Hi, 13 almost 14 year old female here! Went to this Starbucks before flying home from vacation. I got in line and was planning out my order thinking , “the line will move fast”. We stood in the line for 40 minutes. I was think finally, they can just make my drink and I can rush back to my gate so I don’t miss my flight. Another 15-20 minutes standing in line after ordering my 2 drinks. The drinks finally came as we get a message from my Dad saying our flight thankfully had been delayed, otherwise we would’ve missed it by a mile. So we rush to get to our gate after getting our drinks, because it still had taken that long to get out, and our flight had only been delayed for 12 minutes. We sit down to try our drinks (me and my sister) mine tastes amazing as usual, I ordered a grande strawberry açaí refresher, but one small detail, they put the berries in it when I had asked for no berries, it didn’t bother me though. My sister tried her drink and her face came out sour. She ordered a caramel frappe, no coffee no caffeine, since she is 9 years old. She said, “There’s coffee in it” I was not surprised, Starbucks normally messes up the small things like that but for her it’s not ok, I can handle it, but coffee is too strong for her. So there is our experience. We spent $20, and wasted 10 on the frappe that they made wrong.

At 10:23am today Ordered a coffee Frappuccino and for the first time they didn’t put any sweetness to it. I asked it to be fixed and they refused saying it never has sugar as an ingredient. If you do a quick google search with the ingredients of a coffee Frappuccino from Starbucks, it clearly says it has sugar as one of the main ingredients. Train your staff better. Rude and wrong.

Needed a pick me up before traveling home and I normally don’t stop at the Starbucks at the airport but needed something. The young lady at the cashier Chanel was wonderful. She helped me with my order and the ladies made it so delicious!! They get so busy in the airport that I could imagine how stressful things can get.

Horrible experience. 30 minutes for 2 iced drinks while I watched the empty labeled cups sit on the counter piling up with no one bothering to fill any of the iced those orders. Your staff could care less. Either get them the resources they need or let dunkin replace you in the airport, I've never had that kind of disaster at an airport dunkin before. Never again will I bother with Starbucks.

If u guess why is 2 star location I just throw away a $7 warm milk “ Coffee” that tasted disgusting after waiting for all the on site orders because the mobile are not a priority!!! Well I believe this Starbucks shall be closed is literally liquid garbage update March 2025: it is getting worst the “ baristas” move from one side to other doing nothing while ppl start packing the area. I guess it is like is a small world but live! lol

This place made standing in line for the TSA seem like a dream! How is it humanely possible for so many employees to work at this slow mundane pace? And if that wasn’t enough they still managed to burn my sandwich to a crisp!

Walked to the store to grab a coffee after a long trip, and my husband asked for a coffee with soy or almond milk, but the gentleman at the register did not say a word, my husband now asked him in Spanish, but still did not answer. Another staff member finally asked my husband what he wanted. Coffee served the coffee, declined to add sugar, and on top coffee was probably from six hours early, it tasted old and burned. Yes, almost $5.00 for poor service and horrible coffee. As we added sugar to the coffee we heard a loud voice talking in English with another team member, the same guy that did not answer to my husband. Let's clarify that we manage with respect and friendliness the whole time. I would prefer honesty like we hate to work here. Thank you, Starbucks for letting us know I can get a better coffee and service in the gas station.
