The 3 ladies working 8/1 at this location… terrible attitudes, smug, and were very curt with every single customer. Mind you yes it was 5 am and maybe 10-15 people in line but everyone was quiet , small conversations here and there. No one was being loud or obnoxious. I placed my order I was also going to take over and pay for my friends order and before I could finish, The lady cut my order processed it for tap and yelled,NEXT…. I was literally still at the counter, And thankfully, the person behind me was my friend and we signal to each other to just move on, But we noticed that they would do this with every customer before they even really finish talking they would cut the order to process and yell next. We did get some hot coffees dropped off at the counter, and since it was kind of crowded, we asked another one of the ladies working if we could get the sleeves since they were very hot and she pointed at a section over by the register that didn’t really seem accessible, rolled her eyes and said yeah they’re over there And walked off. Thankfully, this young lady customer noticed what happened reached over-the-counter to get the sleeves and handed them to us and said sorry about that and I told her it’s OK honey. It’s not your fault. And then to top it off something as simple as two grande caramel macchiato’s came out disgusting bitter, and we ended up having to toss him out, even after we tried to fix them with extra cream and sugar from one of the other restaurants that finally opened up. If I could give this location zero stars, I would. We both travel for work and have over 20 years of customer experience, working face-to-face with clients and we all know better in this industry that even if you’re having a bad day, even if you don’t wanna be there, it is not the customers fault you’re in your feelings.

Visited 8/28 after security. Jarie was excellent. Awesome customer service and was great at delegating and keeping things moving smoothly. She went above expectations. Thank you for starting our vacation off on a positive note!

Walked up at 8:55pm they said they were closed, even though the website says 9pm.. not a big deal…. I’m writing this review bc when I asked the girl if they were closed “she said, yes, sorry… then as I walked away, i heard her say to her coworkers “I’m not sorry” smh… The unnecessary blatant rudeness is sad.. I could’ve made a big deal about them actually closing before they were supposed to.. but I didn’t. Teach your ppl customer service.. this isn’t it.

So sometimes the Starbucks is very slow but today Erin was on her game! She was so kind and helpful and I got my order done super quick. I appreciate her so much!

I stopped by this Starbucks to grab a drink for myself and my kids—a Strawberry Açaí Refresher with no ice. When I placed the order with the employee, the total came out significantly higher than what was shown in the app. I asked about the price difference, and they told me there was an extra charge for requesting no ice. Honestly, that’s ridiculous. Wanting no ice is just a customer preference and shouldn’t cost more. To avoid the charge, I changed the order to “light ice.” But when the drinks were made, they were noticeably watered down—clearly not the same as what we usually get. Charging extra for no ice, then serving a diluted drink, feels like poor customer service and a disappointing experience overall. Starbucks should be more transparent and fair about their pricing and preparation

We had a terrible service at the Starbucks in terminal A near gates 60+. The workers rudely told us at 9:40 p.m. that lattes were not an option because the espresso machine was down. When I asked about a Cherry Chai, the workers looked at each other and then ignored me. They clearly were not motivated for the business. You close at 10. Get better staff that will understand that and not make people have a terrible travel experience.

Staff was rude. One would mumble names under her breath. Then loudly tell the whole place "you all act like you can't hear me" Which no one could. Maybe try having morning people working at 4am, because the woman taking orders was just mad to be there

Another great starbucks with a very friendly and efficient staff. The variety of options for drinks, food and desserts was wonderful as well the items available for purchase such as mugs and tumblers. The staff was even able to ca our screaming kids haha.
