I always enjoy stopping by Starbucks. The coffee is consistently great and the staff is friendly and fast, even during busy hours. The atmosphere is relaxed and perfect for getting a little work done or just taking a break. My drink always comes out just right, and I appreciate how clean and welcoming the store is. It’s a reliable spot for a good coffee and great service every time.

A young woman who works here has spoken to me only if there's a new Caucasian barista working, otherwise she's unresponsive. Of course, I remember the selective service because I registered for the draft more than 40 years ago..............................

I’m really happy with this Starbucks location. The staff are always energetic, polite, and super friendly. Every time I go, I leave with a good feeling. Their service is truly excellent.

It was a bit expensive for what I got as it’s about $10 for a for a 16 ounce cup, which is really not that much of coffee if you think about it

Rude staff who wouldn’t make my Frappuccino order because “we’re too behind on other orders”. Didn’t seem busy at all so it didn’t make sense.

I hate your proximity to where I live because, without fail, my sig other orders from you religiously. I hate it. Not once have you ever put the correct amount of cream in anything, see below for a nice cream with a splash of coffee trash beverage. Who likes that much milk? No one, not even babies. I need the dark water for the dark times ahead. Also, just adding, microwaved cheese is awfully on your sandwiches and in general. Just don't do it. With all this being said, I look forward to tomorrow's order showing up at our doorstep...sike! Biscuit and bean is better along with any other coffee shop.

I was standing in line while there were Three people behind the counter one was filling some fudge container, one watching something in the microwave, and the last standing at the drink making station any could have taken my Grande lemonade order but they stayed at task. I found it truly disappointing. All the tables needed wiping down. Had Managers forgotten to stress customer service? The people would be happy sitting on their thumbs staring at phones

I really want this Starbucks to work because it’s in the neighborhood and has lots of parking but there is consistently a line of people waiting for their mobile orders. I don’t think I’ve ever seen the same barista working, so maybe it’s a turnover issue. I really hope they can get things squared away. But for now it’s just not worth waiting 20-30 mins for a cup of coffee.

It's Starbucks. The drinks are what you would expect from any Starbucks location in a grocery store, just fine and nothing mind blowing. I have been coming here for coffee when I'm in the area, but that will change now. I witnessed an employee asking an elder person to leave the store, as their tables are for those consuming Starbucks drinks and food. And the person said they can't stand and eat at the counter between Starbucks and Panda as it's hard on their back. I can understand if Starbucks was packed and busy, but there was barely anyone in their dining area. I think it's unfortunate that Starbucks is taking this stance, as I have in the past would order a coffee here and eat something small from QFC's deli while hanging out in their dining area. I will be on the look for a different coffee spot the next time I'm shopping or hanging out around this area.

I hadn't been back in four months since the food throwing experience caused by the homeless looking manager. When I inquired if she was still there I was told to not frequent the store and they called security. I said can I get this on video since I'm a shareholder and their attitude affects the bottom line. The midget manager came running after me telling me I'm not allowed to record. The place was empty and the other yelp reviews about sum it up. I'm surprised she's still there.

Food is probably the same as every other starbucks. Same with the coffee. Unfortunately this one is in a QFC, and while the restroom is only accessible through starbucks, it is QFC that has responsibility for keeping it clean. The issue of seriously rank restrooms has been an ongoing issue for several years now. I stopped coming here due to the restroom situation. It's been at least two years since I've been here, and there are a couple of changes. First, there is only one restroom lockable from the inside, which is good because it's a gender neutral bathroom. Which is fine, except when male customers refuse to lift the seat and pee all over everything. Why the men's room is closed I'll never know, although I'm guessing it gives the staff a private and clean place to use. I guess I shouldn't complain about a little urine. It used to be blood and syringes. The second new thing is the new coded lock (234567 unlocks it), which is likely supposed to weed out the addicts. Either way, when I come out having obviously not used the restroom, please don't offer excuses when I tell you it needs attention. I could care less whose responsibility it is, just apologize and tell me you'll take care of it. I don't care about your ongoing feud with QFC. I am your customer. Or at least I was planning on it. Now it will likely be another two years before I give you a third chance, if at all.

The service was friendly and efficient. The cashier was in training, but his manager was right beside him to answer any questions. As a King County resident for two decades, I have purchased items at Starbucks ovee a hundred times. The young man pulling the shots had shoulder length curly hair. It surprised me when he ran his hand through his hair, moved it back and forth as though he was combing it, then scratched his cheek. I worked in food service for over a decade. I have to say, that's not sanitary, at ALL.

This is the unfriendliest Starbucks I have ever been to. The employees are surly, aloof and generally unfriendly. It's depressing to go there. Of course it's a multinational employeer that appears to care little about employee moral, but that is no excuse for the employees to be so unfriendly and rude. I charge my car at the near y charging station so it is a convenient location, but I don't need to spend my money at this Starbucks.

I am in love with this location as in photos I will show some of my favorite drinks also the staff are so nice and friendly and very helpful

I was in Starbucks Holman Road this morning and I ordered a tall cappuccino and when I got home I was very disappointed and I called customer service and they didn't do anything about the problem and so I'm bummed now!!

This Starbucks location is always accommodating and ready to help when you're anywhere near the counter. I sometimes try to order on mobile, but they make it easy to order in person, too. Whenever I have rewards or coupons I want to use or try out, they are friendly about it instead of giving any attitude. Whenever I order a sandwich, they always ask if I want it to be warmed up. There's been other locations that haven't asked me, so I wasn't sure if it's required of them or extra to ask if I want my sandwiches warmed up. They've also even offered me a bag for larger food items, which is a super rare offer to find in Seattle. It's unfortunate they have to allow certain types (loiterers) inside for as long as they like, so I can't imagine what the employees have to deal with. Because of this, the tables might not be as clean, but I try not to stick around too long anyway. This wouldn't be an ideal situation/location for someone wanting to hunker down and work on something at a coffee shop. It's more of a "transit" Starbucks location. Literally, there's transit all around outside.

I've been coming here for years! I'm surprised I hadn't written a review before. There is lots of seating and a fireplace. They're attached to a QFC and are one of the few (only?) Starbucks in the Seattle area that is a standalone Starbucks that shares a space with a grocery store. The staff is always friendly and they remember your name. Service is usually quick, even when the line is long. And the line can be long on the weekday mornings! Coffee is Starbucks coffee so you know what to expect. Not going to knock your socks off but it's consistent and decent.

This review is not based upon the starbucks itself, but the cashier I have encountered 3 times now, and each and every time she is completely rude to me. The first time it happened, I shrugged it off as maybe she was having a bad day. But then after the second time it happened, I watched her interact with customers after me, and she wasn't rude to them the way she had been to me. So today, I came here and had her as my cashier. I watched the way she acted with the customers before me (very friendly, with pleases and thank you's). and when I got up there, she was very rude, didnt even acknowledge me, or say thank you or you're welcome to me. People after me? They got the pleases and thank you's just the same as the people before me. I dont know if it s because I am a larger person (like she is as well) or what. I really dont know. And I don't normally do these kinds of negative reviews either. But if she does read this, she needs to know that she needs to give EVERYONE the same amount of courtesy and respect when working in her job, or she may need to rethink her career. She always has pretty hair pieces though.

Starbucks is Starbucks. This location is always very slow. Yesterday the older barista lady with short hair was not very hygienic- I saw her wipe her nose and then groan my cup. She was also letting the drip coffee overflow until it was spilling on the counter and didn't notice until I warned her. I only go here if I'm needing caffeine and happen to be stopping to shop at QFC.

Really, more or less, Starbucks is Starbucks is Starbucks. However, the defining characteristic here is the staff. The two gents at the register were very friendly and had a good sense of humor about them. The many windows are nice, as it was nice and cozy. Had a nice time reading my book on my lunch break.

There were 2 baristas at one register this morning. They threw a bunch of questions at me which resulted in me accidentally my leaving my sandwich there. (The overly-perky one asked if I wanted my mozzarella sandwich heated while I was coming up with the rest of my order. I had never said yes, but she went ahead and heated it anyway. I wasn't planning on eating it until 5 hours later. Well, I won't be eating it at all now.) I need to take a break from this place for a while.

Closed most of the time, the bathroom is never kept up or cleaned feces rubbed all over the walls, they blastthe music so loud people can not talk or make cell phone calls. The employees think that they are musical entertainers and that they are making people happy by playing loud obnoxious music. All of the regulars there about 20 of them got angry and left do to the loud music and vow to never come back. No consistency with the hours thay are open. Theyfight with QFC about the bathroom jurisdiction thing, They do not like it when people go in there and spend money and behave. If they starbucks wants to go out of business then just di it. Too loud of musiv, no consistency with houres open, never beingopen and flimsy excuses wht they always close early. So now we all go a coffe place up the street and stopped spending our money there. Shift supervisor thinks the world eveolves around her because she is a lesbian.

Attached to the Holman QFC, but also has its own front entrance from the parking lot. The baristas are always friendly and quick. It's a very reliable Starbucks to get your drink fixes. There are some seats, but they're arranged in a kind of strange way such that it's a bit of an obstacle course to get through the establishment. They also have the unfortunate consequence of people bringing in food from either QFC or Panda Express to eat here, making for an incompatible aroma at times. They also seem to get more loiters than usual. It's a good place to get a Starbucks drink, but not a full "coffee house" experience as other Starbucks. Around closing time (9pm), SPD always hangs out here.

More or less, Starbucks will give you what you expect, but this location is great. There's a great and comfortable lobby to chill and study or read the paper, and the staff is uber friendly. They have a 100% accuracy rate on every drink I've ever ordered from them, and they're always willing to engage in conversation, even if there is a line. They're well-managed and run a great ship! Nice work; y'all are a cut above. Plus they took my expired birthday coupon, which was great. :-) AND they just killed a line of 15 people in less than 3 minutes. Nice!

I've given this store 3 stars based on my collective experience going there. I tend to go to this location when shopping at QFC, mailing a parcel at the post office, or buying some food at Panda Express. In general, I find the staff friendly and the store equipped with most of the amenities of Starbucks stores. The best part of this store is the space! I love curling up on a comfy chair in front of the fireplace while my little one goes to the kids section to play or read a book. Unfortunately, you don't always get what you want at this store. For example, I went in today for a cool lime refresher and was told they couldn't make it but could make me a berry one instead. The thing about the lime is that they don't put it in a can and the packets have lots of added sugar, unlike the fresh blended ones. *Sad face* With locations like this, you get convenience but the Starbucks brand is sometimes sacrificed.

This is my go to Starbucks for my morning latte. The staff is super friendly and sometimes they remember my name. I love that! I noticed if you get in there before 7:30am there is practically no line but get there anytime after 7:30 then expect a line almost stretching to the door. But no worries because that line moves pretty darn fast. They always have like four or five employees working in the morning all with specific tasks all to get you in & out and on your way to work.

Usually great customer service and staff/customer report. Unfortunately lately this has not been the case. I look forward to seeing this return.

This is the Starbuck's attached to the QFC on Holman. They're pretty spacious and have nice solarium-style windows on two sides which let in the light on our gloomy Seattle days. It's great to pick up a bev to sip while shopping (especially now that some of the QFC carts have drink holders!), and they do a good job. There are some outlets around the edges, so you can do plugged-in computer work at some of those wall tables, but most are outlet-free. Still, a nice place to chat, read or recharge your batteries. They're open pretty late, too -- until 9PM.

Well there are your Starbucks fans and then there is me. The only thing I want from Starbucks is their eggnog latte. I want it all year and it is back and as usual it is delicious. The drink I never want is Pike place Roast.... anything else PLEASE. That is just my rant on the Bucks not this location in particular. The staff here was outstanding and provided a friendly atmosphere.

Ordered traveler of Sumatra for afternoon gathering. It was ready to pick up and hot. Drank to the last drop. Partly our fault but no cream or milk. It was missed. We made do.

Best staff ever! They make an effort to get to know their regulars. Marie is especially awesome!

This morning I requested an eight ounce double shot breve latte. When I presented the fifty dollar us currency bill I was informed that it would not be accepted because it would leave them without enough change for the remainder of the day. If this is company policy I will never shop here again.

I have been coming here every Sunday for months, I love coming to Starbucks. However, this Starbucks has homeless people sleeping on its chairs whenever I come.

Couple things I don't understand is how they can charge four dollars for a pop tart which I gave back to them how they can charge tax on the non-taxable item

I LOVE THE HOLMAN ROAD STARBUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I come here almost every day and have been for as long as it has been there. It is right down the street from where I live. I used to work at this location and it has always had the most amazing staff, I cannot believe how amazing everyone here is. They know most of the names of their clients and remember their drinks! So friendly. They almost never get drinks wrong, they are all super happy and energetic. Totally starts your day off the way you want it to! I have known several of the managers over the years and they handle their store with the best customer service. When there is a line they get through it quickly without you feeling rushed. I will suggest this Starbucks to anybody! I have been to 100's of Starbucks all over the world and nobody does it like Holman road! Nobody! They are the best of the best! :)

One of my go-to Starbucks! I live across the street so if I have time on weekday mornings I'll grab a drink before work. The staff I've encountered at this time of day have been nice. If it's not too busy they're friendly and ask about your day. Charlotte makes the drinks and she usually drizzles a nice thick layer of caramel on my macchiatos. But yesterday must have been busier because she didn't put as much as usual. ;_; Maybe later this week?

Great staff, they have a low turnover rate, so the employees seem to love working there. Leah, Savanah, Josh, Juliette to name a few. They are pretty fast for how busy a Starbucks​ gets and I've seen them handle some very difficult homeless people. Great location.

Half the time the staff is great (5/5). The other half the time they would rather chit-chat with themselves and ignore the customers (1/5). As of, they are having a conversation amongst themselves, make eye contact with you, and then go back to having their conversation. When you finally do get to order, they are rude, almost mad at you for interrupting them. This has happened several times in the last month. Not what I expect at Starbucks.

This Starbucks has great service and plenty of tables/chairs. I love to bring my laptop here to write, or sit in the more comfortable chairs to chat with a friend. Service has always been very friendly and quick.

This is the best Starbucks I have been to in Seattle or anywhere else! The staff is always friendly and the service is always quick!! Thank you for your amazing service and your great coffee.
