Starbucks

Very friendly staff, so nice & quiet atmosphere, it's not my daily place to use but I enjoyed this cosy place.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Starbucks. From the moment I walked in, the energy was off, and it only got worse. There was a woman working the counter wearing a mask and glasses who was unbelievably rude for no reason. Instead of greeting customers or offering basic courtesy, she acted like helping anyone was an inconvenience. Her tone was dismissive, she rushed me while ordering, and she seemed irritated even answering a simple question. Because of her horrible service I would advise anyone to not go to this location. She should be in the back making drinks since she hates her job so much.

This is a great Starbucks to stop by. It has been here for a long time but always seems to be renovated and clean inside. It's somewhat small compared to other Starbucks, but there is a decent amount of seating inside and some outdoor seating in front and on the side of the building. The drive-through is the way to go! This Starbucks also has restrooms for customers. Staff was super friendly. It can be hard to find parking around this lot. Easy mid day, but if it's busy at the nearby restaurants, you may have to park on the nearby side street or around back of the buildings in the same lot.

I had an excellent Customer expirence with the young barista (Hope Severino) she was so kind and hard working and helped me out through everything and helping me get the drink “banana cold foam matcha” drink and helped me set up with rewards! It was perfect definitely coming here daily!

My work is down the street from this Starbucks and I always drive by it. Today was the first and last time I will order from the drive thru, I wish I had more time to ask them to replace my drink but I needed to get to work. Unfortunately my drink is so bad, where’s the matcha? It just tastes like lavender cream 😢

I order Coffee every morning here because Close to my work. Gentleman are so so sweet however, the lady this morning I order is so mean. I already ordered it By mobile of course I come to the window and pick it up . This lady who works here this morning was so so mean . I don’t understand stand how can she act to Customer like this. She has something wrong last and how the way she service for the customers . Lady don’t have a good mood, why don’t you stay home when you feel better and come to work with your best service? I asked for straw with two drink, she gave me one straw. I have to stop in the front and ask for another when my leg is hurting .One again another gentleman who’s work there have to help me to get another straw. Thank you that gentlemen ;however ,others people are good and one bad is still have a low rate for the service.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been I go to Starbucks all the time. I just wanted a cup of water because it was hot outside and the employees refused to give me water because it said it was against policy. I told them what if I was dying of thirst it’s really hot outside. They told me they can’t. I’m sorry but I felt discriminated And will never go to a Starbucks again.

I recently swung by a Starbucks drive-through and was pleasantly surprised by their custom St. Patrick's Day menu. As someone who loves seasonal drinks, I was excited to see new options to try out. The staff at the drive-through were friendly and efficient, making the whole experience seamless. Even though it was a busy afternoon, my order was ready quickly and accurately. Overall, I had a great experience at Starbucks and would recommend their St. Patrick's Day menu to anyone looking for a festive treat.
