I ordered a venti Mocha Frappuccino in which the lady repeated back to me as she was ringing my order up. I waited about 7min for her counter part to call out my order. It was a grande. As I approached the counter I politely stated that I had ordered a venti, thats when it became apparent she had zero customer service skills. At first she just ignored my statement until she realized I wasn't walking away. Then she unkindly stated, "well she rang it up as a Grande, if it's an issue, she can refund you and charge you for a venti?". Needless to say, she shouldn't be in the service industry.
