I have been a loyal customer at this Starbucks location for a long time and have always had positive experiences, so I was completely shocked by the service I received during my most recent visit. I am not usually one to write reviews, but this situation left me frustrated and disappointed. I placed my order for a Venti Caramel Frappuccino through the drive-thru, and from the very start, I noticed that the barista taking my order had a rude and impatient tone. Despite this, I proceeded with my order as usual. When I arrived at the window, I paid and waited for my drink. However, when the barista handed it to me, I immediately noticed that the lid was not securely on the cup. Before I could even react, the drink started spilling over the sides, my hands, my shirt, and even parts of my car. What shocked me the most was the barista’s complete lack of concern. Instead of apologizing or offering assistance, she blamed me, claiming that I was squeezing the cup too hard and that’s why the lid came off. Even after seeing the mess it created, she continued to hand me the drink in a careless manner, almost as if she was intentionally making it spill even more. At this point, I had to ask for napkins myself because none were offered to help clean up the mess. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. What should have been a simple and pleasant experience turned into an incredibly frustrating one. I left feeling shocked by the lack of basic customer service and courtesy. I asked for her name I believe it's Shona. I truly hope that management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that their staff provides better service in the future. As someone who has always enjoyed coming to this location, this was a very disappointing experience and will going to a different location moving forward.

I go to Starbucks daily - sometimes twice a day and order the same drink every time (so I kind of know how it should taste) in the past week I have tried this Starbucks three different times and all three times my drink has not been made right and I have had to ask repeatedly for my sandwich. I also witnessed the barista making herself a drink before even starting mine. It’s sad because this Starbucks used to be good. I hate leaving reviews also, but today was the breaking point for me on this - y’all aren’t cheap so do better for your customers.

I order here everyday since it's very convenient since I work across the street. There are times i go in twice a day. 3/6 times going in is my order right. I can't believe how following a order when it's printed on a sticker and on the cup. I have no problem tipping but how can I when my drink isn't made right. There must be a new kid working because when I was handed my drink I knew it was wrong and I looked at the sticker just to make sure and I said ok yeah that's fine I'll take it but it's made wrong and the stank look on his face just made me shake my head.

This store used to be decent, but throughout the year their staff change a lot and seem rude.. and their listening skills is not their… I have to repeat tell her I want a grande ice green tea like 4 times and she keep saying venti… I tell her I want a grande again a small, and she proceeds to tell me yes venti is large.. I also notice she whisper something to other staff and he look at me with a smirk on his face.. this is probably the last time I will go to this store. I don’t know how they keeping business here either.. is like a ghost town in there.

after four months of being out of town, when I returned, one of the managers has decided to treat me as if I murdered her dog. I have not talked to this lady at all in four months. I have never had any conversation with her outside of the scope of ordering at Starbucks. But this manager thinks it's appropriate to treat me as if I am evil, as if I have personally offended her, after four months of me literally being on the other side of the country. I'm a severely disabled homeless person, but the fragility of privileged able-bodied housed people knows no end.

Kinda never know what you’re going to get. I ordered a caramel macchiato and had to take it back because there was an inch of caramel in the bottom. Other times it’s great so just not very consistent.

I love good customer service (who doesn't, I know) and this Starbucks is exemplary, in my experiences here. Acknowledgement when you walk in, friendly, welcoming conversation. Shout out to Sharia, she exudes professionalism and courteous service. Great team at this location.

I was very disappointed in the customer service there last week on the 13th at 10:30am. the girl who took my order had a bad attitude towards me yet she was friendly to a female customer in front of me. she didn't say hello or even took my name for my order I wanted a drink with raspberry syurp and they said they didn't serve it anymore all the other Starbucks have it and when i got my drink it wasn't right. I mentioned something that it was and the manager was nice enough to remake it if I wanted to

This Starbucks location is my go-to spot in the morning. There is a moderate amount of traffic and the staff here is friendly and welcoming. I ordered the butter croissant and brewed coffee and I am usually on my way to work. I believe ordering inside is better when it comes to Starbucks because you don't feel rushed or in a long wait of a line. I would recommend this spot for its cleanliness and open space. I think this spot would be an ideal place to meet up with friends it's got a great outdoor seating area as well.

I'd be a hypocrite if I gave it any less than 3 stars because every time I have a bad experience, I keep coming back. Service: the staff team is either understaffed and/or non-apologetic for slow orders. There seems to be a lot of staff turnover as well. My fondest memory is when I pulled up to the workers on strike and playing instruments outside their own Starbucks location drinks: overall consistent, which is one of my favorite parts of Starbucks but there have been a few times they've missed ex: no peppermint in my peppermint white mocha, etc and I know my drinks too well to not notice. In these scenarios, the old baristas have offered to fix it quickly or said I can come back for a replacement. the place itself: plenty of seats, sometimes the music is blasting, goes from hot and cold, spotty wifi...the usual Starbucks "works." Nothing inherently awful, nothing special.

Worst fucking experience in my life!!!!!! i went in the bathroom with my friend to deal with a personal issue not in public and then when we left the bathroom the employee was asking us weird ass questions like " why are you two ladies in the bathroom together?" and I said we were dealing with a personal issue and she says this is a public restroom and if we need to deal with something we can go home and then she said she had a phone we can use as I have my phone in my hand there is a second bathroom and there is no line and we were only in there for 10min so I am furious!!!!!! #fire Her ass!!!

As a previous employee of Starbucks - this store/location is great at withholding the standards Starbucks want to set (as far as what us as customers see which is all I can speak to as a customer). The employees have always been friendly and kind, answering the drive through cheerfully, answering questions, and not rushing us. As someone who is a modifier when it comes to ordering drinks, I feel like they are helpful and not acting annoyed - they make me feel as though they truly want to help me find the perfect drink for me! As a Dog Mom, I always appreciate their willingness to say hi to my doggies and give me pup cups when requested. Overall, can't say enough about this location. I went once not too long ago and the computers/cash registers were down, they had clear signage letting customers know to use the app, they answered tons of questions from people, and did the best they could (which was fantastic) to get us caffeine needing folks our coffee drinks (lol). Despite the chaos, unexpected challenges, the staff were so kind and cheerful amongst themselves to to customers. Highly recommend this location and be sure to leave a tip for these hard working folks! PS, they seem to love fur friends coming through the drive through so bring your pets if you want.

Terrible place.. Plan on waiting in the drive through even if there cars in line.. No hurry and you likely won't get what you ordered.. Happened today and it's like the 3rd time and I ordered a black coffee.. Avoid this location

As of April 21' there is still no indoor seating at this clean efficient Starbucks. The drive-through looks like I-35W when people drove into town to work. There is a lot of space for the cars to stack up without causing a dangerous situation on the road. There are enough staff to work the window so as not to slow down those of us who venture in to order face to face. Of course the coffee is hot to standard and fresh and served quickly so looks like a great neighborhood Starbucks and the traffic jams speaks volumes.

usually I'm pretty happy with this location usually my favorite location but today wow you have steered me wrong! I ordered 4 items and how in the hell did you mess up 3 oatmeal had nooooo sides!!!!! my bagel had no toppings!!!!! and my Vente coffee was literally half full wtf is goin on in there this makes no sense!!!!!! I would normally go to the location drive thru myself but today I had to Uber eats do you guys treat all online orders like this or what cause this was very disappointing and a waste of my money and time the level of disappointment is seriously out of this world!! I need answers

Service is always efficient and friendly. The inside of the store is clean, cozy and welcoming. There is a fire place, although I'm not sure you can actually turn it on. They are a newer store, so the interior is a little fancier than other Starbucks. I also like how there is an allocated space for mobile orders through the side door so they're not bunched in with the in-store orders.

So our orders were fine, normally this is my favorite Starbucks. Today I had had a really rude team, I'm always polite tip in my app etc... but my bf drinks a normal drink nothing special I like a venti matcha frappe and I get and pay for my extra matcha to make it like green tea ice cream it's my happy drink and this group (mostly the lead guy taking said order) starts laughing and talking about my drink to his coworkers who also laughed. Your matcha is half sugar and the frappe is flavorless with out it IMO granted I love Starbucks and generally this location, But how do they treat other peoples orders. Maybe they have an allergy what ever, I'm not this person like ever but idk just really rubbed me a wrong way. Very rude. One time - so far - doesn't excuse who this could be happening to on a regular basis.

After a quick coffee run at this location the first time I came here and noticed a prime study shot this location would be, I finally got around to getting to relax, sip coffee and read a book at this location! This location is unique. You can tell that the building wasn't made for a starbucks. (It was a fast food restaurant, then changed to a Starbucks recently). However, I wouldn't say that's a bad thing. There is TONS of studying spots here. Tables of just about every size! If you just want a comfy chair, a little table for yourself, a larger table for two, a table for 4, a bar that you could take over or share with others. There also is a fire place at the center of the building to help make this location a little more 'homey. You could tell I wasn't the only person loving this fun studying location! There were numerous people working, studying, reading, relaxing and doing whatever. The space is nicely spaced so you have 'you bubble' but aren't too close to people or too far away from people. The service was fine. Nothing amazing, but nothing terrible. You can tell the back is a little cramped and they were very busy with drive thru. There was no line inside, however the workers were concentrated at the drive thru order upon arrival. The parking lot and entrance for this location is a little weird, but again. This building wasn't built as a starbucks, but changed into one. Overall: GREAT seating at this location, service was fine, parking lot is fine. I LOVE this location for it's seatin area and will be returning to read a book/work and sip on some coffee. Remember! With certain drinks you get free refills, so if you do sit and read/work remember that when you order! it comes in handy!!

Hate having to write a yelp about Starbucks but I have been there several times and every time I go they mess something up. I ask for very little ice, they write it on the sticker, but the person preparing the drink doesn't read it and I get a cup for of ice. It's the same story with any request that deviate from the original recipe. No foam=foam, extra shot of espresso=no extra shot, happens every time. I know this is a first world problem but I go to Starbucks because the continuity of quality amongst all locations is something to rely on...except here. Which is sad because this location is rather new. The only redeeming quality of this location is how pleasant the workers are who take your order. Now if we can train the people working the bar to read the labels and execute properly then you will have a winner.

While this store is gorgeous and I do appreciate the convenience of the location, the employees here are often seem difficult, stressed out and generally unhappy every time I stop in or drive thru for a cup. Today as I have been observing various transactions with customers they have been generally unfriendly, they have made transactions seem like an inconvenience at best and a monumental affair at worse as people have moved thru the line and they almost never have friendly greetings today. This is consistent with other stops I've made here whether I sit a while or just pop by for a minute. I've never been in a store that appeared to be generally this unhappy and I travel for work and stop at Starbucks locations frequently all around the country and am a gold card rewards member. Most to times people are friendly even if stressed (even at airports!). Product is the same but the joy is removed when you have an unhappy system as this one appears to be. Next time will find a local coffee place where the people are happy to be there!

Great layout for those of us who like to actually sit in the cafe and have our coffee beverage - lots of two-top tables, some 6-seat high-tops, lounge chairs by the fireplace, true counter seating right my the order pickup area, and no cramped seating anywhere. I've only been to this location 3 or 4 times, and it's always been while this one daytime manager was on, and seems like he has a knack of getting the baristas and crew to function as a real team, which is leadership. Yes, the coffee was wonderful, as always, but the atmosphere in this Starbucks has been awesome the times I've been there, including today. Flat white and egg bites, read some news on my phone, perfect for a day off, I'd say. Four stars because of the absolutely ridiculous driving paths at this place. I ordered two venti cappuccino's through the app for pick up. When I picked them up, they felt a little light. When I got home, I realized that they were without exaggeration, only a third full. The rest was foam/air. I called to question whether or not that was normal, half expecting an apology... I was told that for a cappuccino, that was normal. Never before have I ordered a large cappuccino and only had it filled a third of the way. What if I had ordered a small? Would I have received two fingers of coffee? Ridiculous. Full disclosure, the person I spoke to didn't offer an apology, but did offer to re-make them. Not wanting to make another trip at 0600 in the morning I declined. I will never return to this location. More than likely, I will use the remaining $5 on my app and delete it all together.

I go to this starbucks almost every morning on the way to work. The staff is always super nice, even on mornings that they're busy, and will go above and beyond to help you pick something on the menu or suggest a modification. My coworkers have also mentioned how much they love the speed and accuracy after I've suggested it to them! As a former barista I must mention, please know what you're ordering before writing a bad review about it. Cappuccinos are a third foam, and are not the same as lattes.

I have placed a mobile order 4 times now and every time when I come in, it's not ready to go. I stand there for a few minutes and someone will ask did you have a mobile order? Then they check with their coworkers if anyone has started my coffee and sandwich. It's not very busy and I'm there after the time it says it will take to be ready. Either this location needs to get rid of their mobile order option or they should get some pointers from the store in coon rapids off foley boulevard because that store is much busier and are really quick with the mobile orders.

I love studying in this open area Starbucks. Only downside is it can be very very cold inside as all Starbucks are but I always just bring a sweatshirt even in the summer! Staff there are typically nice and attentive.

This is the closest drive thru coffee shop to my home. I'm very pleased with the quality of the coffee. I love this location has the nitro cold brew (although their machine was broken for quite a few months, it's finally fixed). Starbucks has the mobile app so I take advantage of ordering online which cuts down on time. One down side to this location is the drive thru. Technically, folks should be driving around the building to get in line. However, people often cut through the exit to get in line. It's especially frustrating if someone cut through the exit while you're going around the building.
