March 24. 2025 10:00 pm The only place I get my drink made perfectly is in my hometown of Redlands, CA. When I travel I-80, I always stop in town to get fuel at the Walmart fuel stop nearby. I've come numerous times, and finally, I have to leave a comment. I always ask for a Trenta Iced Coffee with five White Mocha shots, half and half, no classic and easy ice. It always tastes terrible, and they never stir the blend. I finally lost it when a Venti White Mocha tasted terrible. A lot of talking goes on behind that counter, and I've only detected slight genuine customer service from staff. I'll just watch the interaction with other clients, and maybe it's just the regulars that get the better service. It's hit or miss, but the drinks are the issue. I travel all over the U.S. and this is one of a few locations that just don't match up with the many I visit. I have given up on this location, but I do hope it improves.

I am a long time Starbucks partner, visiting from out of state, my experience was not as it should be walking into a Starbucks. When I came inside there were roughly 4- 5 partners on the floor and two in the cafe (training I believe). I was not greeted or acknowledged by anyone until I stood by the register, and the partner who rang me up was very kind and engaged in a brief but friendly exchange. While waiting for my drink, the barista making my drink kept her back angled towards me while chatting with her fellow barista next to her. Neither barista spoke to me until my drink was completed. They offered a quick salutations. The cafe was fairly clean as was the bathroom. It was a lack luster experience and knowing the proper standards and expectations I was sadly disappointed. On the upside, my drink was made correctly and I got my Wyoming ‘you are here’ cup!

Opened at 4:30, very professional, very friendly, wonderful service with a smile, would definitely recommend this as a stop for early morning travelers. The young man working behind the counter, actually suggested a little bit different mix for my coffee, and it was absolutely wonderful..

The server was great, helpful and a great disposition. The food you can't go wrong with. My hot tea was handed to me without a sleeve. I asked the coffee making person with the pony tail if I might have a sleeve, she retorted "over there". I went back to the service bar and discovered them. 3 in total in the receptacle. While waiting at the severy bar I informed the coffee maker there were only 2 sleeves left. Response, "that's fine". 😳 ok. No, thank you. I guess just too busy for such formalities. At least 9 people milling around behind the counter. 5 being useful, the rest in the way could be filling the supplies surely. I'm wondering what happened to civility and good manners, hoping it improves as I check out the rest of the State.

No comfortable seating. I usually go to a coffee shop to work but they don’t seem to cater to that due to the blaring music & hard wood chairs. So loud the workers were unable to hear my order as they are dancing and singing to the tunes. I’m not opposed to having fun, but it just made me want to leave. The floors & tables were dirty at 7:30 am. Did they forget to clean up the night before? Come in Starbucks . Do better.

Our local Starbucks is great. The employees are very friendly ,and they recognize their repeat costumers. They are prompt, and their pup cups are a hit with our dogs.

COLD! They clearly keep the temps in here at the level where you could be preserved well enough at a butchers shop. A deterrent for inside loitering? If that’s the case they should change their name from Starbucks to Leave_your_bucks. The cafe is one of the largest staples that makes Starbucks what it is. I’ve considered this a challenge and have spent a few hours here doing work (mind you still a paying customer) SHIVERING in 3 top layers and pants. Do not get me wrong I am not bitter, just cold enough to be writing about it as a distraction from my work! Darn

I have been to starbucks all over the States and this has to be the most unorganised starbucks anywhere. It's organised chaos! They through ice all over the place chuck dish cloths anywhere, the juice gets spiled when making drinks, and don't get me started on the queues waiting inside the store for drinks it's unbelievable. I get it these placed is busy but being organised is everything and this place isn't, oh and this was a Tuesday morning at 10.45am so not exactly peek times..and to think I gave a tips when I paid if I knew I was going to wait 20 minutes for a quick coffee I wouldn't of done that!

Driving through the absolute middle of nowhere there's Rock Springs Wyoming with a drive thru window! Came here yesterday morning and surprised to see no one here barely. Either way didn't care. Started to order my drinks and a couple of breakfast sandwiches for the road and that's when sorry our oven doesn't work? Hmmm most locations have more than one but ok. Go up to the window and the robot working was not friendly and couldn't even muster up a good morning or a smile. Then you would've thought I was asking something extreme from him and ok it was can I have a couple Splenda. Really dude sorry you had to leave your post and walk a few feet...hard to tell the ambiance and vibe of the inside but outside was very clean and well kept. The biggest thing that needed adjustment was the drive thru window guy and people cone for you food believe it not and would much rather have something from your store than any gross fast food location. I am sure I wasn't the only customer disappointed. What's even more disappointing is your other location hours away in Rawlings is just as bad with service. So to the leadership in Wyoming read some of these reviews because mine isn't the only bad one.

Watch your tipping options. I ordered two items and I was told my total was $10.81. I pulled up to the window and scaned my app & I asked to do Apple Pay - she handed me the kiosk already ready for me to place my phone. I did not see the tip option because it was already (processed with me knowing). I get the charge on my iPhone screen for $11.81 after I drive off, remembering I heard $10.81. So I go to my receipt on the app and it says $1 tip...... We are currently living temporarily in Rock Springs, with that, we've come to this location as it's familiar and there isn't other chain coffee places here. I called the store and the female on the phone said it's happened a lot.. she didn't seem to care or have interest in helping. Of course a customer isn't gonna argue a $1.... The point is you don't do that. Its not appropriate.. being from out of state this location seems to run by kids.

Employees are very very rude. I have been there twice to pick up a Door Dash order as they don't acknowledge both customers and Dashers. I must have been waiting at least 10 minutes at the counter as they were very very busy and still they could have said we will be right with you but continued doing what they were doing like I wasn't there at all as they do this with both Dashers and customers as it is not at all right. A simple common courtesy would be very much appreciated. I had to unassign the door dash order since it was taking forever and no one would tell me anything at all. Do not waste your time and money going here. Only Starbucks in town not run very we'll. I refuse to do anymore Door Dash orders for Starbucks

The drinks were great!!! Very delicious!!! But we did drive an hour and a half away from home just to have bad service...they all looked miserable and lacked respect and decent costumer service skills

I stopped in here this morning for breakfast after driving from Salt Lake City on my way to CO. I ordered classic oatmeal & an americano. The barista taking my order had to be one of the nicest & most personable ladies I've ever met in my life! The oatmeal was delicious and very unique from the Oregon Starbucks oatmeal I'm used to. The nut and fruit medley was different and it came with agave syrup instead of brown sugar! The container was different too. The oatmeal was delicious and perfect fuel for the long drive. The coffee was pipping hot and exactly what I ordered. This location has a great selection of food and a nice atmosphere to hang out. Complete with comfy chairs, big tables and chill music.

I went to star bucks today get me and my wife coffee and we asked for caramel on insides of our cups and on the top and my wife wanted her extra sweet the guy that was on drive thru asked she wanted 8 pumps I said yes 3 times and then blonde haired lady she super rude I said did yall want 8 pumps I said yes she honestly most rudes person I ever meet like you don't like your job maybe find new one I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody but don't ask for any extra or anything because you'll end up with nothing if I could leave no star I would this happen around 8:38 this morning

Super nice barista here told me I was pretty and it made my day! The perfectly toasted everything bagel with cream cheese made it the best day ever and made a dance party in my stomach on the way down. The ambiance is amazing here and I really enjoyed my breakfast at Starbucks.

This is the only Starbucks location in all of Rock Springs. So if anyone has that itch to purchase that caffeine deliciousness that you won't get anywhere else in between Utah and Laramie, except a line both within the drive-thru and inside. Why? IT IS THE ONLY STARBUCKS LOCATION WITHIN ROCK SPRINGS. And yes, I had a slight wait time of 7-8 minutes due to four cars in front of me. But you know what? It's okay, because there seemed to be an additional twelve cars behind me! My order was processed accurately, and fairly promptly. I was also given very good customer service at the window during "peak time" in the morning without feeling rushed. My lone complaint is of the drive-thru design. Not the best. There is a car accident waiting to happen (if it hasn't already) due to the very weird design by the entrance & exit. Its just terrible. Other than that, if you want to complain about your coffee order like a Karen due to it not coming out in 30 seconds or less, go to a McDonald's or Burger King instead to get coffee. Or walk across the street to Walmart and purchase a Red Bull or 5 hour energy instead. I'd rather have my coffee order done right and with a smile, and this location does just that.

I am a regular Starbucks customer frequenting most of them in Oregon and Washington. I'm sorry to say this is the dirtiest I've ever been in. There were only a few customers and a staff of 3. My visit was Tuesday 9/10/19 around 1:30pm. We came in, ordered sandwiches and coffee to stay. Half the seating area was not available because of inventory boxes stacked up on the floor and tables. The napkin service area was trashed. Even the cleaning rag was left behind by staff. On a positive note I will add, the staff was pleasant and gave good service. They only failed at cleaning and organizing. This is the only SB in this town. I say find a mom and pop place for your cappuccino.

Unfortunately there are no other Starbucks nearby, but I would AVOID this one. The lady who rang us up was super rude...she also didn't know what cheese was in the grilled cheese and neither did the other 3 people who were working there (I'm sure it's on the packaging!). The place feels like the AC is broken and the bathrooms smell like a port-a-potty. There was urine on the floor and something running down the wall. If you have to visit this location, I would do the drive through, but don't expect friendly service. And based on other reviews...this wasn't a one time occurrence. She also told us that a pink drink has the same amount of caffeine as a tall latte. It has less than half...based on their website. (Also...the cheese is white cheddar and mozzarella)

We stopped by this location on our way home from Jackson, Wyoming, and were deeply disappointed with the product quality. I ordered my normal coffee drink, and it was not only barely warm, but had an acrid taste. Being eco-conscious, I brought in a reusable mug and the server proceeded to fill a paper cup in order to measure out 12 oz. This completely defeats the purpose of bringing the mug! I issued a clear admonishment, and I only wish management would do the same.

Service is absolutely the slowest of any Starbucks!! 22 minutes for a hot tea!! Gal at cash register is rude . No names called out !

This is a good place to grab a cup of coffee as you're driving across the state. It's pretty small, and a little hard to get to, but don't let that deter you (also the parking lot is tiny).

Have stopped in here twice on a cross country road trip from CA to PA... Staff here are ok have experienced friendly service at other locations. Last time I were here the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, and I was there only an hour after the posted opening time. It looked as though it had not been cleaned in days. Fairly disappointing; however being the only Starbucks off the 80 for quite a good distance it is the only option.

I was in Rock Springs for just 1 night and I went through this Starbucks drive thru and the employees were SO kind and friendly. Even though they were busy, they made my coffee very quickly, asked me questions and were just so friendly. It really started my day off well.

Came in to purchase a chai tea before work, the young man at the counter was polite and extremely courteous. I also purchased a cold cup to go and he told me how cool the cup is changing color and all. Wow just thought I was grabbing a reusable cup. Thank you for being so polite today as my day just started. Have a great day young man!

Quite a long wait for a drive thru. I ordered mobile and there was only a few cars in front of me so figured it would be safe to pick up in the drive thru instead of running in....not so! After an initial hold up, cars started rolling through. So I can't complain too much. My iced caramel macchiato with coconut milk turned out just how I like it. Happy customer.

There is a problem practically every time I come into this Starbucks. Either it takes forever, they get something wrong, they're out of something, they forget your order altogether, you name it. It's really perplexing and disappointing.

Every drink we ordered was incorrect. The milk was burned and the flavoring was left out. Very disappointing stop:(

Okay so anyone who takes the time to visit a Starbucks knows it's pricey. Which like I said if you frequently visit that is a known. With that being said poor quality is unacceptable, I don't care what Starbuck you visit. Poor quality is an understatement at the Rock Springs Starbucks. I order a tall, that is the size I drink. It was lukewarm, and only 3/4 full. Ridiculous.

Stopped through on my way down I-80. The gentleman working was friendly and quick. Based on the reviews, I actually checked the bathroom to see if they had toilet paper in stock. They did. It was just a typical Starbucks.

I feel compelled to make a review in hopes that the person doing the buying for this location reads it. This being the only Starbucks for 100s if miles on I 80. It should be a welcome respite for a weary traveler. But every single time I am in this store, they are out of everything, including toilet paper!

I ordered an Americano with cream, it was the most bitter awful thing I have ever drank. I order the same drink almost every day and know what one should taste like.

Horrible service! Barely okay java...and extremely slow. It took over 20 minutes to get through the drive-through line. I rely on Starbucks *only* for out of town adventures as my preferred java shop is available in my hometown only. Once again Starbucks reaffirmed to me why I only patronize when left with no other choice.

My main complaint was the bathrooms. We mainly just bought beverages so we could use the bathroom and the WiFi while on a road trip. The bathroom was out of toilet paper.. both bathrooms. No biggie, it happens. I informed one of the 6 staff members that were working.. stopped back twice more in the 45 minutes we were there, no toilet paper. They were nice enough to remake my drink.. since I asked for it iced and they made it hot. Then when I saw them remaking it, he was putting whole milk in it I asked for soy. Apparently the cashier never translated that information. They also put whip cream on the other soy beverage that we ordered, luckily my partner has no allergies, so we sucked it up. I just wanted to get out of there!

Paid for a "quad" shot of espresso and got a doppio. Very poor service to say I received four ounces when I only got two.

A Starbucks. A Starbucks with a drive-thru. A Starbucks with a drive-thru in BFE (err, Rock Springs) Wyoming. What more do you people want? It is not that far from the Interstate and it is easy to spot from the nearby street (although a bit trickier to navigate to the parking lot). The line was short on this morning. It moved relatively quickly. My drink tasted fine. The staff seemed friendly enough to me. No complaints.

Clean, friendly, and they got our order right. Grass area across the street made a good spot to walk our dogs. Thanks for the hospitality!

It's a Starbucks in the middle of Wyoming...what do you expect? The staff offered a friendly greeting, clearly understood english, charged the right amount, produced the drink I ordered just the way I ordered it, and nobody got hurt. I'd say that's a win.

Dear Rock Springs, WY Starbucks Manager, GET A CLUE! Okay, so how's this for stupid! Inside order of one venti coffee with inch of half n' half and a grande non-fat latte with dos Splendas. At pick-up counter, the venti came with hot sleeve. When I politely asked for a hot sleeve for the grande, I was told to fetch it across the room. Hello! The point of a hot sleeve is to protect your hand from heat. When I asked why the venti got a sleeve and not the grande the barista shrugged and looked confused. When I asked why the hot sleeves were positioned across the room and not at the pickup counter, the now "deer in the headlights" barista replied, "Policy, I guess." When I pointed out how counterintuitive that policy was, she quipped, "Retarded, I know."

Rude, RUDE and arrogant baristas. We asked several questions for clarity and were treated like we were idiots. Seriously, go somewhere that's supporting the locals and don't waste your time and money here. Seattle headquarters (where we originate from) would be mortified.

Great service and a hustling crew... they stir up some of the most excellent brew! Emily the true leader.. goes the extra mile to get it right and get it fast and always handles herself like a real barista. Wish they would open up the inside however. Its way past time for Starbucks to get over the panicdemic already.

This is by far the worst Starbucks we have been to. As an over the road truck drivers we like to visit places with truck parking. We will not make that mistake again. This was our second visit and it wasn't any better than the first. During our 1st visit, about a month ago, we waited almost 20 minutes for our drinks to find that the order taker lady rang my drink up wrong. It took another 8 minutes to fix my drink. Onto today's visit. The order taker was the same lady from the 1st visit. Well. She charged us for a drink we didn't even order and tried to blame us. We again had to wait about 15 minutes for drinks and there wasn't even anyone waiting on drinks before us. It's Crazy. Hold out for a different Starbucks. This one leaves a lot to be desired.

Poorly managed. As a manager you shouldn't tell me how little sleep you've gotten or how few days off you've had when there are 4 of your employees wandering around without any specific purpose, unless their purpose is generally getting in the way of yourself or the one other person who seems to be working. It was clean, that was nice.

Overpriced compared to other locations. We stopped in here for our usual coffee while traveling through Wyoming. Sadly our coffee was made with sour milk or soy milk. Undrinkable and not another one for 185 miles. Total waste of money.

I stop here weekly and the staff has always be polite and efficient. It's a pretty typical Starbucks. The hours were rolled back for a few months, but as of Memorial Day 2015 the sign on the door says they'll return to a 9pm closing time, Monday through Saturday. Side note: we are far too easily upset with our many first world problems.

I have never seen such rude baristas before. As a loyal Starbucks customer. I will never return to this location. First, they do not listen to your order, surprise the order is wrong, and it is your fault it is wrong and they have to redo the order.

6:30 in the morning, ordered four extra shots in a venti breve, got an attitude from Mr. Chirpy who waiting the window, did NOT get the total of six shots (2 which come with and the four extra), plus they served me sour half- and -half! Had I not been on the freeway going home (800 more miles) I would have gone back and handled it with the two snowflakes working the place at the time. I was the ONLY person in line and there was NOBODY in the store.

Worst Starbucks experience ever! Several workers goofing off, playing around, being loud and ignoring one of only two customers waiting. The one they were paying attention to was obviously a friend stopping by to visit. They offered her free sample but not me. I waited close to 10 minutes for my drink. When I paid she just took my money and never said a word. Must be a fun place to work since you get to goof off all day! Manager not on duty and nobody knew what her schedule was. I'll be informing Starbucks corporate office as well. I'm sure they'd prefer employees who care.

I stopped-in for a caffeine fix while I was road-tripping between CO and CA. The drive-through had quite the line, so I decided to walk in. They didn't have the blonde roast brewed up, so the barista offered to make me a pour-over -- yay. It took a little longer than I was expecting, but was exactly what I was needing to power my way through the rest of WY, UT, and into NV.

Best Coffee place in town! I love Starbucks, Loyal Customer Fast but still very efficient :)

I ordered a frap and by the time I got it looked disgusting the drink was already melted. I asked for no whip and got whip. Over all unpleasant

Ordered a grande Moca frapuchinno, it barely had a coffee taste, they got their proportions wrong.

Starbucks is Always great! Love the Banana Bread and the pumpkin bread here! Everything else besides the food is extremely expensive. Ridiculously priced. A coffee cup 29.99! Why? I can go to Ross and get one got 5.99! I do like the fact they have WiFi!

Out of black tea, green tea and trenta sized cups, again!!! Getting old RS Starbucks!

I highly recommend No one visits this place, Staff is very Rude and Un professional! I actually witnessed a Girl who works there bully a customer! All I can say is Wow! The coffee is way too high priced for the lukewarm water you pay for! Time to clean house!
