Starbucks

I ordered an Americano but was charged for a Latte. I explained the details to the cashier who took my order, but they just made the drink into an Americano and handed it to me. There was no recognition of the price difference. It took more than 10 minutes for a manager to come and pay the difference using the system. Neither the manager nor the cashier said a word of apology. This is the worst Starbucks service in my life. The cashier with the black horn-rimmed glasses should reflect on his actions.

Mannnn -.after reading the reviews, mine is going to be like a unicorn. My experience was wonderful. We did go at about 9pm. I was shocked at the number of people in line, but it didn’t bother me because I love Las Vegas and Ceasars Palace. Now - it did take a pretty minute to get my drink, but I was so excited to be in Vegas. . . I didn’t even care. One thing I can say, my Pink Drink was made perfectly with a lot of strawberries! The servers were friendly, and my time there was top notch.

The worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The order was prepared in a different size. They didn't remake it for the speech, they just poured more into the cup and added heavy cream, it was disgusting. The staff is rude.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AND GET A COFFEE FROM GIADAS INSTEAD! This is the slowest Starbucks globally. The manager needs to be fired ASAP! Poor management skills and ill-trained staff. One register that works with a cashier that is clueless. Filthy floors! Three customers just left without get the their orders after waiting for 20 minutes.

If a sandwich is unavailable, it should be marked as out of stock during the payment process. Instead, they let me complete the payment and only gave me 2 out of the 3 sandwiches I ordered. I waited, but the last one never came. When I asked why, they told me it wasn’t available. Seriously, what am I supposed to do with that? They should have informed me earlier. All I got was a rude “Anything else?” attitude. Only when I asked again did they finally tell me to pick something else. Terrible service. Don’t go here.

This review is regarding Caesars Palace hotel and casino Las Vegas Nevada Starbucks location For the amount of money it costs to stay at Caesars palace and for an iced vanilla latte venti and a caramel latte with cold foam and caramel lined in cup - $25! - you should at least get good service however that is not the case. Employees all look like they hate their job. Line was ridiculous and in most other Starbucks it moves fast but not here. They have no sense of urgency or customer service. Then when drinks were given to us after waiting almost 45 mins without the caramel sauce lined and we asked for them to fix it the gentleman said “ well if I have to “. Not the response we wanted to hear after waiting in ridiculous long line and paying over double what we have paid in our home state for the same drinks. The only saving grace there was the manager whom I spoke with briefly and was very apologetic and offered to remake our drinks. This Starbucks is terrible! Do not waste your money.

Horrible service, horrible experience! I don’t think the employee’s really like/appreciate their jobs or people. Maybe they were all (6-7 girls) having a bad morning. I left without an item because the whole interaction was so long and bad!

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a venti black coffee ( nothing fancy). It was a shocking $17. I ordered the same thing at the Calgary airport and it cost $7. Canadian! While the service was acceptable in Vegas, the price gouging is out of control.
