Love Starbucks but I’m sure I’m not the only one who doesn’t like the tea cups being used for venti handcraft drinks rather than the larger plastic ones. I feel like it’s less product and more ice and I’m being stolen from so I won’t be returning to this location

Won’t even provide water for free if you need it anymore. Sad, overpriced, and disappointed. Last time I’m going here for that alone. P.S. If I recall it was Hannah that was working…she seemed sad to even tell me this. If your employees don’t want to agree with you why on earth are you doing this? For a nickel? Really? Besides, you can charge for water, but you cannot refuse to offer it. Do better. Please.

NEEDS security for restrooms, a required passcode, or a single room restroom. My toddler had to use the restroom and this man came into the women's restroom and began pleasuring himself while I was taking my kid to restroom. Very disturbing, manager was very concerned and very kind. However, I can't come back because of that experience. Not the Starbucks fault but they do need more security.

We stopped in here while traveling. The staff was friendly. Clean bathrooms. Yummy coffees .... we could ask for more

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order online for a mobile pickup because I saw the store hours showed it was still open. I got out and went up to the door and I was rudely gestured that the store was closed. That employee was absolutely rude and I can’t believe this coming from Starbucks. I want a refund, it is not my fault for this store’s negligence that the store hours are wrong. Completely unacceptable

I asked for cold foam on a venti matcha, and I received literally half of the cup with the actual drink. Not cool.

Said they were to be open until 10 online. Closed 20 minutes early and we drove pretty far off the interstate to get here.
