They really need to change the policy to where they at least give you your drinks at the door if they close the lobby earlier and you have a pickup order. Whats this about having to wait in this really long line when you placed a pick up order. The point of placing a pickup order is the convenience of going and just getting your drink without having to wait in a line like these. Not to mention the drink was ready 10 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. It says you can pick it up at the counter and literally says in store pickup. I waited for a good few minutes outside the store but my order was taking way too long so I decided to call and they told us that you have to go through the drive thru, such an inconvenience.

terrible customer service in the water even if you're a veteran who served the disability was epilepsy and you're feeling lightheaded from dehydration. I know that because of the veteran, I have a disability. I normally make purchases but whenever i drink too much coffee i need water and they denied me access to water.

The line was super long and it was going slow BUT the drink is amazing and I know the staff is probably struggling quite a bit to get all the orders out. They looked really short staffed and overwhelmed. However I just wanted to say-if the staff are reading these reviews. You guys are amazing! I am so proud of you! I know how hard this job can be and how overwhelming a long line and many orders are.. but you guys are still doing great!!! You are all amazing and I appreciate you guys so much ❤️❤️❤️

By far one of the worst Starbucks I've been to. I just waited in the drive through line for 32 minutes for 1 drink. At 4:30pm on a Sunday. Every time I've come to this Starbucks they are always super slow. If I order ahead my drink isn't ready when I get there. Just avoid this location.

I'd previously seen people working on their laptops at Starbucks. Went there about 8pm Wednesday night to study. I ordered a drink. The environment with the music was not condusive to concentration. I left after 5 minutes.

Me and my cousin ordered from here i ordered an matcha frappe, they didn’t put enough matcha it tasted very watery, my cousin ordered an strawberry açaí it tasted like regular strawberry lemonade, every time i go to this Starbucks there’s always something wrong with my order, I ordered matcha latte on November 6, my birthday, it wasn’t enough matcha it tasted like water, what’s going on?

After getting my phone fixed at the T-Mobile next door, I needed to pee so it just happened that there was a Starbucks next door! Perfect. You do need to make a purchase in order to use their restroom though, so we scoured the pastries section looking for the cheapest option there was... and there it was: lo and behold, it was the seasonal, limited edition Polar Bear Cake Pop which immediately caught both of our eyes. At that moment, we knew that was our fated sweet treat. My bf and I took it to go in the car to share! I took the first bite and it brought me back to my childhood: the classic cake pops I would have, full of lush, moist cakiness that would satisfy my sweet tooth. I gave it to my bf and he shared the same sentiments... so much so, that he gobbled it up in the blink of an eye. I stood no chance at getting the last bite... but that's okay because the cake pop was pretty mid in my opinion. I would say this cake pop was average and if I were to come to Starbucks again, this would probably not be the first thing I would reach for. Parking was easy to find and service was standard. Oh, and the restroom was clean + had a code! Big plus for that.

Tried to order two venti white hot chocolates. There was a miscommunication of what we wanted at the menu speaker and we corrected verbally at the window and they still gave us one hot chocolate and one white hot chocolate. Both tasted extremely watered down especially the regular hot chocolate. Which is usually not the best on flavor in the first place. The regular hot chocolate was so watered down it was undrinkable. We dumped them and went to Dunkin on Brookhurst and got two toasted white hot chocolates and Munchkins. Much better tasting and better pricing. Go to Dutch Bros or Dunkin instead.

My girlfriend needed to use the restroom so we decided to stop by this Starbucks... Customers are only allowed to use the restrooms so I decided to buy us the Polar Bear Cake Pop (limited time thing for the winter season i guess?). $3.95, sheesh kinda expensive for a little bite huh? Anyways, one bite into the goober and he was GONE, my girlfriend had no mercy and demolished it with no remorse... Flavorwise, the lil goober had a strong but beautifully curated vanilla and slightly chocolatey taste of the outer crust of the cake. Inside was a pretty moist and dense cake, just how I like it! 6/10, good job Starbucks! Cute bear, good taste (for the one bite I had), however horribly priced...

This one is big and spacious inside, but also has a drive-thru. There are also two restrooms, which are locked with codes only for customers. It is a busy location, so they may run out even before the afternoon of the newest seasonal flavors before their next product delivery. But they have so many great drinks, that it doesn't really matter. The barista will make a suggestion, and even make you a different drink if you don't end up liking the alternative one. A very much appreciated offer.

Today the attendant Monica was so nice, she makeus feelappreciated, the place wasn't crowded as always. Plenty of parking outside and so many tables available, the imposible sandwich is my favorite with an ice coffee. Please keep having carismatic people as Monica, so we can visit often. I highly recommend this place.

I placed an order for a simple iced tea and waited over 30 minutes with no updates. When I went to the counter to politely ask about my drink, Janeth responded in a very rude and dismissive tone, saying they were "still working on it." She didn't even ask for my name or what drink I was referring to, so how could she possibly know what order I meant? With customer service like that, it's hard to understand why she works here. She seemed completely miserable and annoyed to even be there, and it really showed in the way she responded to a simple question. Very disappointing experience. Don't work retail if you are going to have an and attitude.

This Starbucks really needs to take a hard look at the kind of service being provided at their late night drive-thru. Diego, the person working when I went (two times in a week), was incredibly rude and completely dismissive. There was no greeting, no smile, no sense of professionalism at all. Just an annoyed attitude like we were bothering him by even being there. He rushed through the order, barely spoke, and when we asked a simple question, he responded with clear irritation like we were wasting his time. It was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at any Starbucks. When you're in a customer-facing role, especially at a brand that's known for being friendly and welcoming, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. Everyone has bad days but this felt like it was just how he chooses to treat customers. If this is the kind of experience people are getting at night then it seriously reflects poorly on management and the store as a whole. Do better!!!!!

I came to this Starbucks today around 1:29 PM and ordered an Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai to drink in-store. The barista on register (I believe her name was Isabel, she was wearing glasses) also handed me my drink. When I politely asked her for a straw, she told me they were "by the front door," even though there was a stack of straws right behind her at the mobile order station. It felt unnecessary and dismissive. Since she had just helped me with my order and the straws were right next to her, it would've been a simple gesture of good customer service to hand me one. Instead, it left a negative impression.

I don't like to go back and ask for a remake on drinks since i understand when mistakes happen especially as a barista myself but this was just insane to be served. Asked for two lavender oat milk matchas with vanilla and this tasted and looked entirely of only matcha and a very powdery aftertaste with no lavender, milk or even vanilla flavoring to be found? Looking at the drinks themselves you can tell it wasn't made properly and when prompted about them the barista only claimed she promised it was made right with everything and it's supposed to taste strong? Tried to drink it and ignore the awful taste but overall just couldn't drink it

I usually always go to this Starbucks and get great service and my order right, however this time the service was not great at all. No "thank you" or anything just "here.bye.next." Like uhh? But what really upset me about my visit is how I ordered a ací with water instead of lemonade, light ice , and extra strawberries and literally got NON of that. I was so upset because I was waiting in that line for a while. Wait time was very long which is expected but too much like this ... just to have my drink wrong.

I don't like coming to this location. I've tried to go here on two separate occasions with years in between and the service is HORRIBLE! Every time I go here they treat me like I'm not even human. The staff rolls their eyes and are very slow. It took them 30 min to make my drink, just for it to taste bad. The environment is small with a few tables but they had trash the 2 times that I went. Don't recommend, there's 2 down the street in south coast & in south coast metro point. The extra 5 min drive is worth it TRUST ME.

So this specific Starbucks on Bristol is one of the few that is open 24 Hours a day. The inside lobby closes in the evening but the drive thru stays open. Every now and then it closes when they do not have enough staff. But today that was not the case. They are normally very busy but I had perfect timing and got there when the drive thru was fairly empty. Had 2 cars in front of me. So the issue I have is that the lobby had very few people in it, so they were not busy. So my question is why did I have to wait so long when you have 5 people in there working and very few customers. If you ever look in through the drive thru window you can always catch them talking and not paying attention to the drive thru. Hey get your act together and care more about your customer who is waiting for their drink and you won't mistakenly give it to the wrong person because you were not attentive enough.

I'm in shock seeing the reviews this Starbucks is getting. I go here with my participant Jose every Tuesday and we are always greeted with big smiles. Especially Josh, he makes Jose really happy when greeting him by his name. We only get water and sometimes breakfast items and I have no complaints about the food. The music played here is great too Keep up the good work Tuesday's morning staff!

Drove half hour to answer work emails, cause it says open 24hours. Nope. Drive through only, inside they are closed. Wasted my time. So annoying. The drinks themselves are starbucks quality, which these days is far below what local coffee shops are doing in terms of quality.

This place is good, but the parking is tight and the drive-thru is always busy. Also, inside there's plenty of places to sit but no outlets so this is not a good Starbucks to do work that requires a computer because there's no where to charge your devices. I ordered in store on a busy Saturday morning and my drink was out within 10 minutes.

And I always get a venti iced water because I love their water. I have NEVER had someone tell me I couldn't get a venti water! I was told here I had to get a tall iced water! Smh! A joke !

Nali has horrible service. If you don't like your then quit. Nasty attitude with horrible customer service. Charging me for a type of milk when you don't have it to begin with. The point is not even the price but the lack of customer service and attitude when you talk to someone. Do better!

I ordered a Cortado breve with, specifically, one packet of honey at the drive through window. I double checked and asked if they had packets of honey not syrup. They affirmed that they did but they still got the order wrong and used syrup. I was in traffic by now so I turned around and went into the store and asked for it again, with one PACKET of honey and they gave me double shots of ristretto and no honey this time. Wasted my time and money.

This is probably the best Starbucks location there is. Baristas are super friendly and the drinks are really good. Every single encounter I've had with a barista, they've been nothing but helpful and have provided really great customer service!

I love Starbucks I buy coffee from here everyday and lately have been messing up my order this is already the 3rd time that I ask for a chocolate croissant and I get anything but wat I asked for it clearly says on the sticker but somehow I end up with anything else drive thru takes so looong I don't have time to be going back please work on that

I normally don't write reviews but here we go! Today June 12, 2023 at approximately 9:50 am I ordered a venti drink, & this is what I got (see picture). No I did not drink from it. This is the second time this happens. Two days ago, I ordered the exact same drink and the person at the window was trying to hand me a grande drink. I informed her that I had requested a venti. She seemed bothered and said they'd fix it. Once I received my drink It was obvious they dumped the grande drink into a venti and added more ice to make it look full. By the way, she changed my order and charged me for a venti. This is unacceptable! Customers are paying for something and they should receive what they are paying for!

The workers are nice and all, but for some reason they always forget the syrups in the coffees and i normally do a coffee run for others so i'm not able to try it until the they say how bland the coffee is. they charge for syrups but forget to add them, has happened multiple times too :(

Staff is always friendly when I come by this location and I have never experienced any problems here. I'll see the occasional homeless person outside, but they don't big you. I have encountered over summer time they did run out from a refresher. But I didn't get upset about it. I simply ordered another drink that I find to be refreshing. Anyway, great spot I feel like :) they also have a drive thru so that's convenient

Starbucks is projecting it will close 150 locations in 2019. Perhaps I could help them narrow it down. I could tolerate the lack of working electrical outlets, as annoying as that is, but that "clown" working the front counter who intentionally placed my coffee filled tumbler on a wet coffee spill? Not a chance it was by accident. I do not think he appreciated having to rinse my tumbler in hot water after I politely made the request and even gave me a slight glare. (Did he think it was beneath him even after I asked nicely?) My coffee was also lukewarm. Bad service that is not up to the standards of other Starbucks locations.

The Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew from this location didn't taste like cold brew at all. Not gonna lie, I'm bummed out because I got a venti PCCB and I feel like I paid for water with pumkin cream and I waited for 15-20 minutes in their drive thru. Been here numerous times and will most likely be returning because the location is near my job but dang y'all dropped the ball. Lol Just thinking out loud here. Good day!

Lord, I wish I remembered the young man's name who took my order! HE WAS THE ONNNNEEE YALL!!! I was out here tryingto order a drink at the crack of dawn, i was stubbling on my words and really didnt know what to order. Anyhow he made my day with his side jokes and comments. I ordered the toasted white chocolate moca frap, and that stuff was AMMMMAAZZZIINNNGGGGGG... It gave me life after the first zip! I will def come back because they made my drink soooo good and the customer service was on point!!!! Thanks again!! !

You would think that they would read and consider what the consumer is commenting that they would pay close attention to the orders. Once again my order was wrong. What's it going to take for them to get it right? Is it going to take for someone to have an allergic reaction or getting sick for them to take their customers serious. I understand we are all humans and we make mistakes but the same one over and over again. COME ON PEOPLE PAY CLOSER ATTENTION TO WHAT THE CUSTOMER'S REQUESTS ARE!!!

To the point where you had to call your manager to check the bill, but had no change? Apart from unsanitary very inconsiderate. But very easy to suggest a donut shop across the street, seems very discriminatory if you ask me

I just wanna know why your hours say 24/7 yet online it says you close the lobby at 9pm but really you close it at 8pm. The line takes FOREVER and if you put in a mobile order (for a big order) right before 8 they apparently don't get it, have to tell them your entire order and wait until they make your 7 drinks. Takes almost an hour every time I go here.

The Employees at this location are rude, lazy, and have enough personal and still won't deliver a good customer service. I'm completely disappointed that this location is ran by a manager that's is as irresponsible as her crew. In my opinion these employees need to be replaced or retrained. 30 min to wait for a small Frappuccino while you see them dancing, talking, and not working is truly disappointing.

Taste plain and nasty has no color tells me at the window they ran out of Mango Dragon Fruit & Peach is out of season. But don't have strawberries for the Refresher. I haven't been here in awhile, only stopped by because it was drive thru & on my way home so my kids wanted it! Starbucks you can't be falling asleep on us LOL

It really is so fun waiting in a 20 minute drive thru line to find out they are out of items and ingredients... keep trying again every other week in hopes they actually ordered ingredients that are out of stock just find myself in the same situation.. used to come here often for the past few years but now i'm losing hope on this starbucks. Such a shame.

Attention: DO NOT go to this Starbucks. Unless you are going for a hot beverage, the ice they serve with drinks that need ice is HORRIBLE! The ice is like a worse version of chick fil an ice. Ordered a grande iced drink and only the top part of the grande sized drink was cold, the bottom was ROOM TEMP! So weird, go to other Starbucks where they have NORMAL ice.
