, you can’t tell her to give you one moment If one is preoccupied she will call you out on that for no reason and call you “disrespectful” all while telling her own employees to use their common sense, or what does that have to do with your mouth not opening. It’s ridiculous the employee meal menu is so terrible here and they all know it however the manager can take whatever foods she likes but her own employees can’t even take a wrong food order for example. Before you wanna work for a rude woman like Tyra, think before you become hired because she will disrespect you make you feel belittled and unwanted. I’ll make sure to have a talk with Erica Crockton about Tyra’s behavior towards her own employees if she even cares too

I am regular and enjoy coming on my lunch breaks. However, today I was very disappointed because there was young lady was making drinks while the other 2 employees stand and watched with their arms cross talking to each other. That's unfair for any employee to be productive and the others show no teamwork! I do not want to witness this again. The young lady was very positive and smiled. The drink was delicious.
