I go to this location maybe about a couple times every 4-6 months, but somehow the staff remembers me. They're all friendly, this morning I was helped by Bailee and she acknowledged me by my first name. Her small warm gesture made my day.

Typical Starbucks with friendly staff and this location does feature a drive-thru but you do have to drive through other businesses lots mainly a gas station to get to it.

Went here at 3:00 PM on 3/1/25 This afternoon crew working is extremely rude, the guy in the window doesn’t say anything at all to you, and when I ordered a drink with light ice, they gave me extra ice. We’ve had to take our drinks back multiple times for this exact reason, and when we did they got an attitude with us. These drinks are too expensive, just do them right please. After I scooped all my ice out this was how much drink I had left in my cup. (See pic). However, I will say, the morning crew is absolutely amazing, hard working, they listen, and they write nice messages on your items, and that is why I am giving 3 stars. Thank you morning crew for your amazing customer service!

We stopped at this Starbucks and it was impressive the amount of the hanging flower baskets to see. It’s a feast for your eyes. Not only there were quite a few but they were beautiful. The place is nice and clean and despite me being total clutz at trying to get order on my app the lady was super nice getting that figured out. I just thought I have to give praise to this place. The flowers are outstanding. Of course my drink was very good as well. Thank you guys. We wish we had time to stay and and enjoy the place more but we were in rush. I got my frozen well shaken less ice oleato fix.

Love this Starbucks! My little sister and I go weekly! It’s always busy but the staff are kind and intentional! One of the baristas, named Bailey has begun to recognize and remember us and it makes me and my little sister feel so special! Love the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew!

Not sure why Prosser Starbucks location has trouble making a Hot Chocolate with almond milk & NO coffee added. I'm allergic to dairy makes my throat close up & tongue swell. I'm not a coffee drinker never have been can't stand the taste. I placed order on my app. Should be easy to follow directions. But no. When I had my husband run into pick it up, he came back with a cup of hot white steamed sweet almond milk. No chocolate added. We were getting ready to head out of town. I went into store very politely asked the girl why my hot chocolate didn't have chocolate in it. She did not respond to me. Turned & said Jacob. He said oh we made a mistake. Ends up Jacob is manager said he would make me a hot chocolate with almond milk. He handed it to the girl who set it on counter. I asked if it was almond milk to double check. Manager Jacob said oh no it's milk. This was making me more frustrated. I asked them to just credit my account back & I didn't need a hot chocolate. And if they could show me on my app how I should place an order for Hot Chocolate. Manager Jacob said no & insisted on making another one. I was angry at this point. I'm probably not going to order in Prosser again. This is where I live but it's not convenient when I order from here. All other locations in Tri Cities & downtown Portland that I frequent get my order right on 1st try. Manager Jacob seems to be arrogant & was dismissive to me the customer. I'm 60 & worked as cosmetologist & helped friends in their customer service based businesses. You can tell he's the boss. He wouldn't let the 2 girls who were at the front counter help or answer my question. He either needs more training or a job somewhere else. Not a happy Prosser Starbucks customer.

Great service and good drinks, but there is a major fly problem in this store. There were flys all over the wall, ceiling, counters, tables, flying around people. There was even about 5-6 flys trapped inside the glass box on the counter where they displayed food. I would give a 5 star but because of the flys I can't.

Incredibly rude employees. Asked for an oat milk cappuccino and said I'm allergic to sugar does your oat milk have sugar? Server replied in a bothered tone "I don't think so". Paid for the extra milk and politely asked if she could check and she replied ooookkkkkaaaayyyyy rolling her eyes at me. She looked and said "yep has sugar" and walked away. I politely said excuse me can you please change to an americano? "Okkkkkaaaayyyyy". Excuse me are you going to refund me for the drink and milk you aren't serving me? "NOPE!" Okay I'm not satisfied may I contact your manager please? "Sure card is over there"

An absolutely great pit stop to pick up a latte when travelling. I've never been here for any length of time, so cannot comment on atmosphere when hanging out, but the coffee is one of the best Starbucks. There is a drive-thru, but even though I'm just passing through, I've never used the drive through. It is just nice to get out of the car and walk on in. Plenty of parking in front of the store, so I've never had a problem. Added bonus is the bathroom is on the left as you first come into the store. Take care of business first and then order up. Baristas have been friendly and quick with the drink each time.

This is always a stopping point when driving to Seattle. The store is convenient to the interstate and the service is always fast and accurate. The baristas always greet you with a smile and a friendly welcome. There is enough seating for a few locals and the itinerant tourist. There are a number of tables and chairs outside, so when the weather is good this is a perfect place to rest your weary soul, enjoy some liquid sustenance, and then continue on your journey. The bathrooms are always clean. The coffee is, as always, strong and full of the rich flavor one expects when drinking coffee at Starbucks.

Love that this Starbucks is on Merlot Dr. Way too cute! Staff are very friendly and quick service. Women's bathroom handle is currently broken so there's a sign on the door letting patrons know that the door doesn't lock, so I used the men's bathroom instead.

Nothing I love more than waiting in a long line in the lobby, then getting up to register for the person at the counter to just turn and look the other way, not even greet me, then walk away and do something else. Then to watch that same person by the oven making food and talking and laughing with some guy behind the counter dressed in regular cloths. Thanks to the chick in the drive thru who eventually came over and started taking orders. You're the real MVP.

Terrible service, order was wrong, took us back, the received it with attitude.. tried to fix it but wrong again. I ordered a bagel, cream cheese is apparently extra. Ok so I go to pay for the cream cheese and they are out. So now our order has been messed up 2x and we have a dry bagel. Save your time, energy and money and go across the street and support a small business coffee stand.

The Starbucks here in prosser NEVER disappoints! The employees are always so friendly and perky, even at 6am when I usually go before work! I always get a venti iced coffee, 3 pumps of white mocha, sweet cream, and no classic. It always tastes the same=AMAZING every single time! For as busy as it's gets too, I never have to wait super long! Quick service with quality coffee and food! Every time I go somewhere else for a coffee, I wish I would have just came here!

Starbucks in Prosser has really stepped up their game. The drinks have been on point lately. The staff is usually super kind and I'm glad some of the old staff who were rude are gone. I am happy that this location has great drinks and customer service and will be back :)

Staff was super nice. The door was held for us by a server that also greeted us on his way out. They started on our drinks and food right away which I feel at most Starbucks it takes them a while or the young servers aren't as polite as these servers were. We had quite a large order (3 sandwiches, 2 drink, and a cookie) and the first one was done almost right after I found a seat and sat down. The workers were efficient and doing their job well. You didn't see then standing in the corner doing nothing they were always doing something and severing the customers (and doing it well) The barista taking our order helped clarify things when we asked for no coffee and the drink was just what we envisioned as. It was clean and our order was perfect (food warm yet not too hot that it was edible, drinks were just what we ordered) this owner is doing a good job with his Starbucks!

I have been to hundreds of Starbucks and have yet to ever write a review. Stopped in to Prosser on way to Thanksgiving In the Tri-cities area. Best customer service by far. Don't know the name of the male barista who was working but he was simply the most delightful person that I have come across in all of my experiences. He interacted with every customer and had the most upbeat positive attitude. Thank you Starbucks Prosser for setting yourself apart from the norm. Impressive!

Same thing every time I go in the coffee's good the place is cute but the employees are not good. The managers condescending all the time period is always three employees standing around doing nothing well one person is making coffee so the line backs up makes no sense places to slow make it all go to anyone of the West Side Starbucks and take lessons on how to be much more efficient. Maybe they think because they're the only ones in Prosser they can have bad service?

This place DESPERATELY needs an AIR CURTAIN to keep out all the damn flies. You know, one of those big blower things that blows air every time you open the door? Get one of those. There are tons of FLIES and they're EVERYWHERE! Otherwise this is a great place. Good service, clean(except for the flies), and a convenient location next to the rest area so there is parking for semi trucks, RV's, motorcycles, cars, or whatever. There are several comfy chairs, a nice couch bench, and outdoor seating. In fact I may see if there are fewer flies outside in a second here. Seriously. The flies are crazy bad. Get an air curtain you guys! So worth it! Aaaargh! They keep landing on me! Go away flies!!

I feel as if I can review this Starbucks having now been here multiple times with the same results on the way home from visiting the eastern side of the state. Of all the Starbucks I've encountered this may be the worst. The drinks never taste right (this time it's a pumpkin spice latte that tastes like flavored water). The service is consistently extremely slow and unfriendly. Last time I said something to the barista abut a wrong drink and she acted like I was wrong and she didn't care.

Won't stop by here anymore. Cut my change short by $10 and never put my order in after I paid and waited. I had to ask about my order to remind them. About 4 employees and i was the only customer at the counter. I just requested my money back.

I used to love how efficient this Starbucks was. Right off the freeway, in and out, decent service. The last THREE times Iv been in this week my order has been wrong. One time I even asked the lady "I thought I ordered a Venti green tea?" Her response was "well yeah, I know I just didn't say anything." Why would you give someone a drink knowing it was done wrong? Iv ordered black iced teas with classic and every time their syrup tastes sour like over ripened grapes. Not impressed with the lack of awareness on correct orders and freshness of products. If I PAY for a drink I expect to get THAT specific drink. Silly me!

My family and I were on our way to Tri-Cities from Yakima for an early morning appointment on June 2, 2018 when we stopped at this Starbucks for coffee drinks around 8 am. We all prefer our hot drinks super hot because they taste better and last longer so always order them at 185 degrees. Not more than 5-10 minutes down the road we all tried our drinks, which were already barely warm. My grande mocha was at best 1/2 full with no evidence the other half of the cup having been foam, which would also be ridiculous. There was no time to return nor was it possible to stop on our way back to Yakima later that day to chat with the manager. One less than perfect drink could happen, but three in one order is unacceptable. A true waste of time and money to have stopped there - plus we wasted more money on a tip! We noticed a Dutch Brothers is being constructed nearby. This Starbucks better step up its game because Dutch Brothers delivers a much better product for a much more reasonable price.

This Starbucks needs a complete overhaul. I've been here several times. Once in awhile I get a good drink. However, more than not the classic chai tea latte is so weak, you taste mostly milk and a hint of chai. Lately I ordered an extra hot latte with no foam. The milk was scalded and had an odd taste. The taste of espresso was non-existent, the drink had the foam I'd asked them not to add, and it was not filled anywhere near the top. I was long gone before I noticed all this or I would have gone back. The point is: if customers are going to pay the high price Starbucks charges for their drinks, it is expected you will get your monies worth. It's a shame this Starbucks doesn't take customer service seriously. Take a cue from Grandview and Sunnyside's Starbucks. They have it together!

This Starbucks is like a greyhound bus station. Every time I stop here the experience is almost exactly the same, 4-5 employees working, yet no one is manning the register, and the one barista on the bar is engrossed in conversation gripping about shifts or personal drama with the rest of the staff that seems to have better things to do other than their job. When you order a cold brew and there was no one in line in front of you, 15 minutes is a little bit long to wait.

Stopped by on a fall morning for a pumpkin spice latte and they said they were out of syrup. I then asked if I could have a coupon for a free one since I would have to come back later. The response was that they were out of coupons too. Not the great customer service I get from my local Starbucks Bothell Starbucks.

Worst Starbucks experience ever! Service here is always slow, but today it was ridiculous! Not enough help, more training?? Waited in line for ever, one barista stood there chatting with a customer about tattoos, the drive up barista put every drink order ahead of the 7 (SEVEN!!) drinks from the inside register. Drinks came, incorrect and not cheerfully re made! Management?? Anyone?? I go to three or four different SB locations a week, I pay premium prices for consistent quality and good service. Last time here! It is the only show in town so sadly business will continue. Without my $$$....
