Starbucks - Milano Durini

This was by far the worst Starbucks I visited in all of France, Italy, and England during my six weeks in Europe. The attitude of the worker and manager was terrible. The cake I was served was hard as if it were old. The coffee was served in a to go cup despite me asking to drink it there, and it was barely warm. They forgot my cake and when I mentioned it to them, the barista argued with me asking me why I couldn’t wait one minute for my cake. Stay away from this bad service Starbucks.

If I could give less stars, I would. I cannot complain about the baristas nor the coffee/sweet quality, but the cleanliness and the bathroom is absolutely horrible. For it to be a Starbucks and have only one toilet for both genders is bad enough to begin with, but they're always dirty, broken to the point that there are no seats, nor even the flush coverings on them, never have any tissues or soap, or even when there's soap no running water on tap is to me is unacceptable. How can a Starbucks franchise not have the funds or care for a bigger bathroom, or at least a worker to clean and keep it stocked throughout the day? I really do not like coming to this location for this reason only. Unfortunately for me I have to for meeting with others, and it saddens me that over the years the management has done NOTHING to improve their hygiene. I hope more people bring this up so a change can happen, but for such a big change it shouldn't be us customers asking for them to provide basic necessities.

We are used to the fact that Starbucks always has a normal, non-toxic atmosphere, but this time something went wrong. It all started during the order, the girl who took the order, first decided to hug and chat with her friend (we were not against it, although it was just a waste of our time). Then we made an order, and she ordered the wrong coffee, when we told her that it was not the one we ordered, she began to rudely prove that it was what we ordered and that it was not their fault. And in the end she decided to mimic me. The mood is spoiled because of such people, and because this place is located in the center, they always have an influx of people and I understand that the management of this Starbucks does not care. Therefore, I advise, if you do not want to spoil your mood, get a good coffee in a neighboring coffee shop and avoid bad places.

Large and well-kept, professional and courteous staff. The venue is closed to car traffic due to the works on the subway, the access road to the restaurant is in a dead-end street until the end of the works, it can only be reached on foot. We were here on Saturday 12 August 2023 and despite the many tourists in the center and nearby, the place was not crowded, an oasis of cool and tranquility from the heat of these days. Excellent quality chocolate bread.

Great atmosphere, clean, and next to the fashion street. It’s Suitable for students and remote workers. Only problem is you can lack a space to sit and enjoy your coffee cause it’s always packed.

Good place for taking coffee if you need to work on a project, meet someone or spend some time with friends and colleagues. Not that many seats in some moments of the day.

Nice place to wait for your next meeting or next class. They have a lot of sport to charge your electronic items and with USB, perfect for tourists. The drinks taste good like any Starbucks, always I ask frappes. What I did not like is that baristas who give you the drinks as it should be and others do not. A drink that has three flavors and one day they gave it to me very well prepared, you can see the three colors and it even has some small candies on top, on another day they didn't give it to me at all like that, you can see the photo of the mixture colors and with nothing on top and honestly they charge me the same and that bothers me. And at the counter there is a guy who keeps looking at all the girls, he even made me feel uncomfortable and he didn't even see me. he usually sees girls with bare legs. Watch out for that Statbucks. In general all staff is kind.
