Starbucks

Ima regular who goes in there almost every time I go into work, i ordered my usual and they didn’t make it hot , I then asked the guy who usually makes my drink and he did no problem and then one of the female employees went and told on him and they stated if I wanted my milk steamed I would have to pay extra which I never do! They should have just steamed the milk without it being a problem ! Customers are supposed to be right , right? They just lost a customer!

When it comes to drinks this place is okay. But the staff are incompetent concerning proper customer service- attitude problems everywhere. Disgusting 🤮 never coming here again !!!! (Like we get it ur 40 years old stuck at Starbucks but don’t take it out on the ones who keep this place running)

On 11/20/25 the service been awful from the worker with name - KAI, how can she still works at Starbucks? Manager should take care of this as soon as possible. Cheers

I had the worst experience ever at this Starbucks in New York. I was waiting for my coffee and food when I asked to use the restroom, only to be told it’s for employees only. Seriously? As a paying customer, I expected at least basic courtesy and access to a restroom. The staff was dismissive and unhelpful, and it left a really bad impression. Totally unacceptable. I won’t be coming back to this location again.

Comfortable setting 😌✨️👌 cold as hell outside and they had heater on inside so it was nice and warm

Playmonyc is a (insta) page dedicated to creating content about the New York City Fire Department. Also enjoyed a great cup of coffee there — a perfect spot to take a break.
