Raquel at Starbucks is absolutely amazing! She is always so welcoming and makes every visit feel special. She remembers our names, asks about our family, and truly makes us feel valued as customers. I had such a great experience at this Starbucks! I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte and Cynthia went above and beyond by also giving me samples of the new Pecan Oatmilk Cortado and the Pecan Crunch Oatmilk — both were delicious. I also got a new cup for my collection free of charge with my rewards, which made the visit even better. But honestly, nothing compares to Cynthia’s friendliness, attention, and amazing service. Thank you, Cynthia, for going out of your way and even sharing your name so I could include you in my review. You’re awesome 🤩! This Starbucks has officially been added to my VIP list.

I stopped by this Starbucks during the early morning today. I chose this location because it was on my way to get gas so it was convenient for me. I came around right when they open so I think I was their first customer of the day and I went through the drive thru. I got a plain bagel with cream cheese, vendi iced chai latte with soy milk for my sister and a vendi iced water. The person taking my order was very enthusiastic when she greeted me and when I got to the pickup window. She made my bagel and drinks quick so I didn't have to wait long. The parking here where this store is at is very limited so be aware. They have outdoor seating as well if you're planning on hanging out there.

I waited over an hour for a single coffee order. Completely unacceptable. There was no clear communication, no realistic estimate, and no attempt to manage the delay. This location needs better supervision and order management-drivers can't lose an hour for one item. Supervisor was Anna

Isel or whatever her name at the drive thru is needs to learn better customer service. If you’re gonna be in charge of drive thru, provide the service with it. Had a problem she didn’t want to fix and seemed like there was no way around it but thank you to the manager on duty for taking care of it & setting an example on how to treat your customers that buy from you. I didn’t catch the managers name but she had shorter hair. Thank you for resolving it.

Busy Starbucks location. Usual Starbucks quality. A couple tables had outlets nearby. Space was a little tight inside. Employees were working hard, but still friendly. Parking is fine for smaller vehicles. Due to the relatively narrow strip of land, stay alert for the drive-through traffic. Nice outdoor seating area. Good looking building from the outside.

The service was good at first. We came to the window and they introduced themselves and asked us for our names. It was a super polite service. Our only dislikes were that she waited until we got to the window to pay to tell us that a portion of our order was out of stock. I assume that that’s the pace they use for Starbucks since everything is so fast paced. It is sorta a bummer, though. Also we ordered a blueberry scone and they gave us a blueberry muffin. 🙄It was disgusting, and my fiancé only took a single bite. So much for $10! I’m not sure if I’d waste my time here since they basically give you whatever they want you to have regardless of your order. The only thing they got right was the coffee.

Every time I go to Starbucks, they get it right. Drinks are always made exactly how I order them, no mistakes, and they come out fast. Even when it's busy, the service is quick and smooth, which makes it super convenient when you're in a rush. The whole process is easy--order, grab your drink, and you're good to go. Definitely one of the most consistent spots when it comes to quality and speedy

This Starbucks is super busy almost all the time. The staff is friendly and well stocked with gift cards and cups. We stopped by for some coffee, pink drink and Matcha latte. It was quiet not too crazy making it a great experience.

I've been getting the same drink at every Starbucks for the past year. 3x a day All I change is the seasonal cold foam or cold flavor of the month but they have been giving me regular cold brew. I get a quad espresso with cold foam. So I can tell the difference between an espresso shot a blonde shot and regular brew this San Fernando location is the only one that gives me regular brew. I'll come back ask for a remake they give me the same thing, but I can order the same thing at another location and get what I want. So they're basically robbing me and charging me as an espresso for regular iced coffee with cold foam. So I avoid going to the Starbucks at all costs willing to drive an extra 2, or 3miles to get what I

Al llegar pagué me dan la bebida y no me da una pajilla o popote en algunos países. Pregunto con amabilidad que si me pueden dar uno y se me queda viendo con una cara de no quiero trabajar y no es, no le tengo que dar nada, si no quiero.

I'm so Happy to see how much the Crew has improved, Thanks to Danny, Lupe, & Samantha.Now The Green Matcha I order are nicely made with light ice, & Foam. I'm very satisfied with other drinks I order, and their Kind Service.

I live about 3 blocks away from this location so it use to be my go to .Its usually always busy so I wouldn't mind to much when they would mess up my order even though the screen would show it correct . Sadly mess up to many times so I stopped coming here . One thing I can say is they always greeted with such great energy in the AM .

Wow Bre and all Alejandro were fantastic today. They were extremely friendly at the register. I also forgot to ask for extra caramel and they went back into the system and added it for me. I just had THE BEST EXPERIENCE at this Starbucks. Melanie was so sweet, outgoing, funny, and made me feel so comfortable ordering a "labor induction" drink. I've never ordered it before so I was kind of embarrassed to order this because I wasn't sure if it was an actual drink but Melanie made me feel so much better. Great customer service from this young lady. You can tell she enjoys her job. There's a lot of people out there that are so miserable working in the service industry. Melanie definitely makes you want to come back.

This place continues to disappoint. All drink orders take too long and now there's Latin music blaring at 80 decibels! 80! Yes I checked. It sounds like a night club in here and people are trying to enjoy their coffee in here. Who ever is in charge truly doesn't know how to manage a Starbucks. Corporate desperately needs to come into this location and do some re hiring because this isn't working for our small town. Such an awful experience today.

If i can give 0 stars i would. This starbucks location is one i always come to and i do so all because of the service. Today a customer cut the queue while 3 other cars had been waiting 10-15 mins. I honked at the car to get his attention to realize he had cut a bunch of us off. Thats when a blonde girl that clearly is the one that works the drive thru line comes out to yell at me for honking at the guy. After i proceed to notify her he cut the line she didnt give one fuck ignored and once again yelled for the honking. I once again proceeded to tell her that he had cut all of us off she ignored me and walked back into the store. So i left the queue because if the own restaurant doesnt respect THEIR OWN queue line situation they dont deserve business. That team member should be properly trained because clearly she doesnt know how her own line works.

Placed a walk in order that was said to be ready at 9 pm. I tried to walk in but the door was locked and they motioned for me to go to the drive thru. Spent 20 minutes in the drive thru before I was able to get my order. I'm addition to this fiasco, they got my order wrong.

Everyone who says there's a long wait time is absolutely right. This Starbucks is small for customers but has a lot of employees. It should not take 20 minutes to get an iced chai that's more milk than anything. My drink looks the same color as my cold foams. I also ordered a ham and Swiss and egg white bites. The guy making them pulled them out and then continued to talk to coworkers do trash and some other tasks while my food sat on the counter. He then proceeded to give me 1 and left. So I asked for my other guy he said it wasn't ready yet and then grabbed the food from the counter.

OMG. I feel like an idiot. I wanted to try something new and thought I ordered it in a Venti size! When I went to pick up my drink it was the tall .. Sam was the sweetest thing ever. She remade my drink for me and with a huge smile on her face. Love getting good customer service rather than them say "well that's the size you ordered". Thanks so much Sam you're the best!!

So far out of all the Starbucks I've been to, today was my first time at this Starbucks and I think I found my favorite one. The cashier was friendly and my drink was brought out quickly, then as I waited for my food I heard a girl say my name and when I looked up there was a girl staring at me with a warm, welcoming smile and she waved at me to let me know she was working on my sandwich. This is the first time I've encountered this type of acknowledgment at a Starbucks and it was very refreshing. Aside from that, I was given an extra patty since I requested no egg on my sandwich, which was icing on the cake. I don't know the girls name but she made my day

I am a usual customer for Starbucks, maybe not this exact location but I did not enjoy what I saw today. The woman taking orders was taking out the trash and when she comes back in she DOES NOT wash her hands. Under this circumstance she continues to touch the kiosk and her headset. Not only does she continue this way but she leaves the trash can RIGHT NEXT TO THE COUNTER, where they are making drinks and near the customers. This was very unpleasant to see and even disgusted me to the point that I could not eat my food or my drink. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION?

I placed an online order earlier today, ordered a venti and I received a DEMI!!! Do better Starbucks!

I've never truly had an issue with this Starbucks until today. My mom ordered a venti Carmel macchiato through Postmates. But by the looks of this image and holding the weight of the cup, I should have only gotten charged for a grande. I try calling the store and all it does is ring. I am very unsatisfied and displeased with the order. And it's not like I could get mad with our Postmates driver because he's the middle man. And the order is always closed Hopefully i can get through my morning with a grande drink...

I placed my order 30 minutes in advance so I wouldn't have to wait. Only 1 drink was ready out of 3. I asked for my order and took another 5 minutes and another 10 to get my sandwich. I would rather drive 10 minutes to another one next time.

Horrible, messed up my order first and then when they handed me my drink as you can see it doesnt even look like a MANGO DRAGONFRUIT.

Had the absolute best experience with picking up my coffee this morning. Melanie gave me the most welcoming experience from handing me my coffee directly to me and grabbing everything I had asked her for. It's not everyday you encounter such good customer service. Thank you, Miss Melanie!

This place is horrible now!! I just left and my whole order was wrong. It had to be purposely because it's like she didn't understand English. Only ordered two drinks, which one was a simple vanilla latte and she gave me cafe latte with no sugar. She looked like she didn't care to be there. The weirdest Starbucks yet.

This is the worst starbucks . Any other location I got to their drinks are just excellent !!' but this one, their drinks always suck . I would think they would get better but still same poor quality of drink performance.

I always order from this Starbucks , and I used to work around the area so sometimes I would use the restroom . Buy recently one of the guys keeps denying me the restroom . I got denied water . I tried to walk in at 9:00 to get my online order and they don't want to open the door ( specifically this guys : skinny always wearing a hat ) he wanted me to to walk through the drive thru .

Stopped by around 8:30pm and the drive thru was not moving. Finally got to the order screen and Melanie asked for my name and could not get it right time and time again. I tried to spell it and she just basically decided my name was Tom and pressed me to order. After ordering 3 drinks and a pastry we moved forward. She hands us our cup holder and one drink is wrong so I wait and when she opens the window says what do you want. I tell her one drink is supposed to be hot and she gets mad and takes the drink and then says that I didn't verify it before pulling forward. She then closes the window and walks away. Comes back and says to go to the front and they will bring it out. I told her I didn't hear her because she walked away and then in the most rude way "Like you when you drive away!" And then slams the window closed again. We drive to the front and wait and nothing. Then another girl comes over and says she was off work but felt bad because the hot drink was left on the counter. After melanie said go park and we will bring it out to the car. Wow that's great customer service or she was having a bad day. I came to spend money for some pricey drinks and get treated like I'm asking for favors. This new generation is doomed. I ended up tossing my drink away because I was mad at the whole situation and how they treat people. I think it's a wake up call to just stop drinking starbucks. I will be calling manager and corporate. These kids think they can't be held accountable for treating or talking to people like we owe them. Last time I checked customers keep the bills paid. Paying customers treated like we are asking for favors or charity.

This Starbucks sucks. Rude employees kept ignoring me when I was talking at the window they kept closing it on me drink was complete trash tasted like milk not even matcha worst customer service and can't even make a matcha . Tasted just like milk. Not even a one star it's a 0 star but there's no option for that.

Nasty flys in the bags of the food and on top of the opening of lids on drinks! It so disgusting. I had them remake my food but still while I was waiting there was so much nastiness.

Lupen was an extraordinarily generous and compassionate supervisor today at this location. She noticed I was accompanying two fellows experiencing homelessness to give them a nice outing and she treated them with incredible kindness. Thank you.

Over 20 min waiting for a mobile order. I asked 4 different people n about my order from the moment I arrived. No one bothered to check.they all said it was taking longer . I asked again- "over 30 min from time I placed the mobile order?" Again they said yes. I asked one to humor me and she let me. Know I was at the wrong location. I understand I showed up to the wrong location- why didn't anyone hither to check for my order when I asked repeatedly.i get these were not young dumb kids. They were lazy adults.

You guys gave me the wrong drink at the drive thru...... Came back because they offered to replace it which obviously it was your mistake Now my coffee taste like water...I'm done with this location .... I take my coffee seriously especially if that sh!t is $8. Starbucks train these baristas again

Had a nice experience at this Starbucks. The exterior and interior were very clean and comfortable. I was greeted with a smile by the young lady who took my order. She took my order correctly and I was out in no time. She did a great job!!

I am giving this place 2 stars only because I came here to study and it no longer had seating available inside. The only seating is outside and it was cold. We made it work but not sure what the point of taking the inside seating away. If you plan to go study or read this isn't the place.

This is the worst Starbucks ever.. they never get our order right.. and on top of that the drinks taste like sh!t !! Ordered a caramel and matcha frappe.. I got nothing but milk and whip on both of them. SMH.. are they low on coffee and matcha powder? these baristas need to go back to training and figure out the measurements to the drinks. What's the excuse now? This Starbucks doesn't specify that the lobby closes at certain time for pick up there's nothing on the door stating that pick up after certain time is only drive thru in the app when I order it states pick up in store or drive thru why do they even give the option, the excuse on New Year's was that they were under staff but what happened today what's the excuse now? Please cooperate audit this store location and set new standards to the management because they aren't doing a good job waiting to pick up my order that u order in the app at 10:15pm it's 10:48 and im still in the line what is it to hard to open the door and just hand out the pick up orders doesn't take more than a minute..The staff here at night is the worst..

I was really surprised to see this Starbucks at 3 stars. I have always received great customer serve here. Until last night, the girl at paying window didn't even acknowledge me nor answered me when I started talking to her . When I asked why she was being rude she asked "how am I being rude " when I was trying to explain , there was about 4 of her coworkers trying to back her up . I asked repeatedly to speak to a manager . None complied. After I started to drive off once I saw there was no managing authority around . One girl yelled "Miss Miss" ... when I called after to speak to manager . She proceeded to tell me this specific person had ADHD . As a member of a family who has worked with many people on the spectrum . ADHD alone is not part of it . I know this is not an excuse for rude service . Manager proceeded to tell me how her co-workers were protective of her . Then asked me later if I wanted refund or credit. I said no this is not a bout free stuff man. It's about being rude for no reason . I shouldn't be surrounded by 4 Star Bucks employees at paying window , with all of them trying to defend someone who clearly don't need defending. I HAVE ADHD , no reason to be rude and negate a mangers presence ! Once I spoke to manager her defending her attitude makes sense of the treatment and popular star reviews .

Worst Starbucks ever the employees don't even try to make your drink right they will take forever and they never have pastry's in stock. Just save your time and go somewhere else!

I used to drink Starbucks all the time however, I slow down, but I have to get a Venti Pumpkin Frappuccino during Halloween and Thanksgiving and sometime even Christmas along with a pumpkin scone delicious always always wonderful!!!!

Worst customer service here from the night shift. Literally no one was there and still managed to take out two refreshers 30mins, also let's not forget they forgot my pastry. Smh

This Starbucks as been a staple for San Fernando. The new construction is terrible. No space for customers to sit anymore. The workers do not talk to one another. So many drinks went to drive through when they were go customers inside. Never again. I will be going to Sepulveda Starbucks from now on.

Today was the second time I've had to wait more than 15-20 minutes for a single drink. I am a very understanding person and hell I am a people pleaser. I never complain about bad service when it is clearly understaffed but today I was not having it. I pulled up to the drive thru only to see a line that was not advancing so I decided to place a mobile order. I should've just stayed in the drive through since the workers were mostly concerned in completing those orders first. Other people came after me and they got their drinks first. It's just ridiculous. It seems the service went downhill along with the remodeling. Now there's no place to sit or study. You'd think that they'd be quicker considering they are a "in and out" type of store.

I've been coming every day for the past 3 months. Always packed! I suggest you order via mobile if you're in a rush.
