Starbucks

This is the exact reason I stopped going to Starbucks and found 7Brew superior. I ordered three things on starbucks delivery through their own app and I didn't get one of my drinks. They never get my order right and always miss a drink or food item. (This is for the drive through/pick up/door dash) I called the store to say they forgot my drink and they started dodging me saying it wasn't there problem that they didn't make a drink and told me to call door dash to get it handled. I called doordash and they were polite in declining being able to help {because it's through Starbucks delivery not them} and were nice enough to transfer me over to the right department. NEVER GOING BACK TO STARBUCKS AGAIN. PAID 13 BUCKS FOR Nothing!!!!!!

I went to Starbucks this morning and Kas, took my order. She was rude and actually huffing over the radio. At the window she was visibly annoyed, and short, also ignoring my passenger who asked her if she was having a good day. I love Starbucks and I am a very frequent patron. This is the third time she has been rude and that is why I am writing. Management needs to do something.

so happy we have starbucks here in Murray! the place is very clean (atm lol) they have few display.. a lil bit of slow but i understand.. i got my caramel crunch frappe... its just right not overly sweet.... i hope yall have to put more stuff in your display cabinets... bakery has a good selections...

some would say that all Starbucks are the same, but that’s definitely not true I’ve been to Starbucks all over the United States and for the most part they all taste the same that is true, but the service is not always the same. The Starbucks here in Murray Kentucky has never disappoint, they do a great job of getting the line moving and keeping it moving. And one thing that I really like about it, is the fact that they’re open when they say they’re going to be open which sounds crazy, but trust me it happens.

Sad they did away with the apple drinks but I tried the pecan and it was delicious. Please bring back the apple drinks! It was part of my fall!

Guys, please repair the lock on your men's restroom ASAP. I have traveled and stopped at many Starbucks and I can tell you, this one definitely doesn't wow me or cause me to become a raving fan. Honestly, no excitement in the room, no engagement really from your staff. I mean, no one is rude or anything, just there isn't anything that would say, this is where I want to go over somewhere else.

Horrible service. Nitro cold brew and 10 min waiting. 8 people working inefficiently.

Seriously the slowest star bucks I've ever been to! The coffee was good but not worth the wait

Subpar coffee at a premium price so you can have their logo on the cup. The staff is treated poorly and the food options are candy masquerading as high end food.

I came here last night and I ordered a venti vanilla bean frappe with extra caramel and I got to the window the guy handed me my drink and I had told him I wanted extra caramel in the cup and he got mad with a bad attitude and his facial expression along with it and he said "okay well you need to say extra drizzle in your cup" and he slammed the door on me I tried to apologize and he was very rude I asked for his name he said it's Deckard, he needs to learn how to treat people and be more professional. Extra caramel is extra caramel not everything is precise. The girl with the green hair is very sweet everytime I go there

Love this Starbucks! Super friendly employees. Despite being out of a lot of items due to the supply chain crisis, the patient staff members always know how to recommend a delicious alternative ! Always make my day.

Really, really slow drive thru BUT, its usually the customers who hold up the flow. The irritating thing is this location runs out of some favorites quite often. Which indicates poor planning and even worse logistical preparation. in short, poor ownership/management. Upside is employees are friendly and caring. Its a Starbucks so that "take it or leave it" corporate attitude permeates the franchise. But hey, it's the only Starbucks in town.
