Starbucks Coffee Company

There was 5 workers. Only 2 of them were out front for the 30 minutes I stood in line behind 3 people. When the came out they were standing around laughing and talking and literally doing nothing like there wasn’t any customers or food or drinks to be made. One guy who looked like he was the manager was making every drink and doing everything while these 4 other people were acting like they were new and have never worked at their job before. People are waiting for their flights and ordering food and drinks before their flight and I think it’s crazy that they make them wait so long and do nothing while there’s a bunch of people waiting for their things. And on top of it the drink was gross. The whipped cream tasted like it was expired. Went to McDonalds right after and they had 5x as many orders and they got my food out in less than 10 minutes. Yall need to hire new people.

Needed a pick me up before traveling home and I normally don’t stop at the Starbucks at the airport but needed something. The young lady at the cashier Chanel was wonderful. She helped me with my order and the ladies made it so delicious!! They get so busy in the airport that I could imagine how stressful things can get.

I couldn’t get the guys name but he had like black earrings and he was so sweet and nice he asked me a few questions but it was nice he’s very good at customer service , I don’t bump into many talkative baristas but I’m glad I had this small interaction, thank you!!

This place made standing in line for the TSA seem like a dream! How is it humanely possible for so many employees to work at this slow mundane pace? And if that wasn’t enough they still managed to burn my sandwich to a crisp!

The staff was very rude this morning when I asked them a question. They mocked me?! I decided not to place an order. I don't expect them to be kind , but mocking me is absurd. If they don't like their job maybe they shouldn't work there.

Hi, 13 almost 14 year old female here! Went to this Starbucks before flying home from vacation. I got in line and was planning out my order thinking , “the line will move fast”. We stood in the line for 40 minutes. I was think finally, they can just make my drink and I can rush back to my gate so I don’t miss my flight. Another 15-20 minutes standing in line after ordering my 2 drinks. The drinks finally came as we get a message from my Dad saying our flight thankfully had been delayed, otherwise we would’ve missed it by a mile. So we rush to get to our gate after getting our drinks, because it still had taken that long to get out, and our flight had only been delayed for 12 minutes. We sit down to try our drinks (me and my sister) mine tastes amazing as usual, I ordered a grande strawberry açaí refresher, but one small detail, they put the berries in it when I had asked for no berries, it didn’t bother me though. My sister tried her drink and her face came out sour. She ordered a caramel frappe, no coffee no caffeine, since she is 9 years old. She said, “There’s coffee in it” I was not surprised, Starbucks normally messes up the small things like that but for her it’s not ok, I can handle it, but coffee is too strong for her. So there is our experience. We spent $20, and wasted 10 on the frappe that they made wrong.

A fantastic Starbucks location which is in an extremely busy airport so it has a lot of throughput and I thought the staff handle the high volume very well. The staff were also very friendly and it's the first Starbucks I've ever seen with beer and wine :-)
