I had an outstanding experience at Starbucks, all thanks to the amazing team of Zona, Enes, and Eva. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by their warm smiles and upbeat energy. You could instantly tell they love what they do and take pride in creating a great atmosphere for customers. Zona took my order with such care and patience. She listened closely, offered great recommendations, and made sure every detail was noted. Her kind and professional attitude really set the tone for the visit. Enes was preparing drinks with incredible speed and precision. Even though the store was busy, he stayed calm and efficient, and my drink came out perfect. He added a personal touch by checking in to make sure I was happy with everything, which I really appreciated. Eva was handling the front and interacting with customers in such a friendly, genuine way. She helped a few customers who had questions, and you could see how easily she made everyone feel comfortable. Her energy was contagious and added so much positivity to the environment. The teamwork between Zona, Enes, and Eva was seamless. They supported each other, kept things running smoothly, and made every customer feel valued. This kind of service is rare, and it made my visit memorable. Big thanks to all three of them—I’ll definitely be coming back!

5 employees standing around, chatting, doing nothing. 1 person taking orders, pouring the drip coffees, and getting pastries. 1 person barely moving "working" the espresso counter. The store was dirty, the pastry case was empty, the restroom had no toilet paper. I ordered 5 drinks for the office for about $40 and when I went to pay the cashier they said they couldn't take any bills larger than a $20. What? You're giving me like $8 back. What kind of "store policy" is that? And to top it off my drink tasted like garbage so I ended up throwing it out.

Rude staff. Ordered a cappuccino and a cookie to go. Received the cappuccino in 5 min and waited another 15 min for the cookie which never came. When I asked for it the clerk stated it was in the “line” to be placed in the bag…..? What? The time it took to answer my question she could have put the cookie in the bag herself. Really poor management. Received the refund that never came..

Extremely busy when I went on Friday morning. Everyone was in my personal space. It was over crowded as I had to wait over 30 minutes for an iced energy, which ended up having way too much ice. I had to leave without my food because I was going to be late for my doctor's appointment. I also don't recommend going to this starbucks because it's full of children also known as Villanova college students who are very rude, obnoxious and causing disruption and making me feel extremely uncomfortable. In all, this location is one of the worst Starbucks I've ever been to and I will not be returning ESPECIALLY if I have plans to do things that day.

I have ordered hot beverages a few times at this location and they only fill my cup 3/4 of the way full. I’m typically in a rush and need to get to work so I don’t have the time to request another drink. I usually can physically feel the weight of the cup and know that it’s not full. Do better!

That sales person was horrible. She was yelling and telling that she doesn’t care if Starbucks looses the customer. I really hope manager of that store reads that review and fire that girl. She said her name is Ariel. She didn’t want to assist to me at all.

I got an iced flat white with light ice and they did go easy with the ice. Out of personal preference, I think I'll stick with the hot coffee version next time. The location is nice and full of people on laptops. I arrived around 5:15pm on a Wednesday and there was no line to order and still seats available. This location doesn't have a drive-thru but that wasn't a problem for me! The employees were friendly and knowledgeable which made my experience enjoyable.

My drink was not filled all the way, I would highly suggest never ordering Starbucks through door dash it's too expensive and the drink regardless if they're easy to make or not never come correctly.

There's a big parking lot (no drive-thru) here, the restaurant itself is pretty large, and you can order ahead. What's not to like, besides the wait-time? *Shrug.* It's a Starbucks, man. It's exactly what you expect.

Well the mobile order said 10-18 minute wait. 25min in and no order yet. Not well maintained. Poo service and bad attitudes. Disorganized and unhelpful No cans of refresher drinks. Needed to be refunded. The Starbucks experience has really gone down hill with the over expansion of the last 2 years. City locations still seem to be able to attract decent baristas but the suburbs are truly lacking. Maybe Starbucks school is needed

I ordered a ham & egg breakfast sandwich and coffee. The breakfast sandwich was microwaved and when I took a bite into it, center of the egg was frozen and COLD. Returned it. Second one was delivered, the same issue. Returned it and one of the baristas said "we can't help it". I could not believe she said that. I wished she would have taken a bite of the sandwich herself to know how inedible it was. Another barista got a third sandwich and NUKED it. Not edible! Worst thing I have ever tasted. Dumped it in the garbage can. Unbelievable. It is a simple breakfast sandwich. Coffee was ok. Too bad because the location is very convenient.

Not much to say about the food or drink since it's Starbucks - you know what you get. Very average, but very convenient. One point to note about this location is that it's usually full of studying Villanova students - it's more packed than you would expect for a suburban location. Don't come here expecting to find a table or have an informal business chat.

2020, it's a New Year! This is an amazing location, plenty of clean seating near windows. A large table in the center. I recommend they add another table in place of the coffee display. Very roomy and spread out. Compared to other Starbucks which can be cramped - this one is one of my favorites. My flat white coffee was made quickly and the staff is very friendly. I will definitely be returning!

Nearly 40 mins for a mobile order with one drink? This is not the first time with this experience. I am not going back. My mocha was so awful that I threw it away. It tasted like hot milk.

I came around (early) lunch time on a weekday. When I walked in I thought it wouldn't be a long wait as there was no one ahead of me to order; had I thought it would be a long wait I would have left. I ended up waiting over 15 minutes for my drink as they were filling tons of virtual orders so the lack of a line was very misleading. Also, my chai tea was the worst I've ever had; it tasted like hot milk. I paid also $6 for hot almond milk. By the time I started drinking it I had left the store and was too far away to head back for them to re-make it.

Love this Starbucks location. I stop here 3-4 times a week before class and my mobile ordered coffee is always ready and made exactly as I ordered. Friendly cashiers and super clean. It's nicely located within Villanova's shopping center. No problems with parking either.

Worst Starbucks ever. The only thing I want when I come here is a dark roast coffee and they NEVER have it. The dark roast is always out. Listen Starbucks, you exist to provide strong tasting, bold coffee. That is it. If all you have is some frigging blonde roast or even worse that horribly weak and bland Pike's Peak, then there is no reason to come to you and overpay. I can get weak coffee anywhere. You have three coffees with caffeine and two out of three are blonde roast and pikes peak. Get a grip and make sure that you always have the coffee that put you on the map. Other Starbucks locations can do it. Why can't this one?

The interior is extremely nice... That's the only thing good about it. My boyfriend and I are both partners and we often check other Stabucks in the region. This one was by far the worst, extremely disappointed. Asked for a syrup Creme frappaccino and the girl had no idea what I was talking about and punched in a coffee frappaccino. The guy that was working with her had to find the button for her. I then asked for affagato style, meaning shots poured on top of the drink... Her explanation? "We don't have that." ......? Girl, clearly you guys have that, you just have no idea what you're doing. Asked for extra caramel drizzle... Didn't get extra... She asked me how to make the drink and asked if she put frap roast in the drink after I told her it was a Syrup Creme... (Partners and Starbuck Regulars will know what I'm saying) My boyfriend got a java chip frappaccino and it tasted like a mocha frap. There was barely any frap chips in there and tasted like there was no frap roast/ coffee in there as well... And she didn't put mocha drizzle... Thought this would be a good place to go to after a long day, didn't think I would have to tell them how to make a simple drink...? Bottom line, BEST worst Starbucks ever.

Today, 1/16/18, around 5:15pm, my friend and I arrived after placing a mobile order to find the Starbucks with a measly paper taped to the door saying they are closed due to staff shortage. Lights still on, mobile ordering still available, and 3 employees inside. What staff shortage? They refused to open the locked door as we were trying explain that we already PAID $30+ for a mobile order. This left a bad taste in my mouth after many visits with poor service at this location. Go to another Starbucks

Just opened Thursday, feb 11, 2016. It's already constantly packed solid. Being next to Villanova university, I'm sure they knew business would be good for them. My biggest gripe is there is no drive thru but aside from that, I'm very happy how centrally located it is. It's close to my house and near lots of things but also there is ample parking. I've never seen so many parking spaces around a Starbucks before. Getting in to Starbucks is easy enough. But this is a very fast-paced Starbucks and not relaxing. It's crammed tight with college students, local middle school and high school kids and people on their laptops. The seating isn't comfortable. Mostly tables and no comfy chairs. Also, there is no noise control. It's very loud inside. This Isn't the best Starbucks I've been to but I think it fits the area and it's good for what it is. I will be back for sure.

Awful experience here. I grabbed one of the pre-made sandwiches and realized it was past expiration, I told the cashier before I paid for it that I wanted to switch it for a fresher one and he made a big deal about walking 3 feet away to grab a new one. Then when I asked if he would heat it up for me he rolled his eyes at me. Meanwhile I ordered a green tea, and as it was less than 30 degrees out I didn't think to specify that I wanted a hot tea. I received an iced one and the girl who handed it to me kindly fixed the error. But as I sat and ate my lunch the guy working the register openly (and loudly) bitched to another coworker about me specifically. He complained that customers are so LAZY because it's OUR job to notice that the wrong style cup was being used for our drink order......I didn't acknowledge him, just left. And won't be returning.

This is hands down the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The workers are miserable and were loudly complaining about my order because it "takes so long to make." It's an iced green tea! Usually Starbucks baristas are happy and excited to do their job so I am shocked every time I come here hoping it'll be different. I guess the manager hasn't learned to hire the right employees.

This place makes way better fraps than Bryn mawr. There is usually a line and only one person making drinks. There is less seating than most Starbucks. I really love the seasonal fruitcake frappucino. This time when I ordered it the barista said "oh you actually like that?" I told her it's my favorite and she said "the chunks of fruit are nasty". I rose my eyebrows and again said, "well I like it". When my order came out, again she said it would be better without the chunks of fruit. I find it terribly rude to ridicule a customer's order and unprofessional to bash one of the products you sell. It really bugged me.

I am not sure who did the hiring or training for this Starbucks but for a full new location they have the least professional and trained staff of anyone I have ever been to in America by far. Rude, eating, making rude jokes among the staff, while messing drinks up, then rude again, then even slower than you can imagine at breakfast rush. I go to the other one because it has a way better staff. All this has is parking, that's all. Has not gotten any better at all. Sigh worst Starbucks ever.

Really terrible. Came in with my mother and friend before the SATs for a little pick-me-up. 3/4 drinks were messed up. Mine in particular was a grande cool lime refresher. It didn't taste anything like the refresher I had been drinking for the past two years, it was extremely bitter. I asked a barista about it, and she responded by pouring 1/2 of the drink out and filling the remainder of the cup with water. Wow. I'm pretty sure Starbucks policy is to just make a new one for you if they mess up. Regardless, it still tasted horribly sour after this. It's a shame that the service is so bad, the interior itself it quite pleasant. Won't be coming back after the Wayne location re-opens. Save your time and go there instead.

I gave this Starbucks a two star rating because the employees are not well trained. My drink was forgotten twice as well as my sandwich. I remember a specific time I went there I waited 45 minutes for my drink, and they didn't even give me the right one! Not only that, but all of the times they forgot my drink/messed up my order, they didn't even apologize. Rude. For now on I am only going to the Wayne Starbucks, they are very nice there. Also, when I told one of the employees that they forgot my drink, they said nothing, and started making it as slow as possible. In conclusion the employees there, or at least the ones I have experienced, have bad attitudes.

This is one of the worst starbucks i have ever been to. who knew that you would have to mobile order an hour before you wanted your starbucks. I just waited 30 minutes to get my hot tea. They never printed out the mobile order receipts, people were coming and going who were in line. I believe starbucks noted that mobile ordering is for people who are in a rush, they just made me 15 minutes late for class. This starbucks needs to get it together or they are going to lose customers.

Starbucks is normally known for consistent quality from various locations but this location is the sad exception. I have received inexcusably poor service here on several instances. Today, I placed a large mobile order on the app and was very disappointed to see a ripped piece of paper with a poorly handwritten note saying the store closed early taped to the door. This was especially disappointing since I had already paid for the mobile order and was really looking forward to having my beverage. I knocked on the door and honked several times but the workers would not open the door. Needless to say I will never mobile order from this location again. It is extremely inconsiderate and irresponsible for them to not shut down mobile ordering when they close early. Another time at this same location I ordered a trenta peach green tea lemonade and the barista accidentally made a venti so she just poured it into a trenta cup and it served it to me 3/4 of the way full. I asked her if she could simply top it off with green tea and she said it wasn't possible. I was appalled to receive such terrible service. After two of these horrific experiences I will absolutely NEVER give this location my patronage

The only good thing about this particular Starbucks is that it's close to my house and I keep getting gift cards. Otherwise, I'd never bother and would certainly never waste money on their mediocre coffee. The baristas there are just not very good and quality is inconsistent. My recommendation is to save your hard earned dollars and get a real cup of coffee at HubBub or LaColombe, both of which are close by.

The three workers clearly were not trained well because they had to re-do several drinks while I waited for mine. What's crazy is this Starbucks was packed!
