If a sandwich is unavailable, it should be marked as out of stock during the payment process. Instead, they let me complete the payment and only gave me 2 out of the 3 sandwiches I ordered. I waited, but the last one never came. When I asked why, they told me it wasn’t available. Seriously, what am I supposed to do with that? They should have informed me earlier. All I got was a rude “Anything else?” attitude. Only when I asked again did they finally tell me to pick something else. Terrible service. Don’t go here.

Mannnn -.after reading the reviews, mine is going to be like a unicorn. My experience was wonderful. We did go at about 9pm. I was shocked at the number of people in line, but it didn’t bother me because I love Las Vegas and Ceasars Palace. Now - it did take a pretty minute to get my drink, but I was so excited to be in Vegas. . . I didn’t even care. One thing I can say, my Pink Drink was made perfectly with a lot of strawberries! The servers were friendly, and my time there was top notch.

I’ve been here before in the past, but it’s been awhile and I forgot what the pricing was here. A grande iced coffee is under $5 at any normal Starbucks, but here it’s almost double because of being located inside Caesars. That’s not the reason for this two star review though. The black girl was rude with me despite me only asking simple questions on how much a grand iced black coffee and grande cold brew were. Then she tells me they close in an hour when I tell her I’ll stop by a little later. But she tells me with a bit of attitude. The other comments about their customer service being unsatisfactory are spot on with what I just experienced. Stay away from this Starbucks!

I had been boycotting Starbucks for supporting the war in Palestine, but that night I had no choice. There wasn’t a single place nearby to get a hot drink, and my mom was coughing badly—she desperately needed something warm. That’s the only reason I ended up buying tea there. And you know what? Never, EVER again will I buy anything from Starbucks! First of all, one cup of tea costs $7—BEFORE taxes! I’ve never paid so much for tea in my life, especially at a place like Starbucks. This franchise clearly doesn’t care about quality. They brewed the tea so strong it was undrinkable. The bitterness could wake the dead! Ten minutes later, I went back and asked them to just add some hot water to fix it. And they had the nerve to say: “You need to pay for hot water.” WHAT?! I paid $7 for this awful tea that you couldn’t even brew properly, and now you want to charge me extra for hot water? I was furious. I dumped the tea and walked out. These greedy, shameless people don’t even know how to make a decent cup of tea, but they sure know how to rip people off. That’s it—no second chances. I will never, under any circumstances, set foot in Starbucks again!

They could be on a synchronized team of stunt tortoises. I have never seen so many people moving so slowly together. Starbucks at home servers twice as many people an hour with half the staff and lower prices. Just make coffee in your room

Great service even during rush hours. Ariana was such a kind and wonderful Barista / Register Associate and even helped me when I got the wrong order. Recommend this one if you need coffee at the resort.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AND GET A COFFEE FROM GIADAS INSTEAD! This is the slowest Starbucks globally. The manager needs to be fired ASAP! Poor management skills and ill-trained staff. One register that works with a cashier that is clueless. Filthy floors! Three customers just left without get the their orders after waiting for 20 minutes.

Honestly , horrible treatment people literally roll their eyes at you as you are ordering , I asked for an iced coffee and it was their fault they gave me a hot one, I politely told them that I ordered an iced coffee and the barista rolled her eyes and gave me the hot coffee in a cup of ice , for a $15 dollar coffee you would expect for the service to be elevated and also the location! I will never waste my money or my time on this disgusting place . I ended up throwing the coffee away because of how unappetizing it was . Very disappointed especially because I was so kind and even tipped them because I understand how the service community works but it was just a very horrid experience.
