Starbucks

Friendly service. Mostly a carry away location being inside the resort hotel, but they do have a few tables. Drink and oatmeal came out quickly. It’s attached to the lobby area, but still able to be in the quiet and relaxed.

The ladies at this location are amazing and went above and beyond to make sure my drink was taken care of and also that I was taken care of. I would drive out of my way to go to this location above every other location. 5 stars.

these people did such an amazing job keeping up with the hundreds of orders coming in at once during our convention. they never got our order wrong and we went multiple times every day! such sweet people and very organized for all of the chaos we caused!

was very busy which is obviously unavoidable, it took about an hour and a half for my drink. When it came it was not filled completely whatsoever. It was fine but it was very annoying especially after waiting so long

We only ordered coffee here. I had to wait a lot for two cups of coffee. There were plenty of girls working there.

The resort prides themselves on having this Starbucks on site with mobile ordering. I went to mobile order once to find them out of half of the items so I didn’t place an order. Two days later I placed an order and wasn’t told in the app until after I placed the order it was going to be a 47-50 minute wait. Fortunately I just went back to my room and came back, but my coworker was flying out and couldn’t get a coffee before leaving.

Came here ordered a venti americano extra shot , received a grande cup.told the barista nicely that I ordered a venti. He replied with “oh” grabbed it gave me my drink but it was super watered down, making me think that he didn’t add the extra shot or even the regular venti amount of shots.

This is a new Starbucks location with a great atmosphere, located inside the Caribe Royale. As soon as you enter Starbucks all the employees are super friendly and very attentive… You can come and grab a coffee at this new location and also get a day pass to relax at the beautiful Caribe Royale pool!

Don't advertise mobile ordering if it's not available! Wasted 1/2 hour waiting in line for a cup of coffee. One of the benefits of staying at the hotel was getting coffee on the go via mobile ordering.
