Starbucks

Ordered sugar-free vanilla latte took her five tries to get it right took 10 minutes to take the order of three people ahead of me and then my order was wrong. It was a mocha with sugar. I’m a diabetic and now I have to go to the hospital.

Congrats ! I’ve been to about 75 countries and at over 10$ for a large Cappuccino you hold the record for the most expensive coffee I’ve ever bought

Extremely expensive - $58.78 for such a breakfast with two sandwiches, yoghurt, muffin, tea, and latte

I had a really disappointing experience at the Starbucks at MGM Grand. The wait times were outrageous; it took us 25 minutes just to place our order. Meanwhile, the baristas seemed more interested in chatting with each other than serving customers. When I asked for a Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso, they refused to make it. The prices were shockingly high too—almost $10 for a spinach, feta, and egg white breakfast sandwich! This is probably due to its location near the convention center, but it felt like a rip-off. Overall, this was the worst service we encountered during our entire trip to Vegas. I definitely won’t be returning to this Starbucks.

The prices at this location are outrageous. $10 for a venti drink, with a bit of extra caramel! Granted it is a hotel, and they charge a bit more, but that’s twice as much as the locations where I live. At least the drinks are made well though….

Staying at the MGM Signature and came down for some coffee and a quick bite to eat. The service here was definitely not on par with the rest of the hotel. The woman that checked us out, Paola, had major attitude while taking order and processing payment. All the other employees had such a negative vibe as well. Zero customer service. Definitely don’t look forward to coming back here. As a former employee of Starbucks, I know that they pride themselves on Customer Service but they’re definitely falling short at this location.

The staff here so racist I'll never go back to this one again put some color in the place that's what Starbucks is built on..

Bought 2 sandwiches, a $20 order, and was refused a cup of water because we didn’t buy drinks too. That’s absolutely ridiculous. And yet someone walked in with a cup of coffee NOT even from Starbucks and was given free half and half which I know is more expensive than a cup of water. She was just rude about it, like she didn’t even ask if we wanted to buy one, or offer for us to buy a bottle.

Staying at the MGM signature in Tower #2 and without a doubt when your kuerig coffee maker doesn't work back up plans Where's the closest Starbucks. Luckily there's a Starbucks located in the next Tower from me in Tower 1 . Spacious, Clean , friendly service. The only thing I can find a downside to this location is that I ordered a Pistachio Latte and the barista said sorry they ran out of Pistachio . Who runs out of the feature flavor lol . Prices of course higher than other Starbucks because located in a Casino and for convenience. Hmmm everything is based on convenience now days . Well I'm guilty as charged I would rather pay the price instead of driving to outside Starbucks location just to save maybe a buck . Thanks for reading my review

I own a condo in this building so I've been to this Starbucks several times. Sadly, the customer service is extremely poor here. The face to face interactions are always awkward because there is no greeting, no smiling, no thank you, and just pure annoyance exuding from the staff. It's like they just want to be rude because no one holds them accountable.

Everything is way overpriced, especially the food. $9.25 for a turkey bacon sandwich is robbery (it's twice as much than what a normal Starbucks charges).
