Starbucks Coffee Company

I travel often and Starbucks is my go to for all things food and drinks. Love to reap the rewards! =) Lovely smiles and greetings. This location is always busy yet pretty prompt! These guys are more organized compared to the C Concourse location. I’m so glad they have convenient mobile orders. Keep up the awesome work guys! =D

Hi, I‘m not sure, if this Starbucks Store is the correct one, what I‘m reffering to, because there are 4x stores at the airport, but: service was okay fast, polite and my pumpkin spice latte tasted very good. Pretty expensive: about $8.-

The worst duo working service bar. Chatty Cathys, waited a couple mins before asking “Mochi” for extra vanilla that I mentioned I would pay for. She gave me 3 pumps, I asked for more. HUGE ATTITUDE. Get over yourself. It’s 2 seconds of your time to get a couple pumps of vanilla. (Note that I did not pay for extra vanilla after the attitude) As I was finishing up putting the vanilla in my son’s matcha, she proceeded to tell me to throw away the trash as I’m still trying to get the lid back on the cup. Mind you, I have 3 cups to take back to our gate. I always clean up my stuff, but I was being petty Betty and left the cup right next to the trash. You can go ahead and clean up after me. FYI: She’s a disservice without customer service skills for something as simple as getting some extra pumps of vanilla. One good thing… black coffee is great.

Friendly service when I was there Sunday morning, and the tomato mozzarella focaccia was tasty, but the portioning definitely left something to be desired. To call it "focaccia with a hint of tomato and mozzarella" would have been more accurate, and I would've expected more from a sandwich costing $7. But that's airport food for ya!

First off if you had a mobile order, getting apple jucie cost a foot and a hand. For one apple juice was 86.86$. My family used 200 stars to get it free. At the bare minimum atleast get what i ordered? Nope I got orange juice to "Substitute". Nicest workers though fun to laugh about but we wanted our stars back and we now have to call the company.

The dark roast at Starbucks was a genuine lifesaver after more than 14 hours of flying across the Pacific. That first sip felt like reconnecting with reality, especially after being cramped in an airplane for what felt like an eternity. And with 11 hours of layover ahead before the flight to Toronto, it was more than just a treat—it was a small comfort in the middle of an exhausting journey. Sure, airport coffee isn't the height of luxury, but in that moment, it felt like a warm hug in a cup. The caffeine buzz kicked in just in time to make the long layover seem a bit more bearable. Funny how something as simple as a cup of coffee can shift your whole perspective after being stuck between time zones. I might have been thousands of miles from my final destination, but with a strong brew in hand, I was starting to feel grounded again.

The bakery items were good. My latte has no coffee in it. A peppermint white hot chocolate was very dark and tasted burnt. I’m used to Starbucks being consistent where ever I go, this one needs some help.

I'm here often, and the time they say your coffee is ready is usually on time. I didn't like the new cap they put on the coffee cup. It's flat and cardboard. Please bring back the higher lid with the kind of raised lid. it's easier to drink from. Thanks !

Do not online order from this store, they take 4 times to fulfill. It took 23 minutes to get a drip coffee and the women working here were belligerent and rude when I asked

Stopped in on my way to family Friday morning, 5 grumpy employees bumping into each other and service was lacking... but there was a shift supervisor who definitely knew what he was doing and was informed and kind. 3 coffees, 3 food items $67

employee was twerking while taking my order and i ended up with the wrong drink (i ordered a vanilla iced latte and got a VANILLA BEAN FRAP) bruh

i really hope i'm commenting on the correct starbucks because i know there were 2 of them right around the corner of eachother. but wherever Kimberly works at she was AWESOME. i work at starbucks as well so i always get to make my own drink, she is the only one who has ever made it perfectly. and 10/10 customer service as she was very patient about all my specifications. employees like her will always send people off with a pleasant experience and the desire to return. she has great work ethic and showed outstanding effort. please make sure she knows she's a valued employee. wish i could upload a picture but those drinks did not last long! thank you so much kimberly!

Wow, so apparently when you order a baked good from the display case, they just take it out of a plastic wrapped package from a cupboard -- then repackage it in a paper envelope before handing it to you. Nothing fresh. Might as well just buy a factory manufactured pastry from the general store. Unnecessary packaging waste and low quality food. I would not pay $5 for a pastry if I knew it was just being pulled out of a package.

This location is promoting BOGO deals through the starbucks app but once you got to checkout they will tell you that they will not accept these promotions. They also list items unavailable or out of stock that are fully available and in stock.

I asked very specifically for an "unsweetened" matcha latte. I was told "okay". I was delivered a very definitely over sweetened mix. My complaint was answered with "it's a mix, that's how it comes. We don't as extra sweetener."

I went in and paid for a large latte, also asked for two large ice waters. When my order came out they gave me a half full, small water that had been sitting on the counter. I politely asked the girl named "Sy" to correct the issue. She didn't even turn around to acknowledge me just said "what" while facing the wall. After rolling her eyes, she rudely told me it was company policy. I have never been to a Starbucks that won't give you a large ice water, especially when you are a paying customer. My boyfriend went back and asked for just two large ice waters, and without paying the person taking orders gave him them both right away. The person taking orders was very kind. "Sy" should look into fixing her attitude!

Ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and was given this... I asked to have it remade because the milk was clearly curdled. The barista remade it with an attitude and gave me the same exact thing...

Over a 30 minute for a small cup of plain coffee, and it costs $6.00! 1 person taking money, only 1 making drinks. Next time if I see a line, will keep on walking!!

A first time visiting this Starbucks and it was just an OK experience. Had to wait over 10 minutes for my drink, because they had forgotten my order. It wasn't even that crowded and somehow mistook my drink order of a simple Iced Grande Caramel Macchiato.

Absolutely awful. The worst excuse for a Starbucks ever. Totally disengaged staff who exude laziness. I visited today and waited 10 minutes for my espresso drink. I typically do not mind waiting if the drink is made well but in this case it was not. The three baristas on staff couldn't motivate themselves to make my drink because they were too busy talking amongst themselves. My drink was lukewarm and did not uphold the standards I come to expect when paying $5 for a espresso beverage. Thanks but I'll go to Vita when I'm at SeaTac.

So I actually work for this company and the lady who made my drink was so rude so disrespectful because she made my drink wrong and I asked her to remake it to standard she was an older lady who definitely shouldn't be working their !

Asked for iced flat white got hot flat white, no time to go back due to flight. Thank you for the wasted time and money

If you are in a rush to catch a flight skip this Starbucks. Employees are clueless and unfriendly. Did not have the spinach artichoke dip on the evening menu. Uninterested bored unfriendly staff that clearly don't want to be there. Unorganized and slow. Really not typical of a Starbucks experience. An unpleasant surprise.

I stopped in at the airport Starbucks for s sandwich and coffee. I bought the chipotle chicken sandwich. The coffee was ok although it didn't taste like I got the extra shot I ordered. The sandwich was gross. The chicken was disgusting. The bread was ok and the cheese yucky. Don't buy that sandwich!! Waste of money!
