My daughter and I come here every morning. I paid for extra caramel and they never put it on. The lady handed me my drink without any caramel at all.And when I asked for a cup of caramel to go in it The manager had the nerve to get an attitude. You didn’t put the caramel in the drink that I asked for. And u get upset. I spend 20 to 35 everyday here. This will make me stop

Very nice Starbucks! I have never been to a Starbucks that was a community store, but I love the concept. The community room has a long table, 12 chairs, a sink, and a cabinet. There's lots of seating (both indoors and outdoors), also a drive-through. The staff is nice. Enjoyed trying the mango dragonfruit refresher for the first time. I look forward to returning and utilizing the community space!

The staff is amazing. Consistently deliciously created drinks. I have made it a return to go inside because the line can be all the way to Claiborne and take 10 + minutes however it is worth the wait. Handicap accessible. This is a community Starbucks, the love is here.

Service depends on whomever’s at the register. They’ll give a homeless person free water, but I couldn’t buy a cup of ice without making a full purchase. That was the first time I’ve ever been denied the right to purchase something so simple. It’s even more interesting she took a moment to configure her delivery because she realized I was reading her body language and also because she was ready to argue. I left and got a free cup of ice from Burger King and my son received an ice cream cone after I briefly explained what’d just happened at this Starbucks.

June 15, 2024 *Shout-Out to "River", who was standing outside in this Louisiana heat, taking drive-thru orders on an iPad!! Perhaps the regular screen/microphone setup was broken. *Shout-Out to "Mary" working the drive-thru window this morning. Smiles from all staff, quick service. I was impressed by their customer service. I have been on their side of the counter for the majority of my life. It seems many other quick-service establishments are lacking in customer service, but this Starbucks has their rhythm & flow down; I would definitely go back. Franchises can be hit or miss, go on 2851 S Claiborne As I was specifically seeking a drive-thru café today, this Starbucks was spot on‍ (P.S.)- I feel as if there should be a Tip Jar for staff at the drive-thru window, and I apologize if I overlooked one, if there was one!

I love working remotely from this location. The private room allows a space to complete virtual meeting with minimal distractions. The staff is very friendly and always working hard to serve customers with a smile. The store is clean and they work around the clock making certain is pleasant for patrons.

The whole staff is amazing the manager Alex and my favorite barista Mary are gems! Service is fast, the store is welcoming and has a meeting room that can be reserved for gatherings. Definitely my favorite stop on my way to work.

The staff is pleasant and consistent. There are ample sockets to plug in your devices. They are rarely out of ingredients. I also like that they refill the free compost of coffee grinds. Minus one star for the volume of the music. It's so loud that you can hear it over the music in your headphones. Another pet peeve of mine is that the tables are round which makes doing schoolwork a bit cumbersome.

Oh Starbucks...you keep telling me you're my "community shop"...but I really just want you to be my coffee stop. Don't get me wrong, I love having a Starbucks in my hood, and even though I haven't walked to you yet, I could. The thing is, you keep messing up my orders, are always out of nitro, and have flies in your dining room. I know you're trying, and keep at it! It's not me though...it's you. And my vanilla latte was $6...so make it right.

I stopped here to get a drink for my hour and 30 min drive to a different city. It was too hot so I ended up not drinking it until I got to my destination. I noticed that my cup rattled when I started drinking it. I removed the top and one of the machine nozzles to mix or froth the drinks was just floating in my coffee! How did the worker just not realize an essential part of the machine had broken off!?! Customer service gave me $25 credit. Maybe my sister will use it. I think I'm going off coffee for a while. The nozzle looked like a tampon applicator at first. I nearly threw up before I realized what it really was.

Pls do not waste your time going to this location. They can not and will not make your drink correctly. This is by far the worst. I brought a venti iced green tea latte and more than half the the drink was just straight foam! That is ridiculous. I did not just spend over $5 for just foam. Definitely will not visit this location again. I'll take an extra 10/15 min drive to go somewhere better.

This is the closest Starbucks to my school so I visit often. While my experience is usually good at this location, today was just terrible. When I reached out to grab my order, the lid of my VERY HOT coffee popped off,spilling all over my arm and leg. I know that the lid was not secured properly because I did not grip it very tightly, and it popped off as soon as a securely had it in my hand. The most that the barista could offer my was a new sleeve and some napkins. Not a sorry for the spill, not a let me make you a fresh one. She just looked at me without remorse. I try my best not to give them grief because I understand how busy and tiring it can be to be serving people on a tight schedule. I still feel like there could be a little more compassion from them.

This is a new place, still working out the kinks, but all things considered it seems to be doing well. Clean space, friendly staff, cold and hot drinks, cold and hot food. I can see myself coming back here more often. I like that they are experimenting with having a separate community room for groups to use. I hope that works out well for them.

This new location is very nice and the staff is very friendly. But this one is special...It has a drive thru! The first Starbucks location in this city with one. Maybe even first in the country, I'm not sure. Right across from the Magnolia Marketplace and just walking distance from where I reside, I can come here and unwind with friends and have a good social time.

Of course Starbucks is known for its coffee and amazing blends! However, today was my first time trying the breakfast. I ordered the Sausage Chicken Biscuit and it was certainly a treat. I was shockingly surprised at how amazing this breakfast sandwich was. It was piping hot, sweetness from the biscuit and spicy, from the gravy. This's sandwich melted in my mouth. Better than Mcdonalds, Chic-file, and Burger Kings sausage biscuit. I would rate this sandwich 5 stars hands down

Stopped by this place on the way home, and its so incredibly beautiful inside. In addition to all the furniture being brand new, the layout and spacing is perfect. It was cool to see the community room with a sink, although I'm not entirely sure how to reserve or use it. The staff was super friendly and my drink came out fast. Definitely try the Nitro Cold Brew if you get a chance. Not sure if it will be a regular order of mine, but it was cool to try. There is also plenty of outdoor seating and a drive-thru, so I will definitely be back.

I am a daily loyal starbucks fan, however this is the worst store i've came across. it is the only one on the way to work and every time i give them a chance the drink is barely drinkable and tastes so bad. Doesn't make sense since they use the same recipes as every store. The iced coffee is almost clear, watered down, tastes stale like it's been sitting all day. Also tried a cream cold brew that came with no ice and tasted horrible. Won't be going back!!!

If you want slow service with warm coffee this is the location. Miss Nadeine doesn't care if there's a line or not. She's going to get her conversation out! Waited for literally 3 minutes before she finally finished with her conversation and finally place her friend order. All that talking she was doing, she also got the person order wrong and the person was now also mad at her SMH.

The new freestanding building is architecturally pleasing. The location is very useful and was a smart and forward-looking move, but they are really struggling with the service. When I get to the window, they are almost always confused as to which order is mine. On three occasions I drove off after being given the wrong drink and on a couple of others they've forgotten entirely. Sometimes the drinks are great/normal sometimes they are very unbalanced. I know the store is new and they are likely working out the kinks, but it's taking way too long for such a large and organized company. Starbucks, this store needs your help.

Grateful to have this available, especially during COVID... but be prepared to wait in the drive-thru line for at least 35 minutes. Also, don't be afraid to put extra milk! Countless times I end up just putting in my own milk to make it the caramel color I enjoy.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. It is near my house so I gave it quite a few chances, but they are horrible. They will take forever, mess up your order, and their mobile orders are never ready. The staff is very rude and does nothing to rectify mistakes.

I came into the store this morning tired and ready for coffee. I missed her name, but the barista who took my order was so nice. She suggested a different flavor with the drink I ordered and it turned out to be soooo good. It was a really nice way to start my morning.

This is the only Starbucks (since day 1) that is consistent with incorrect orders. You must sip before leaving or have time to come back to have it corrected. Sometimes you think the coffee is wrong because it just doesn't taste right. 2 stars due to it being a drive thru and the location.

I know you're probably thinking "Why is someone even bothering to write a review, bc if you like Starbucks you're going to go 2 Starbucks?" Well this locale not only has a cool/unique interior layout, but also has the well-versed + friendly Drink Artíste named Alan; he whipped up some delicious eye-candy, that was a refreshing exotic-fruit blended lemonade. PS: my son who is only 4, used the BR & it was spotless... a rare find for any place in New Orleans!

So definitely lots of pros. They stayed open during the pandemic and was able to get the drive thru line moving quickly. Mobile ordering in the morning was a breeze. Always offered to give my pup a puppucchino when I go through the drive thru. The major con about this place is the drinks are inconsistent. Its always a bit disappointing when you realize they added way too much cream into your cold brew and full pumps of vanilla (even when you ordered it with just 1) after you drive away. But alas, I will be back...especially since pumpkins back on the menu

My visit today was horrible! I entered the drive thru at 9am made it to the order speaker at 9:28pm I waited 5mins at the speaker & no one said ANYTHING. The cars ahead of me we pulling up so I began to think perhaps the speaker wasn't working. (Although there was no sign about the speaker not working just a sign that says they would closing at 2pm) I proceeded to the pickup window as to not continue to hold the line behind me. I explain to the young lady I wasn't able to order at the speaker she calls another associate or manger to the window. This female had dreds and double nose rings unfortunately I didn't get her name so this is the only way I can describe her but she told me they would take my order at the window but next time I would have to get back in line because they are backed up inside and outside with orders. I was taken aback & explained I have been in line for over 30 mins but no worries I would not be back. How rude of her not to just apologize and say sorry for the wait and sorry that we didn't get on the intercom & say one moment. Overall I was annoyed with the time it took but extra annoyed with her response to me about something that was clearly their fault. Poor service all around!

In all of my life drinking Starbucks, I never had a more amazing drink than now. It took my mouth to a candyland with caramel fireworks! I love y'all! I ordered a caramel ribbon salt crunch frappe, but they made me something totally different that blew my mind with flavor! A burst of joy right now! It's a caramel frappe add caramel crunch and extra caramel drizzle. THANK YOU JADA FOR THE RECOMMENDATION!!

I am a loyal Starbucks guest, gold star member. Will go out of my way for a good cup of coffee. Today experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. I ordered on the app, so I could get the 50 percent off. Two locations are on Washington Ave. The cross streets are Magazine and Claiborne. I mistakingly order from the Washington and Magazine. Why it choose that location when I was standing in the lobby at Claiborne location. Placed my order, waited... Finally walked up to the pick up area, Aubrey asked " can I help you" kindly said looking for my order. Name ? Daniel... No order! Look at the app? Realized then it went to the Magazine location...Aubrey said can't due nothing for you! Its at that location... Now I know we're not all perfect. I just spent 10.36. Once again this location is still GHETTO and treats their customers like crap. As I was leaving Aubrey screamed have a nice day sir! Aubrey I see you in the streets, you will get cursed the fucked out!

This is clearly going to be one of Starbucks' stand-out locations in the city of New Orleans once the kinks are worked out. The service is fast and very professional. As other reviewers have noted, the space is open and airy too with good lighting. There are just a few things they need to work on, including making sure items in the bakery case are labeled so that customers can order more quickly/easily and figuring out how to pull a proper shot of espresso. My decaf espresso was very watery with little substance. Maybe they aren't using enough grinds/reusing the same grinds for multiple shots? I get decaf espresso at many other locations and it tends to have more body and flavor.

Absolutely scrumptious! they make the brown sugar oatmilk perfectly delectable EVERY SINGLE TIME. the bad reviews are just haters this is my FAVORITE starbucks and the only one I really enjoy going to because they are always consistent. It's new and so are all the baristas. But they are super nice. And I can tell they actually hired some people from the neighborhood. That made me smile. Psalm, is my fav. The artwork by B Mike is also a plus. If I ever have a reason to sit in inside I'll grab a seat by the window and gawk at that.

I never write reviews but I was so absolutely impressed by my service today that I would be remiss to not to share my experience! The barista who checked me out--I unfortunately didn't ask for his name--was the nicest and most helpful person I've ever dealt with in a coffee shop! He even made me a special drink that he recommended (which was delicious by the way). I will say I was very upset that this location didn't have the option to tip on my card. My barista went above and beyond and the staff as a whole seemed to be working hard to get people's drinks out and keep the store clean. I never carry cash with me and I wish I could have offered additional financial compensation for the exemplary work of the staff I will definitely be returning to this location (with cash on hand)!

Someone was kind enough to spend their money buying me a Starbucks gift card so all I ask is that my drink be made correctly. Apparently, this location does not comprehend the value of a correctly made Starbucks drink. I ordered a tall blonde vanilla latte, hot. The first time, they made my latte iced. The second time, they made my latte with regular espresso instead of blonde espresso, and then had the audacity to get an attitude with me because I asked for my drink to be made correctly twice. I also wanted a reduced fat turkey bacon sandwich. I was told that they were out of breakfast sandwiches, but someone in line after me ordered a ham and cheese croissant. I politely brought it up to the barista that I thought they were out of breakfast sandwiches as per what I was told, to which she then replied that they were out of breakfast sandwiches so I asked if you're out of breakfast sandwiches why is the person behind me getting a ham and cheese croissant isn't it considered a breakfast sandwich? Then I asked, why is it that a reduced fat turkey bacon sandwich is considered a breakfast sandwich but the ham and cheese croissant is not, to which the barista reply that she doesn't know and that whether or not the turkey bacon sandwich is considered a breakfast sandwich depends on who you ask. Then she had the audacity to get an attitude with me yet again saying that regardless they were just out of the sandwich. Hi definitely do not recommend this location of Starbucks because of the rude Barista's, and the horrible communication that takes place. Save your money and buy Starbucks coffee beans from your local grocers or go to one of the licensed locations like the one in the Hyatt regency on Perdido. They have great customer service, make great drinks, and have much better communication skills.

I am blown away with the customer service and great attitude of the staff. We came through the drive-through on a rainy day and had the best experience ever. Me and my friend like to joke around so we were cutting up with the girl at the drive-through. She was so friendly and fun and was laughing right with us. Sunny served us coffee and also brightened our day. You cannot put a price on good customer service. I frequent the Starbucks on but from now on I will be going to this location. All because one employee took the time to laugh and have fun while doing her job. She was very professional and knowledgeable she answered all my questions.

If I could give this dump of a Starbucks zero stars I would. I was so excited that this location opened up because it was so convenient. The first week that it opened up the people were absolutely great. If you weren't satisfied with your order or they made it wrong they had no problem with making a new one. From the moment you walked it they all greeted you and made you feel welcomed. Now, idk if they rotate workers or what but it has been consistant attitude from everyone there!!! It ridiculous. Not to mention the mess your order up all the time and have an attitude when you say you did not order what they made politely. The cashiers have attitudes while rushing you and then ring your order in wrong. They do not listen to the customers. The management is awful too. When complained about the service, they take the situation lightly like service is not an issue.

I went to this location for the first time last week. I was very excited when it opened because I get Starbucks several times a week and this location has the only drive thru in the area. The hot chai tea latte I ordered last week tasted burnt and I could only drink about half of it. I went thru the drive thru today and ordered another hot chai tea latte. The worker at the window told me they were out of chai tea. The line was held up because I had to order a different drink at the window. I ordered a hot white chocolate mocha instead and that drink also tasted burnt when I got it. I can't keep throwing away money on coffee I can't drink. I'll go back to my usual Starbucks locations (several-depends on where I am in the city) for about a month before I return again. Hopefully this location will have gotten better at making the drinks I like. The workers were very friendly both times I went, the 1 star is for the coffee and not the staff.
