While waiting for an Uber, we went to grab a coffee. We moved forward to the till area, but the staff member at that till walked away. The cashier at the second till saw us waiting, ignored us, and instead served the customer who was behind us in line. After that, she called the next person behind us as well. Feeling unwelcome, we decided to leave, as it was clear our custom was not valued. Very disappointing service.
