I'm giving a huge shout-out to Maria and Alex, the dynamic duo of baristas at Plant Hollywood in Las Vegas! They brewed up an unforgettable experience, serving me fantastic Starbucks coffee and beverages with a healthy dose of professional hospitality and warmth. I'll be back for another cup before taking off!

Very expensive. Twice as expensive as other regular Starbucks. Getting water is $1 for the cup even though other places do not charge for it. Also, the staff was very rude to a child.

Look at this 10$ latte, it tastes like hot water with some drops of left over coffee. How did you make this? Is this even decaf?

Went here a couple of times. Great service and kind baristas. Knocked off a star because the drink prices are ridiculously expensive. Normal for the strip, but $12 for a matcha latte is insane!

Came here to get a drink and was shocked by the terrible customer service. Staff named Deleisha C in particular took my order and had a hard time hearing what I had wanted to order, as it was busy around the store. Instead of being patient, she visibly and verbally expressed her annoyance and even slammed the cash register with frustration. Not to mention, the latte I ordered came out looking like milk… definitely not like regular latte colour. I understand that it’s New Years Eve and you’re busy and tired but it is not professional to take it out on customers. Severely disappointed with Starbucks’s service having been to ample other outlets - this is definitely the worst I’ve been to.

This is a great convenient location, especially when staying at Planet Hollywood. The baristas were patient, helpful, and friendly. I had a turkey bacon breakfast sandwich which was just right. A simple latte with coconut milk tasted like heaven. This is a nice little oasis right off the casino floor. Be prepared, like many tourist cities, the prices will be higher than you might be used to.

I had to go to a McD after this Starbucks to get something that actually tastes like a sugared coffee product... One thing though is that you can see the workers are doing their best, running around, trying to satisfy the ever-growing mob of customers, trying to push as many drinks as possible. But man, the drinks I got (caramel ribbon frap and oreo something frap) were so tasteless, so bland that I felt I was drinking water. I spend $22 on 2 fraps! And for that price I am drinking water? The fraps looked good in their cups and I was excited to drink them initially. But as soon as I did- I felt cheated. Common Starbucks! If you are charging so much money for a sugared coffee drink - make it worth it! We actually threw them out after spending $22! I felt so cheated that I will not visit another Starbucks in months..

Very busy but the wait time is greatly reasonable. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. However, they ran out of Strawberry Frapuchino. Overall, it's a nice and cozy Statbucks. It's in the center of the city and next to the casino. I guess, we can play and sip all at once..
