Horrible!!! The frappe was straight water. The guy with long hair making them does not know what he’s doing. Waited 24 minutes total. Only one person in there. Glad I don’t live in this location for Starbucks. Don’t come here!!

I visited this Starbucks location through the drive-thru and was immediately impressed by the exceptional service. I was having a difficult day, and the barista at the window went above and beyond—she was warm, attentive, and took a moment to offer a kind reminder that brighter days are ahead. Her compassion truly made a difference. Although I didn’t catch her name, she had beautifully done eye makeup and an outstanding attitude that really stood out. I visit this Starbucks regularly and the team is consistently friendly, but her kindness was especially memorable. My drink was prepared perfectly, and despite a long drive-thru line, the service was efficient and the wait was surprisingly short. Thank you, Starbucks, for delivering excellent customer service and brightening my day.

So as I was walking in to get my drink the workers were pretty much making fun of my name. Yes, it's definitely not a common name but super unprofessional. Sure am glad we are allowed to retract the tip in the app. I also pay extra for cookie crumble in my drink and the incompetent employee put chocolate shavings on it. So happy this isn't my normal location although I'd save on tips if it was!

2 workers, long drive-thru line. I walked in, only customer in store, chose my food items and for several minutes was not greeted or acknowledged in any way. Finally, it was clear there would be no in-store service, so I left and found great service ELSEWHERE.

Im so happy with this location I tried a different location before this one and they got mad that im deaf and wrote everything down and needed them to do so as well but this location i went in typed my order they input it and then I waited for mh order and I typed out my name so that if I went to pick up an item kn the counter I'd know it was mine and then I got my pumpkin spice and bagel and left. This location was great compared to the one I went previously who got super irritated and refused to take my order.

Parking was interesting, but after multiple visits we had it figured out. So Starbucks is Starbucks, right? That said, the folks behind the counter were kind and helpful. We were here for coffee and breakfast, so we ordered a couple of their famous microwave breakfast sandwiches, which were exactly as expected. They filled the void in our tummies and were tasty enough. We did have a coffee pickup snafu. I imagine this happens often. I let the guy behind the counter know we screwed up so that the person coming for the coffee we already picked up wasn't left standing unserved. I think it all worked out. Starbucks standard fare... it was what we needed. I can't complain. I'm also not jumping up and down shouting it's praises.

Customer service was good . Yet they don't follow directions, the details were printed out on the cup yet still got the order wrong . Please train the staff to read the Labels for order , I'm glad I wasn't allergic to anything because that would've been bad

Pro Tip! Always , always , always go inside & order.. especially at THIS location. There is always a long line outside for the drive thru. I alway go inside & they get me in & out in under 5 minutes if there no line inside (there rarely is). The baristas are so sweet & they always make me feel welcome. I only stop here when I'm out this way which is once again rare..but they took care of me & I appreciate that! (Forgot to get a picture) but all I had was 2 shots of expresso with 3 pumps of SF Vanilla Syrup!

Long line of cars outside (maybe 10?) so I came inside. Five staff working and all working hard. No line inside and just a few customers. Order ready within 5 minutes. Pro Tip - come inside to avoid the line! Friendly staff.

Well rolled in. 4 people working. All were uninspired, unfriendly, unwilling to show emotions of any type so congrats Starbucks as a 20 year stock holder I'm pumped you finally created coffee robots. Was only person. They screwed up my order. As a kicker, Long haired hippy kid behind the counter in mid toss of garbage loudly proclaims NO NO NO NO... instead of "air this one is half empty. Can you toss that in here?" Wow. Shocked.

Someone picked up the order my coworker placed online. I get this happens, but that's crazy and wasted my time. this location remade our order soo thank you for that. I'm only writing a review so management sees that their food display case has about 4/5 gnats flying around in the case and landing on the display food. THAT'S HORRIFYING. Please fix it. There are already enough flies zooming around in the building. To see them in the case and everywhere else in the building is crazy. No one seemed bothered. I'm from the south, flies are a part of life but - get rid of them. It's even more absurd that no one seems bothered by them.

Driving across the country and stopped here for coffee on day 2 at 6:30 in the morning as it was right next to the hotel we stayed in. Everyone was friendly and smiling. Placed our order and was chatting with the barista about how nice it is in this one after our rotten experience at a Starbucks the morning before in NC where everyone was grumpy and rude and apparently forgot to put coffee and syrup in what ended up being a hot cup of coconut milk and I ended up having burnt gas station coffee further down the road instead. When our order was ready (it was exactly what I ordered) and we were walking out, she called us back and gave us a couple gift cards to use on the remainder of our drive. Very sweet and unexpected and has set up our long day ahead on a great note. I didn't get your name, but thank you! You made my day!

I've never received more flamboyant unprofessional swine for my barista's today. I have been a customer of Starbucks for a marginal 10 years of my life and all the cops I've purchased over these many years this one today really has me looking for another higher end coffee and tea establishment. Pls avoid this store for the amount of detail and disregard for my order as well as for the grotesque attitude I received is worth triggering me to be writing my first Yelp review.

First time I came in as Starbucks welcome customers in but omg the toilet bowl was nasty.. the other toilet was not clean as well and trash can is small, seem to overflowing even though it is still early in the morning. Very very disappointed

I'll gladly change my review now that the hours of this location seem more consistent. However, I've ordered drinks twice now and they haven't been up to the usual Starbucks standards. I'll assume it's because of the short tenure of the baristas. Overall, coffee is coffee and I'm happy their hours are somewhat normal now.

Usually this location is pretty great. This time they were out of almost all of their food items. After we got something they actually had it took a long time for the drinks to follow. The drinks were a mess and instead of cleaning it up they just slipped it into another cup. Disappointed. For drinks of this price they should at least be cleaned up.

Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. I tried to give this location a chance multiple times since it's located close to my work. Their lines are always long, the staff take forever to get the line moving, and my order has been wrong 3/3 times I've been here. They're always out of stock of something and overall not a location worth going to.

You can order ahead but most of the time still have to go through the drive through. Several of us work across the street and have to get in our cars, wait in line and often get our "cold" coffee because they do not keep the lobby open for order aheads. They are frequently out of many of their drink options and will never answer the phone. Last week several of us made an online purchase and no one was there for the drive through or lobby. We were so excited for this Starbucks to go in near our work but have been so disappointed in the management so far.

The staff are so friendly and the coffee always good! However: the hours, and whether or not you can order through the app, are super inconsistent. So sometimes the drive through wait is an hour long with no option to order online and pick up. Will happily change my review if they up the consistency.

The purple hair girl was extremely rude to me today. She was taking out the trash and I had just finished eating my egg bites and went to throw away the wrapper as she was taking out the trash. She told me it wasn't for "public use" I told her it was my Starbucks wrapper and she didn't care. Not a great way to greet or thank a customer. She definitely sucks.

I had a friend stop and get me a drink before coming to work. I ordered a grande latte with an extra shot and received basically just milk and caramel syrup. There was no expresso to be found. I was sad :( After work, I went back myself and explained what happened and the girl in the drive thru was extremely understanding and got me what I originally ordered, no questions asked. It was super nice and much appreciated!!

Idk what is going on with this store. App says open, doors say open until 1 PM on a Saturday. Placed an order through the app, go to the store before 1 and it's closed. Starbucks corporate made it right, but this stores needs to sort itself out

Brand new store, opened right across the street from a hospital. Their hours: 6am-1pm M-F. A part time Starbucks. When I've gone during the weekdays in the mornings, my drinks have been great and the staff friendly. However, many many hospital staff were so excited about this location. And every one of them has been let down by the nonsensical hours this store keeps. If their hours were the same as literally every other Starbucks in our area, they would make a killing. I will gladly change my rating when they change their hours of operation.

Horrible experience yesterday, but since Starbucks is usually good, we came back one more time. Could not have been worse. Chubby blonde tattooed woman who took our order was rude and argumentative, scolding that "there was no way they could sell me" a large cold brew. "Too much caffeine." WTH. Want me to sign a waiver? When we were still waiting for the second part of our order (a simple cup of Pike), and everyone who'd come in after us had been served and left, I asked her where our coffee was and she said loudly that they fill the orders in the order in which they're received, but I'd already had the first half of that order for 10 minutes by then. When I finally got the Pike (from another employee), they had one simple thing to do to make it right -- put cream in it. But was there cream? Of course not. Besides that, the place was filthy, with junk all over the prep surfaces, sticky floors, and overflowing garbage cans. Even if you're a fan of Starbucks, folks, steer way clear of this one!
