The baristas are super nice! I work across the street and get coffee almost everyday. They greet me by name now haha.

I’m assuming many of the people who left reviews are guests of the Marriott and not actually every day people who live in the area. They’re generally very understaffed for the amount of people they have come through there. So your wait time to get a coffee is going to be longer than usual… I guess unless you’re in Marriott Guest… or there for a business meeting. Because the Starbucks around the corner that is freestanding and on Legacy Drive has so much foot traffic, a Wednesday run group and regulars. We are in and out of there quickly. Way more people than what I’ve ever seen inside of the Marriott Starbucks. In the Marriott Starbucks takes forever to get your drink done.

Stopped in after leaving the Marriott. Friendly staff. Clean environment and accurate service. The person serving us had 2 other customers and was taking care of them but took the time to acknowledge and greet us. I appreciated the fact that the server told us they would be with us momentarily. Great customer service seems to be rare these days. Certainly not here. Our order was taken soon afterwards cheerfully and swiftly.
