I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Starbucks. From the moment I walked in, the energy was off, and it only got worse. There was a woman working the counter wearing a mask and glasses who was unbelievably rude for no reason. Instead of greeting customers or offering basic courtesy, she acted like helping anyone was an inconvenience. Her tone was dismissive, she rushed me while ordering, and she seemed irritated even answering a simple question. Because of her horrible service I would advise anyone to not go to this location. She should be in the back making drinks since she hates her job so much.
