I ordered my coffee late, but they gave me a Grande Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte without telling me until I got my drink. I think they knew we were Asian and that our English isn’t very good, so they tried to take advantage of us. It wasn’t just me — my friend got the wrong coffee too.

This Starbucks location is another winner! The staff here are genuinely friendly and efficient, making the whole experience a breeze. We were impressed by the wonderful variety of drinks, food, and desserts, along with the great selection of merchandise like mugs and tumblers. The real heroes, though? The staff who were even able to calm our screaming kids! That level of patience and kindness makes all the difference. Highly recommended!

I came at 8:45 p.m. to get a coffee at this Starbucks. The employee told me it was closed. I asked her how that was possible since it closes at 9:00 p.m. She did not respond. I asked several times and she still did not answer. Very, very bad service. I ended up getting my coffee somewhere else.

Visited 8/28 after security. Jarie was excellent. Awesome customer service and was great at delegating and keeping things moving smoothly. She went above expectations. Thank you for starting our vacation off on a positive note!

Another great starbucks with a very friendly and efficient staff. The variety of options for drinks, food and desserts was wonderful as well the items available for purchase such as mugs and tumblers. The staff was even able to ca our screaming kids haha.

Opened late!!!! Workers arrived at 4:50am for this store. It is suppose to open at 5am, and it is still closed. There is a massive line of people. It is now 5:30am, and they still haven’t opened. Many angry people in line. I just asked them when they’d be opening, and they rudely stated not for another 15 minutes. They know they are late. Now they are standing around on their phones unopened looking at everyone else in line. Three employees back there!

Shout out to the girl who put me on to my new fav drink when I was ordering my refresher ❤️ I looked back on my app receipt hoping I could share her name but it wasn’t on there . It was around 1pm yesterday .

The 3 ladies working at this location in the morning need to learn how to put a little pep in their step when making orders and ringing orders in. They are extremely slow and they are also rude as hell. I would not recommend trying to order at this location at all.
