Deliveroo’s Restaurant Delivery Service Fee Could Bank £11 Million/Year | Eater London

"An international coffee-chain brand that is also reportedly charged an additional £1 on certain delivery platforms, demonstrating how some high-volume chains are singled out for extra fees by apps." - James Hansen

Starbucks Will Deliver Frappuccinos via Uber Eats, not Deliveroo | Eater London

"The chain will trial coffee deliveries via Uber Eats at the end of the month, offering around 95% of the menu for delivery — though a £2.50 delivery charge could roughly double the cost of a latte, calling into question whether the convenience is worth the premium." - James Hansen

I bought 4 drinks, 1 dragon drink, 1 lemonade, 1 ice tea, 1 pink drink, I asked for light ice and they told me they will charge me $1.25 each drink if I wanted less ice, in other starbuck never charges me foe light ice on those drinks, I decided not pay for light ice amd they put more than half of the cup full of ice, it's not worthy , it's like you are paying more foe ice and not the drink. Because they were size ( venti ) I asked for an extra cup to share between my two small kids and they refused they said the politics of the store, they can give me a small cup for water

I love strawberry frappe. Delicious. Perfect. Not too sweet / sour . Place really crowded though not much chairs.

Yeah I had a pretty decent experience at this Starbucks location which is located inside of Great America. I read a lot of bad reviews about it but I didn’t wait in line that long. I also got a pretty decent drink. Not everyone was rude only one of the persons but they’re so busy but I don’t think they intend on being rude they’re just staying focused. When I come here again yes I love Starbucks and I was super happy to see it inside of a theme park.

Worst Starbucks by far. Fernanda had a bad attitude the whole time. Like it’s not my fault if you don’t like your job. And she wanted to charge me an extra $1.30 so I can have extra milk in my coffee??? Like are you for real. It’s honestly ridiculous to be charged extra for a preference.

Almost $7 for a Grande Iced Tea. And as others have mentioned, service is very slow even when it's not busy. I would recommend just getting a fountain drink from one of the food stands.

What a horrible experience, it’s not a real Starbucks. They don’t take the Starbucks app. The line was glacial - it took me 30 mins to get to the counter at which point the cashier realized they had no coffee brewed so I ordered americanos. I’m still waiting for them as I write this review …

This Starbucks is located within the Great America Theme Park. Hours are not listed anywhere, but from talking to a worker, it sounds like the hours may vary depending on how busy the park is. Upon arriving the line was very long, with one person (a new employee) taking orders and two employees fulfilling orders. If I worked in that location I would be super stressed because the customers naturally get grumpy when service is so incredibly slow. If the park can commit to having enough workers on site, this would be a better place to visit. I personally thought the employees were really nice and doing their best, so I'm hoping the park will do the right thing. There are plenty of places to sit and relax which is another plus. Unfortunately, this is not a regular Starbucks, so the app can't be used at all to pay for drinks, order ahead, or rack up points.

Starbucks should hire more registers and/or baristas in the holidays season. We waited over 30 minutes in line to get to the counter to go d out only one machine accepts credit & debit cards while the second one accepts only cash or Starbucks gift card! What a convenient situation during peak hours inside a theme Park!
