2025.08.05 Love my local Starbucks! Staff are always helpful and friendly, whether in store or the drive-thru! The lady in the drive-thru had a message on my cup that made my morning! Happy Tuesday! Iced coffee refreshing way to start my day!

We came to this store June 16th around 1:00 in the afternoon to get five drinks The lady that helped us at the counter was very nice but the guy that they said was the manager tall skinny curly blonde hair with glasses and a mustache was extremely rude to the other employees and the customers and we will never come to the store again as long as he is allowed to treat people that way. He definitely does not need to be in any type of customer service role maybe a night stack or somewhere but he was way too rude.

Went to this Starbucks this morning and got helped by the wonderful Taylor! Her attitude and attentiveness was so welcoming and upbeat. I was honestly having a hard morning, and she completely turned my morning around. And not to mention, my drink was amazing! I’m not sure who made it, but kudos too you! This is supposed to be a grande hot chocolate, I opened the lid (having not taken a single sip). The line about halfway down the empty portion appears to be where the whipped cream was filled to and has since melted—even so, when paying for a grande drink there tends to be an expectation that you’re paying for 16oz. My last number of trips to this Starbucks have resulted in similar issues. Please fill the drinks to the level people are paying for.

If you’re going to close the cafe you should turn off mobile order for cafe option. Never would have sat in a 30 minute drive through line just to get my drink that’s been sitting.

This location is very busy, and staff seems to have no sense of urgency. Received notification that my mobile order was ready (est time was 15-18 mins), but only part of the order was ready. Had to wait an additional 5-8 minutes for last drink to be made. Also, I ordered a venti white peppermint mocha iced coffee and received regular peppermint mocha iced coffee. Did not have time to wait to have the drink to be remade since we were late for an event we had to be at due to it taking 25 mins to make the first drinks.

Recently I have come in and gotten a strawberry acai with lemonade and they have never been like this before. Usually they are pink and full of flavor. I have come in and they have been clear and bland the last 3 times I have come! When I am paying $6-7 for a drink I expect it to be what I payed for. I am not enjoying my drinks and this has happened to multiple people! Please do better!

This is my back-up location when the one on Ann Arbor-Saline Rd closes in-door dining for some reason, they shut off their online ordering or I'm on this side of town. Typically the drive-thru line is super long, so would recommend you either mobile order or walk in. I never had issues with walking in, granted I only order coffee to go. Recently, I have noticed the lines are longer than usual, this means more folks are coming out of their homes :) However, as far as I've noticed, this has not impacted the order process for walk-in customers. The lines moved quickly. Even though this place is bit out of my way, I may end up switching to this location as the one on A2-Saline has gotten worse over time.

I have been here before when visiting Ann Arbor. It was pretty chaotic here on a Saturday morning and though my drink was fine, it was a bit of trouble getting it and one barista did not know who was working on it. So many baristas, hard to work as a team and did not seem to know each other by name? But nothing we wanted was out of stock and when back in town, if this on the way to something specific we would stop here again. In Ann Arbor, the stores are fairly far flung.

Tried this location twice about a year apart. TERRIBLE both times. Worth your time to drive somewhere out of your way... you will still get your drink faster. Waited 30 minutes for an inside order both times and we were the only patrons inside. To top it off, one out of the 2 drinks ordered wasn't correct. Only other people inside the seating area were off duty (?) employees. Bathrooms and inside were ok. If you have to stop here, which I do not advise, at least do the drive through for a better shot at timing.

This location is the one I most frequently visit in Ann Arbor, mostly because it's convenient with the drive thru and over by the Mejier and Lowe's I often frequent. Everyone is always super kind whenever I visit. The other day I came by and they were out of several drinks due to pandemic shortages (TOTALLY VALID and not their fault!) and the cashier helped me pick a drink they did have in stock based on the other items I like. Very nice! And now I highly recommend the Strawberry Acai refresher, which I probably wouldn't have tried since I have my regular beverage I rarely deviate from.

I went inside to order my drink as the drive thru was to the main road. I waited over 20 minutes for my drink inside. They told the people waiting inside their first priority is drive thru and pick up orders. I was being patient but waiting that long inside was ridiculous.

Slow as fak, wasn't sure if forgot order or not, wouldn't recommend. The drive thru gets priority. I think in the old days they took your name and wrote it on the cup, that might help when it finally gets made

I am generally a Starbucks fan and always like their dark roast when I need a cup of joe while on the road. This location was relatively new when I visited. It is situated in a perfect spot beside Meijer and fills a "java void" in the area. It is unfortunate that it did not exist when I worked in Scio Twp. (a mile or so down the road). My visit to this newly-opened establishment was uneventful. I read the reviews about the sub-par service and I can only say that I must have been lucky. I just needed a pour-over and I had no delays in ordering or in receiving my coffee in a timely fashion when it was ready. The facility itself had a nice, new feeling and was up to standards for a Starbucks. The prices were typical for this chain. I come back to this area periodically to see former colleagues and to do a little bit of business. I would certainly not hesitate to return here again for a "caffeine lift" when I do so.

Starbucks management - Listen up. Pay attention. It is not ok to have a cashier (the one that wears a wig or big weave that doesn't fit under a hat) to behave the way she does to customers. She's slow, rude and treats customers waiting to order like we are inconveniencing her and interrupting her complaining session with the manager - for which she turned back around and continued after taking my payment. I couldn't believe a manager was standing behind her and didn't notice what she was doing or how she was acting. The manager should have taken her off the floor. The two people making the orders were great. Super friendly, happy, said hello and engaged those of us waiting. Maybe one of them was new and made a couple mistakes but they were great and I was happy to wait as they figured it out. I was just really glad to not have to deal with the nasty young lady running the register.

There is nothing wrong with this location. The staff is friendly and they have never gotten one of my complex orders wrong. The only thing about this place is the area. Its continuing to grow but the location is kind of small. Traffic often spills out into the street no matter what time of the day it is. Again, it's just popular. So how can a popular place have 2 stars? Just go and get your Java fix and keep it moving.

THE WORST STARBUCKS YOU WILL FIND ANYWHERE The staff focuses on drive-through business and treats its walk-in customers like vermin. They've also raised their prices over all other Starbucks in the area. The restrooms run only cold water and the hand dryers blow only cold air. I can't find one good thing to say about this store.

Don't waste your time. Always understaffed and have a wait time of 20+ minutes every time! I placed a pickup order 20 minutes in advance and still waited 20 minutes for my drink when I arrived! Absolutely horrible.

Three friends and I recently met here to catch up and celebrate a birthday. We chatted, laughed and were enjoying each others company, when the manager came over to chastise us for being "too loud" and asked us to be quiet. There were no other patrons in the store at the time, and beyond a few moments of laughter, we were conversing at a normal level. Again, we were litterally the only patrons there. The experience was shocking and felt ageist and sexist, as we have all experienced people having very loud business calls and coversations at this location in the past, and no one else has been harrassed, but 4 middle-aged women having a good time in an empty store was clearly unacceptable to the staff.

Came here to do some work. I easily found a seat next to an outlet and with lots of windows. My drink was ready quickly. As with all Starbucks, the noise level is hiigh between the music, the coffee production, and the chatter. But the restaurant was clean, if not a little dilapidated....chips in the wall paint and large sections of tabletop damaged. Also it was freezing! I would come again for sure, but I wasn't too impressed overall.

Hey Starbucks... you severely miscalculated the building space and offering for this location. Every time I come here it's like a 25 min wait either in the drive up or the walk in. Plus once you order your coffee you're just going to wait even longer for an order that's going to be wrong . Today I ordered four drinks for my family. One was correct, two were incorrect and they charged me for the fourth but forgot to make it :/ the staff tried but it's obvious management hasn't properly trained them to execute the heavy traffic. The amount of time it takes dominoes to make a pizza and drive it to my house; I can get one Starbucks coffee...in the store.

We stopped here back in May while on a Midwest roadtrip and this location did not disappoint. The husband dropped me off while I grabbed some drinks for the road and we appreciated that this was located next to the freeway and a gas station. This location was clean and although they were busy, our drinks came out fast and accurate. I have no complaints!

Should avoid but convenient. Store varistas and rules differ at this store than any other in AA areOrder a venti here, not even full, about 2" from top, rip off for price paid. Iced drinks either completely full of ice so little drink or 20 cubes. This store is cheap.

My personal experience here was quite good. First, I'll admit that I do not generally get fancy drinks. On this occasion, I got a medium drip coffee and it was tasty/fresh, the service was quick and friendly, and overall was pleased with my interaction. I used the drive-thru, so I cannot speak to the cleanliness of the store or the bathrooms at this time. Should I visit again, I will be sure to update this review. In the mean time, I was pleased and would return. :)

Walked in and no one was in line, the line was long I. The drive thru though.ordered my coffee and almond croissant and it was perfectly made. All the staff was pleasant. Product on the shelves were a little sparse but they were restocking. It was nice that they decorated for the holiday and made us cozy.

I'm breastfeeding twins so the pink drink is a necessity when I'm out running errands (and my treat) ;) . I ordered a Trenta pink drink WITHOUT ice. When I walked in I found my mobile order was filled to the TOP with ice. I got the Barista's attention and kindly pointed out the error, which was plainly printed on order sticker. She apologized and said she would remake it. . She didn't. . She strained the ice out and gave me back the leftovers. This meant my drink ended up being a venti WITHOUT strawberries...even though I paid for a Trenta. . I was in a hurry and had to leave but I am VERY disappointed in the lack of effort to correct a simple error. I feel ripped off and undervalued as a consumer. . I hope this will be used a teaching moment to improve order accuracy and customer service.

We had a bad experience at the Starbucks oh Zeeb rd. My friend and I went through the drive through and asked for 5 drinks. We only received four. So we had asked about the 5th. There was a woman named Jillian working and said she didn't hear us ask for it and that's okay things happen, but she told us to go back though the drive through. That's where we got irritated. It was irrational to go back through a line filled of cars because she didn't hear us. I feel as if we were treated like this just because we're teens, which happens too much in this world. If we're paying consumers we deserve to be respected like everyone else. Instead we left without the drink.

How is it that this place is CONSTANTLY out of like literally every lunch food selection!??? Honestly though, how is it even possible that a place like Starbucks can't figure out how to keep their menu options always stocked? It's so bizarre that they just "run out" of menu options. Always a toss up whether the items on their menu will be available on any given day.

OK, I caved and have started coming back here. I think things may be fixed at this location though other recent reviews lead me to think maybe not. I have discovered the Starbucks app and order ahead. My office is an 8 minute drive from this Starbucks. I order my stuff, hop in the car, and my order has been waiting for me every time right when I get there. Maybe the app is the best way to get your stuff on time from this location?

Wow.. I really hate to do this but I really want this business to understand they need improvement.. The employees have no structure whatsoever. I usually order from the app and when I walk in to grab my order, there's usually no less than 6 to 8 people standing around "customers"... and employees just randomly doing odd tasks..none of them paying attention to anyone. No one knows what's going on, the last two times I had to literally yell Hello to a worker for her to grab my drinks that were sitting there, this was after 5 min minimum of me standing there attempting to get her attention. Also, they seem to sell out of stuff a lot and a couple of the girls have been on the rude side more than once.. I think they hate their job honestly...ha. .. ahhhhhh! I really want to be able to come here but I'm about to give up.

My daughter ordered Pumpkin Spice latte and Pink Drink from the drive through at 10:00 am. She received her drinks and came home. When she got home she quickly realized they gave her a Tall Black coffee and cold brew. We tried calling several times and nobody ever answered the phones.

I asked for whipped cream and it even said on the cup "add whip". The barista didn't add whip, so I asked her, "could you please add some whip?" She looked at me like she was annoyed and didn't remake it or make room for whipped cream. She literally added a quarter size amount of whipped cream. She was very rude and unprofessional. I won't be back.

I came through the Starbucks on Zeeb rd today at 12:19pm. I told my barista that I was dairy allergic. And I requested my drink to be made with soy milk. About 45 minutes later I was in JC penny's... When I started with a queasy stomach and immediately had to run to the restroom. After getting violently ill that is when I called for the store manager, at Starbucks. When I described this situation and told the store manager that I would then have to be going to the hospital. I was offered a complimentary drink upon my next visit. At no point was I offered an apology that she would follow up to find out what happened so that this wouldn't happen to anyone else. Or even a consolation to the inconvenience of my day. Or at the very least a concern for the fact that I was having to head to the hospital or discussion as to who is to pay for my hospital bill. As I stated earlier, I did say I was dairy allergic and that my drink needed to be made with soy. When you work in customer service people's food allergies is Paramount.

This Starbucks is always out of things it's been out of stoppers for a month, and is always out of foodstuffs. I would expect this in the evening but first thing in the morning??? Come on who ever orders stuff is falling behind . In this day and age of computerized inventory this kind of thing should not be happening. Today the person who took our order just couldn't get it right. When we got up to the window one of our coffees was a grande instead of a venti,today they are out of large , venti cups I can hardly believe it!! What idiot is managing this store??? Stop running out of things. Plan ahead for Pete sake!

I agree with the recent reviewer on this Starbucks being out of items. Stopped 2 times a couple weeks apart and again out of what I wanted to order. I'm going to have to avoid this location and stop at the Ann Arbor Saline Rd location.

Every time I go here, they always forget to give my mom her coffee and they always mess up our order and we have gone there many times, but every time they forget the coffee and she has to go up to the counter and remind them, and the other customers behind us receive their stuff while we still wait. Also, when we got the coffee today after asking them once again, it was disgusting. She had to throw it in the Garbage.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Starbucks. In spite of having 6 employees, no customers in line, nobody greeted or welcomed us and seemed rather bothered to have to take our order! When the order was ready, instead of calling out our name it just sat u on the counter mixed with other people's orders. I asked "is this our Order?" As I sifted thru the bags. "It should have your name on them." The employee said as they walked away. Unwelcoming, pretentious and inattentive.
