I was waiting in the car, my husband thoughtfully brought me a Carmel cold coffee from Starbucks but they forgot to put sugar.., tasted disgusting.., no phone to call them.. I want a refund… dumped it

Waited at the counter with no one behind the counter. Just stood there until finally two people came from the back. They didn't have the first or second drink I wanted stating they were out of syrups etc. So I ordered a Salted Caramel Cream Cold brew With extra cold foam. That is when the two associates are just talking and talking taking their sweet time to make one drink. Then the male Asian descent with glasses keeps touching his hair. He used the same dirty hands to put the lid on my drink. So I asked for someone else to put a new lid on or for him to wash his hands. That is when he had an attitude. So I asked for a manager. Both the male and female employee both walked to the back again and I just stood there waiting!!! This place is ridiculous and the service is horrible.

This is about your average Starbucks. Atmosphere provided by the resort itself. Clean, staff didn't seem exactly excited to be here. Coffee taste on point. Pricing is also expected because of location. About 35% more expensive than a stand-alone location. Would come back and would recommend.

01/27/2023 Revisited here after their renovation. It is located inside Red Rock Casino at the entrance of the parking garage. Great job on the remodeling. The servers were great. Sherry was excellent. Very friendly, patient and accommodating. Coffee was done pretty fast. Excellent customer service. Very friendly and accommodating. Neat clean and organized.

This was at the Starbucks by the food court in Red Rock Casino. The staff is always polite and friendly and tries to work efficiently when the line gets long. I ordered the Strawberry Acai refresher and it tasted great! A bit expensive at $7 but I had a gift card so didn't mind.

When we went it was rather busy. So we had a little bit of a wait. It seemed like they could have used an extra server or 2 so that the time for a completed order could have been shortened. Other than that my white chocolate mocha and my wife's peach tea were really good. It is located right at the beginning of all the eateries towards the middle of the casino. I really do not think you could miss it.

The crew by food court are not friendly and they are very cold, the shift manager in the afternoon(Desiree) is very rude, she has bad attitude. The location is also overpriced and they charge $1 for a cub of water. Ridiculous!

Quick fast coffee. They do have coffee and several types. If you feel the need for a cup of hot fresh coffee while at Red Rock swing on by. They keep the line moving so you can be on your way! Keep playing all night with the caffeine fix.

Great customer service was able to find a Halloween cup that I had been looking for my drink was made perfectly. The barista was super friendly great establishment.

Worker, great! Coffee? Not at all!! We were served less than lukewarm coffees. Unsatisfactory!! For a coffee place, shameful. I would rate zero stars, if it was available. We had no time to have it redone because we were going to be late for our movie.

Coffeeeeeeeeeee!! Oh yeah... right there outside the casino part of the Red Rock resort; Of course. I'm glad there was a Starbucks here but it was a premium price for convenance for sure. At keast 2$ more then usual for what I normally get, but I didn't have to leave the resort... hook set and I'm caught! Every day... they made sure I wasn't leaving. They were never prepared to handle the morning rush either, but they managed eventually... the coffee was sooooo good (I mean come on... it's coffee!) and again it was right there.

01-3-24 @ 1:30 pm , I ordered a tall caramel brûlée and white chocolate mocha =19.72 . I asked the girl how much the tall drink was since the price listed is only for grande. She responded with prices in casinos are always more. That wasn't my question. She obviously over charged me . Watch out for this place and this girl. Shady

The baristas at this location are the best! They were so friendly and sweet to us each time we interacted with them. The one barista (I wish I would of got her name) she took our order the one morning then the next morning we happened to walk past and she said hi to me as if we were long lost sisters haha! It made my day, I just can't get over how sweet they all were. Besides such friendly staff - our drinks were so delicious and the service was so quick even when they were very busy. Can't wait to be back!

One of two SB's located inside the Resort, positioned outside the Casino. Customer Service is sub par with too many employees present that are not servicing the long line of guests. Food items are limited. I would think the inventory of Breakfast & Lunch items would be increased due to the traffic heading into the Casino & Conferences. These stores that are individually owned & operated by the Resort has limitations on what can be offered...i.e the oh so popular Gift Cards. I utilized this location due to the proximity of the Conference floor. If I return, most definitely will try the other location inside the Casino.

Felt like reviewing this place since I come here a lot, and some of the reviews are older, and may not be accurate to the experience @ the Starbucks as of right now. I frequent red rock on a weekly basis so I stop here a lot. The employees are really quite nice and make drinks so well! Three professional, and they manage to handle the lines very well. The place tends to be busier in the morning being so close to the hotel elevators, but they're really fast for their service. It's great that this one also offers mobile ordering , which I was surprised about, since it was in a casino. The baristas are super nice Its always a treat when they recognize me and remembers my order. It's always really appreciated a Starbucks, or at a coffee place in general. They're always super engaging and nice, so it really is great to get a drink that's well-made with great service. Starbucks will always have my heart when it comes to coffee and I appreciate how nice the employees are at this location. I also appreciate the consistency in the drinks!!!! Omg. I typically order the same iced caramel macchiato with blonde espresso, and I like the fact that it tastes the same pretty much every time that I order it. You would think that's a normal occurrence at most coffee places, but I found that I could order the same drink multiple times at the same location, and have it taste completely different, depending on who makes it. Luckily, that's not an issue at this location which a huge relief. I like my coffee sweet and it can be a bummer on the instances where it was too bitter. Clearly shows that they're on top of treating their employees because they know how to make drinks consistently. I recently got a drink hot that I meant to order iced, and they were super understanding and really made it for me in a short amount of time. 10 out of 10! Important to know - depending on the time that you go, it may be busier with hotel, guests and people just happening to be in the casino. ALSO, the prices are definitely more expensive than your regular Starbucks. A café latte at my local Starbucks is about $5 but then at this one after tax, I was closer to $8. Should be expected when you're in a casino though, this is Las Vegas! If you're staying at the red rock resort, definitely take advantage of this one. Or if you happen to frequent or work at the place, it's a great one!

We ordered drinks a few minutes ago and I asked for an extra cup of ice (because my drink was lacking ice..) and Nicole rolled her eyes at me and stalled as much as she could to just give me a cup of ice. It wasn't a busy day either and was really quick. A bit disappointed.

This starbucks is located right inside the resort. It's a convenient location which is great but the one time that I actually stopped here, they got our order wrong. Not terribly wrong but we were annoyed enough that we didn't want to go back. Iced caramel frap, no whipped cream. We got loaded whipped cream on the drink. We went to the little side area where they had the milk and other items and dumped out most of the drink to get the cream out. We got our caffeine fix still and it was all fine. Not too happy when you buy a $7 drink and throw most of it out. The associate was talking and laughing which is always nice when people are happy, but she wasn't paying attention to our order at all.

I know Red Rock has 2 Starbucks inside the casino. This review is for the one that is located in the food court. I love how there is never a long wait to reveive your order. I have been on occasions where there is a long line, but they have multiple employees and are quick to make your drinks/food. Most of the time though there is no line at all. They can take payment from your Starbucks app, but you cannot redeem your points or use your rewards. Even though there is a Starbucks down the street with a drive thru, I would rather come to this location, especially during my lunch breaks.

I stay at the Red Rick while in town visiting my girls. Although I wish the rooms provided coffee to avoid having to travel to the lobby for morning coffee the location is close to the elevators. The service is fast since it's not busy

Super convenient location just above the lobby bar in Red Rock. Great place to grab breakfast or a snack while you're staying at Red Rock or visiting their conference center. This location is also just a stone's throw from the elevators to the conference center on the fifth floor. There might be a line, but the wait is never long. Staff was very friendly and my orders came out great both times I was here.

Located in the Red Rock above the hotel lobby. Service was great. They have all the choices of any Starbucks you would go to. There was a small line but it went quickly.

The secret Starbucks inside Red Rock, as everyone else has noted. Rarely a line, and usually brimming with plenty of choices. Great service, less crowds, and everything I've ordered here was made perfectly. I have zero complaints!

Two Starbucks located in one casino! One in the food court which tends to be the most busiest because of where it is located. The other on the opposite side of casino by the hotel rooms/platinum parking & closes earlier than the food court. Both provides excellent and timely service. Deja, who works at the Starbucks in the food court provides me with the best customer service! Knows me by name & i don't usually go to red rock for Starbucks very often.. my original order was not available at the time but she suggested something else instead & it is now my go-to beverage! Thank you Deja :)

It's on the Red Rock casino floor it's a counter with no seats but you can sit in the food court right next to it. There's usually a little line but there pretty fast but no free refills for gold card members or free water.

I think it's safe to assume that most people have been to multiple Starbucks all over the US..and I can say without hesitation...THIS IS THE WORST FING STARBUCKS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! This is the starbucks on the east side of the property not the food court. The food court starbucks doesent even open until 8 am which is dumb altogether. So everyone is forced to come to this one. They are slow AF,I have been to this starbucks multiple times and there is always a long ass line. I have encountered attitude as well. Today I wait 15 min on line ordered a couple of sandwiches, ice cold in the center ,take them back wait another 10 fing minutes to reheat them the new ones were over cooked,hard as concrete and still not hot in the center. This place either needs more help or shit can everyone in there. Totally unacceptable service and definitely way below starbucks standards. AVOID !

I had no idea there was a Starbucks near the South Garage in the Red Rock Casino. I have always parked at the opposite end garage or outside. This spot is perfect. There is less traffic on this side of the casino, so you don't have to wait in line too long.

Baristas with attitude- I get that you live in Vegas and have to deal with tourists 24/7 but if you're going to be rude than customer service is not for you (and either is Vegas, since the city's economy is all service based). I simply noted that I was charged for the wrong item and the barista told the cashier, who looked totally bewildered and then I just stood there with no one telling me they would refund me or what. Finally, a different cashier gave me the difference in refund and they continued to look at me like I was crazy. 1 star for my coffee - Zero for customer service.

I have been to this location a number of times and every time I leave I am reminded as to why I shouldn't come back. There is no furniture, no tables or any where to sit. There is no definitive line so anyone can cut you, specifically people who feel they are superior and the employees could care less. I only go for my drink and leave but I would recommend going to the Starbucks by the Bingo room and Cinema. They have tables there and I have never had a problem with my order or with the employees. I rate that Starbucks 5 stars, but I have to rate this one with 2 stars.

I don't even want to give this star. I'm a local here and couldn't believe the people they had working here. I went down to have some coffee before hitting the spa this morning. I wanted to refill my gold card but I didn't think they could do that so I asked anyways. Always better to ask, right? Well the lady who helped me had said no and the the lady next to her proceeded to mock me in front of me! I thought to myself oh well I would hate to be up this early and dealing with tourists. But as they were making my coffee it seemed to be every customer was getting very poor service. In the end my coffee was completely wrong. And i do understand it's a "fast" coffee place but being a gold card holder I have been to many Starbucks. Aria Starbucks workers know me by name and order. They are absolutely wonderful! So I am inclined to leave my review because it was pretty horrible. Be warned!

Great spot, never busy! It one of two Starbucks, located on the property. This one is located above hotel registration and just inside of the east parking garage. I like this Coffee shop because of the location, convenience, and quality service...

Great Starbucks at the Red Rock. Lines can be very long, especially after the other Starbucks in the hotel has closed. Overall they did a great job although I don't think I have ever waited so long in a line at a Starbucks. Our local Starbucks has long lines but they work through it efficiently. This one was way understaffed for the number of customers who were in line.

I am a Starbucks fan for sure, but this location is certainly not worth your time! Eek! I visited this Starbucks and ordered my usual drink...Big mistake! Bad customer service, nasty employees, long line and massively over priced! The employees roll their eyes and sigh, the female employees often run around with their hair sloppily falling out of ponytails or braids. The employees seem annoyed that they should have to take your order. I would suggest purchasing your Starbucks before or after your trip to Red Rock Casino. 1 Star.

This Starbucks is really close to the movie theaters. It's located at the food court. sometimes when I go see a movie with my kids I'm half-asleep this Starbucks is convenient and it's right by the movie theater at Red Rocks. the service could be a little better but overall it's a good experience.

There are two starbucks located in the casino. Honestly, I don't know why, but I'm not complaining! They both have great service and they have not disappointed yet. Always need to stop by whenever I'm in the hotel. Well done starbzzz

I live coffee so this location is just perfect too . It's very big Starbucks and expect to have a bug line on weekends but it's all worth it .

The location I am writing about inside Redrock Hotel is the one near East Valet, just upstairs from the concierge. This is by far the worst service I have received anywhere, but especially at Starbucks. The 2 women working the registers had no idea what they were doing. It's not just a lack of training, but really the wrong people for this type of job. I am not exaggerating when I say I had to tell both of them my order a total of 8 times. This was such a frustrating experience, as I was only ordering 3 cake pops & an iced tea, with a package of cookies & 2 chocolate bars on the counter too. They didn't know what cake pops were, tried to ring me up without them since they don't have listening skills, then asked me 3 more times & still delivered the wrong order to me. I was beyond frustrated & wish I never went. But I had waited in line so long already (although only 2 people were in front of me), I didn't want to walk away at that point. It took me a total of 17 minutes to complete this order with 2 people in front of me. Very badly staffed location, I will never go back.

Walking in from the parking lot this Starbucks is so convienet. Like other Yelpers have metioned the line can get long but I found coming downstairs in the late evenings (5-7pm) and early mornings (5am) you get in pretty fast. BTW if the line is full head to the food court, line moves fast there.

Barista was stocking items. Told me hold on. Proceeded to stock for an excessive amount of time. Really did they expect me to wait 5 minutes while you fill napkins, straws ect. I left without ordering.

So they have a stupid policy now where they take President and Chairman club members first, which I am a President member. I usually just wait in line though since I am not that arrogant. That is when some geezer comes and steps into the line and the server calls him up. I then said if that's the case since I've been in line I'll be next then. She refused me service so all I can say is Fuck You Starbucks. Not another cup for me!! Red, white or other! The shitty snobby attitude received no matter what location you can kiss my ass!!

Line is always long all hours of the morning...but it moves extremely fast! Located just off the hotel lobby of Red Rock. Always friendly staff. Good drinks and can't beat the location!

I was so tired and just wanted a green tea latte instead of a cocktail, and lo and behold, there was Starbucks, like a green beacon of light with her mermaid tail shimmering in the sea. The workers were both really nice and made my drink perfectly to order and nice and hot. It kept me awake while watching a four hour baseball game in Yard House. Yes, it is a little more expensive here than freestanding Starbucks, but what are you going to do? Located off the casino floor and pretty convenient to the rest of the place.

I'm grateful for this Starbucks location especially if I'm going to the movies after a long day at work, I need the caffeine. The down side is the staff isnt very friendly. The barista gave me the death stare. Umm sorry you're having a bad day mr. Barista man?

So awesome to have two Starbucks in the same casino!! Talk about heaven!! The line can get pretty long so I would go there early. The workers are polite as in all Starbucks and my tall no foam latte was perfect as always. One thing is that they have pastries but no breakfast sandwiches so I was bummed about that. I try to do a high protein breakfast and I got none of that in this Starbucks. But I still love them!

I have to give this place five stars coffee is great service is great and there always right on top of everything. Would I recommend it to friends and family of course next time your at the red rock stop by and experience the same.

Good location with plenty of inside and outside seating. This particular store stops serving brewed bold coffee past noon which is odd to me since all other stores do.

One of the Worst Starbucks ever, literally they wouldn't give me my normal drink raspberry water. They said no they can't do that. So then I asked for just strait water in a container, they couldn't do that either. The only thing that they could do was a water in a cheap paper cup that leaked all over. HORRIBLE!!!!
