You can never go wrong with Starbucks. I absolutely love and adore their new egg bites with brie and truffle. SOOO GOOD!!! And the iced matcha latte is always my go to to energize without the jitters.

I wanted to recognize Candice, the barista who provided exceptional service today. My family and I are visiting from Northern California as we consider relocating to the Santa Clarita area. We have a special needs adult child, and when we mentioned our move, Candice took extra time to offer helpful suggestions about the local community while still providing excellent customer service. Even though the store wasn't busy, her willingness to go above and beyond by sharing local insights made our visit memorable. Candice represents the best of Starbucks customer service - knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely helpful. Thank you for having such wonderful team members. Candice truly made our day.

I just moved to Santa Clarita in November and this location was my SAVIOR, a must every morning before work!! So sad it closed, hope to see it open again soon!! 🥲

Won’t even provide water for free if you need it anymore. Sad, overpriced, and disappointed. Last time I’m going here for that alone. P.S. If I recall it was Hannah that was working…she seemed sad to even tell me this. If your employees don’t want to agree with you why on earth are you doing this? For a nickel? Really? Besides, you can charge for water, but you cannot refuse to offer it. Do better. Please.

Love Starbucks but I’m sure I’m not the only one who doesn’t like the tea cups being used for venti handcraft drinks rather than the larger plastic ones. I feel like it’s less product and more ice and I’m being stolen from so I won’t be returning to this location

Store at newhall and Carl CT. Terrible management. 2x in a few months employees have walked out thereby closing this location to neighborhood customers. This time closed since Nov 6th. I contacted corporate to enquire if permanently closed or a possible reopen date. Corporate had no idea they had been closed for 2+ weeks. They should close forever and put a Phil's Coffee there for people to enjoy.​

Starbucks is always a reliable stop for coffee, whether I'm on the go or need a spot to chill for a bit. I usually get an iced shaken espresso or a seasonal drink -- they're consistent, and I like that I can customize everything. The staff is usually friendly and quick, even during the morning rush. It can get crowded depending on the location, but the mobile order option saves time.

You have to pay for something to use the bathroom Starbucks are u kidding me I've never been to a Starbucks and had that problem I had to go so bad I thought I was going to pee myself I'm just a girl that need to go pee and with a kid I think it's crazy I can't use a bathroom

Not all Starbucks locations are created equally but this location is a stand -out for me for many reasons. First, it doesn't get as busy as other locations. That's a huge plus! Especially if/when you're in a rush. Their Order Ahead works like a charm, but keep in mind that, for whatever reason, that option isn't always available. Also, the staff is super friendly and helpful. I've ordered both in-person and drive-thru, and have received great customer service on all occasions. The times I've entered, I always found the place in clean, presentable order. Same thing for the restroom; pristine. Sometimes transients enter and cause disruption but the staff is very attentive and aware. Never felt unsafe here. I love this location and give them props! Thank you, Starbucks Newhall!

The coffee was disgusting, but then again it was the wrong order. Not really into ice Matcha lattes.. This is the second time they got my order wrong within a month span. Per the manager, they have a bunch of new people. They're willing to remake my coffee, which is nice however, I'm currently on the freeway to a city an hour away, which is not nice. Double check your coffee when you come to this location.

Mostly had pleasant experiences here, in the exception of yesterday when I was copped a terrible attitude by the cashier for no apparent reason and I ordered a sandwich and it was almost thrown at me. It wasn't busy either.

It is always a great experience when Alyssa and Silas are working in the store. Silas makes our drinks perfect every time and Alyssa always has a smile and welcoming attitude. I noticed the times I've came here, the store is clean and organized. Keep up the great work!

Stopped by on a road trip to get a coffee and stretch our legs at 645 pm. The door is locked even though the posted hours say open until 10 pm. The worker inside motioned us to go through the drive through and would not open the door despite the hours reflecting they were still open.

We usually only go to Starbucks when the mobile order ahead system is working. It was down today but we had errands in the area. Against my ordering style preference, baristas were helpful through the app outage issues. Would recommend this location.

I used to really enjoy coming here. They just switched to paper cups! Disgusting! Totally changed flavor of my coffee

*** 2022.APR 20- 2022.APR 20- mobile Gr Strbry Açaí Rfr @1:48pm, I always order light ice but I guess this location thought light flavor as this drink is completely lacking. #10182 +the guy gave a dismissing tone after I said thank you when picking up Mobile order. **2/5 Gave a extra star since the restroom was clean and the young lady at the cashier was doing her job by answering a question about the code for the R door without giving slack, Ty for that, it's quite simple. Bland flavorless drink/guy gave bad service.

It can be one of the most busiest Starbucks on my morning commute, but the service is always so great! Parking is not really an issue but can be tricky at times. Their drive-thru is especially packed during the typical rush hours...Morning & Lunch. Lori is one of my favorites, she sees us so much throughout the week she remembers some of our orders. Theirs a tall guy, buzz cut, always greets me or any of my staff with a warm hello & makes small talk. Alyssa though...she can honestly make your day just with her smile She's a gem. Best thing to go along with a morning coffee is a beautiful smile serving it. Love this Starbucks all because of the service, which the staff is amazing at. And Alyssa's smile of course.

Starbucks is amazing. However, the lion seems to be pretty long most of the time since a few of the Key staff members went away. They still always get the orders right and are very friendly.

A lively Starbucks with great classical music playing in the background. The cashier was nice and apologized for the short wait. I ordered my usual coffee misto, and the batista made it just right with lots of foam.

WAYYYYY too much ice. I ordered a venti pink drink and I usually expect a lot of ice but this time it was unacceptable. I finished it in like 4 minutes and I only took small drinks. More than half Of the cup was full of ice.

Alexis was great! Alexis let me sample the Ristretto espresso! So good. I definitely appreciate that Alexis took an extra couple minutes to broaden my coffee game! I think I'm going to order blonde roast Ristretto going forward :)

I just moved into the neighborhood and started going to this location a lot recently, they always have my mobile order ready by the time I get there, and the staff is friendly about giving straws and remade my breakfast sandwich that was stolen, no questions asked.

Got through pretty fast considering the locations off the freeway and on Christmas Eve. My chai tea latte wasn't so strongly made like other Starbucks so thank you for that.

Sorry, but this place is not helpful. Ordered matcha with cream, and I flat out asked cashier lady if their matcha has sugar, and she said NO. I assumed that they will give me my request of matcha and cream. When I got my order, their MATCHA HAS SUGAR IN IT. I never got my refund. BEWARE, if you are ONE OF THOSE who are INTO REAL AND LEGIT MATCHA, DO NOT ORDER HERE! Barista is NOT Helpful!

Ok so Starbucks is Starbucks no matter where you go for the most part. There's really not much to say unless something stands out. Well this is one of those moments. One example was once when I came to this Starbucks and I went to pull my wallet from my back pocket and realized... I didn't have my wallet. Aggghhh! The barista at the time said "don't worry about... just pay it forward". How sweet was that folks? I have frequented this Starbucks on several occasions, so on one of my return visits, I covered the drink for the person behind me. Call it contagious. Something we could all do a little more for each other. Another example was when I went and ordered a quad shot flat white and I got a little extra sweetness in my drink. See photo. It was a good laugh at the very least. I'm guessing it was a busier day and sugar packets were flying around all over the place. Call it my imagination. Some places stand out you know. I'll be back for sure.

All I can say is that my family and I have been here several times since 2020, and have had good experiences each time. I want to especially remark on August, the young man who every time we've interacted with him has been extremely friendly and warm. If customer service and hospitality could plant trees, August is reversing climate change. Just a big thank you to y'all!

Terrible service. I waited forever just to be acknowledged to take my order and then I waited another long period of time to get my order. Once I got my order it was just basically milk steamed

I go to this Starbucks quite often on the way to my class along with other great Starbucks locations. I love all the workers have been so attentive and friendly to me every time I get my favorite drinks there. I have to customize drinks often due to my dietary reasons, but they always make my drinks right and I am always happy to go back there before my physical training. Thank you every one, I will for sure see you very very soon!!

Let me start off by saying 2021 has been a crazy year for me & battling cancer I had to have a tracheostomy done which means I can't really speak. These baristas are angels on earth! They take the time to talk to me & help me order. They are always in a good mood & have a smile on their face! Also did I mention this location always has what I need in stock. Especially my fav drink a grande matcha green tea with soy & vanilla sweet cold foam. If you guys see this thank you for making my day brighter!

I've been to this specific Starbucks a bunch of times inside and drive thru. Employees are super friendly and I've never had any issues with my order. They make sure the food is in stock and are always cleaning the inside. Great place to stop by and grab a quick bite to eat or a coffee.

We stopped by early this morning before a super busy day, Johnny ran after us down a block and through some bushes to save my breakfast. Thank you Johnny for saving my morning and going above and beyond regular customer service

I WISH I knew the name of the employee who helped me in the drive thru tonight - they were so incredible. Full anecdote: Just got done hauling things out of my storage unit which flooded due to this rain we've been having. Feeling faint and horrible because I rushed to save my stuff without eating anything all day, I pulled into this Starbucks. I ordered a sandwich (turkey pesto I think?). Anyway, all is good and it's pull ahead. I get to the window and this COMPLETE ANGEL reports that they're out of that sandwich, but how would I feel about this alternative sandwich (a smoked chicken something) and I'm like that sounds great thanks. And this BLESSING OF A HUMAN pulls out an ALREADY toasted and ready sandwich--- no having to wait all over again for another sandwich. And they said it was on them because of the trouble (which there was no trouble at all). I didn't want to be a total creep trying to see a name tag (it was raining, a little dark, also remember I felt like total about to faint garbage), but they had short bleached blonde hair, A+ smile, worked the evening shift 1/15/19 and was literally the most engaging, uplifting person I've encountered in a while-- even without the granted sandwich. I was so overwhelmed with gratitude, and am such a chronically awkward person, I sort of just stammered my thanks and drove away. I hate that I use the app and don't carry cash because I would love to have tipped. I'll have to make another trip up to the area just to do so for this person. Please, Starbucks, give them a raise, or throw them a party, or name a street after this employee. 5 stars because of this SAVIOR OF MY CHAOTIC DAY, and also because I consistently have had a positive experience at this location.

I am not a big Starbucks drinker but I found a tea that I love. This Starbucks is on my way to work and the staff here is amazing. Today I got a nice message on my cup and the lady in front of me paid for my drink I've never had either done for me. So thank you to everyone at this location and my secret pay it forward person .

This place is usually pretty good. Lori and most of the staff are wonderful. Today though, I had an experience that left a bad taste in my mouth. I had my partner go pick up coffee using my phone for the points. Well when he got to the window, he told the woman at the window (short black hair and a beanie), that he wanted to use the points first, then pay for the rest. She clearly had no clue how to do that, so instead of simply asking for help or admitting she didn't know how to do that, she lied. She told him that he didn't have enough points to get anything (a lie), and that he only had 50 points (another lie). There were 100 points, and even if there were only 50 points, that's enough for a free bakery item, which we did get one of. I do like this place, even though they are out of stuff a lot and I've gotten the wrong drink a few times. Someone new once didn't give me my card back and I had to drive to the store to get it, and I thought they'd at least apologize for that, but instead they just joked about how they "didn't spend anything". They're not perfect, no business is, but the few hard working and wonderful employees they have, are worth it. Just make sure you get all your things before you leave, food and all. And if someone claims that you don't have "enough points", ask to speak to someone else like we should have.

This is the best Starbucks place ever, come here you won't regret it. I was having a horrible and so I wanted to treat myself with a refreshing drink. I pulled up to my local starbucks drive through with my friends and we all ordered out favorite drinks and once we came to the pay window, the employees SURPRISED US AND SAID IT WAS ON THE HOUSE. This turned my day upside down. #1 STARBUCKS.

I came here today and there was a very kind lady at the drive through window at 17:00-17:20 but she almost forgot my Carmel Frappe, but overall it was a great service, I recommend coming here. I would give it a 6/5 if I can because they have a quick services.

Ordered 2 Caramel Macchiatos. Label said Caramel Macchiato but it was a half way coffee with foam not even to the top. The only thing worth saving in this place was the Cashier Kudos for him.

Seriously not the first time they make my drinks WAY too watered down. When I orders mocha frap, it tasted like straight up water with a bit of chocolate syrup, it taste nothing like how it's supposed to.

I love my coffee and along with great service.....what else can a coffee junkie ask for right!!!!!!! This location makes great fraps & the pastries are always fresh. However, the service from the manager ....I think.... outweighed everything else. She was a young latina mixxxxx (Alexa) made me a new drink after I casually asked......lol To me, although it was my fault for not making it clear with my order....she made it a point to satisfy my request with a friendly smile! Thx again for the outstanding service!

Used the drive-thru and it moved along well, no complaints what so ever, asked if they had a pastry and the guy said let me check, wasn't lazy about it, just great service. Thanks!

July 13, 2019 Went this morning at 9:15 and the man at the window names Jopher, was rude and didn't even acknowledge us. Went to the window, didn't greet us or even provide us with a total for the order. Any other time I have gone people are very nice. I did not appreciate his lack of engagement with us. Reduces my chance or returning to that location.

This Starbucks is one of the best I've been too. They have great customer service, when you're waiting at the drive thru window they'll make small talk which is nice. They rarely mess up and when they do they'll fix it without hesitation. I come every weekend to sylmar and I'll rather drive 15 min extra for this Starbucks than go to the one there.

This Starbucks location is making me believe in Starbucks again. The customer service at this location is exactly what Starbucks managers should be proud to see. From the times that I've come in, I've always had a great experience with all team members. Today the line took a little while as the person in front of me needed Spanish translation. Someone hopped on the extra register to get the line going. He was friendly and quick with the transaction. It is refreshing to see a location like this after having been to a few disappointing Starbucks stores. I'm thankful to have this store nearby to me!

I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks; I don't care much for their mochas or hot chocolate. But when it comes to their frappuccinos, especially caramel, I'm there. And with this location providing a convenient drive thru and delicious fraps every time with friendly customer service, they're ok in my book.

They are always kind regardless of how busy they become. Clean lobby and restroom, well stocked the flow can be a little bumpy thanks to mobile orders, but that is a corporate issue not individuals. They do their best and I am thankful for them and all they do.

Why can't this place make a decent Caramel Macchiato like the other stores? I've had 5 of them, all lousy and watered down. I returned a few, only to get another watery Caramel Macchiato. Boo. They need to retrain their staff. It's a shame because it's a nice facility.
