The employees here always go the extra mile. I wasn't sure what drink I wanted since they ran out of an exclusive fall item (which I didn't realize was fall only), and the drive thru employee helped me build a drink that was absolutely delicious. It was a hazelnut oat milk latte with white mocha cold foam and added chestnut crunch topping. I appreciated her working with me to build a similar but equally delicious drink. I wish I got her name! I have had great experiences with other employees, especially Jennifer who I see often. Everyone is super friendly, and this location always makes my day better. Big thank you to the staff and management at this location who always make things right and provide exceptional service!

It was drive thru only and I have a big box truck for the company I work with so I couldn't use the drive thru, but they offered to bring the food out to me if I placed a mobile order. I appreciated that a lot :^)

Worth it to order ahead on the app at this location and avoid the drive-thru. If you go through the drive-thru, the employee hands you a device to run your own card instead of just taking it and swiping like literally anywhere else. You’re left squinting at a sun-glared screen while they stand there waiting for you to add a tip—for a drive-thru drink. Completely unnecessary. There is no situation where tipping in a drive-thru for one overpriced drink makes any sense.

This past Sunday( 6/9/25) I brought my daughter to this location for her favorite drink! We went through the drive through and had the BEST customer service experience! From the time she took our order till the time she gave us our order, were IMPRESSED! It feels good to finally encounter someone understands good customer service is essential! It was almost like watching myself so experiencing the same type of service that I provide when I'm at work was very rewarding! I didn't want to ask her name because I didn't want her to know that I wanted to do a review, but she was in the drive-thru Sunday morning and she had on a black hat with some words on her apron. I didn't get all the words but I think coffee master was on there! This will be our ONLY Starbucks location unless we're out of town! Thank you so much for great service, humor, and your beautiful smile! Another thing, when she closed the drive- thru window she made sure we knew she wasn't ignoring us but she was blocking the sun!

This Starbucks has great staff, good coffee and and a nice atmosphere. I have to say that the people here are extremely happy, helpful, and very kind. The manager Hailey has helped me more times than I can count. Even when I wasn't as able to buy the most expensive products and coffees, I was still a valued customer. Some places don't want to deal with you unless you're paying a lot or buying really expensive stuff. The place is always very busy in the Drive-Thru and inside as well as outside on the patio. The patio has seats and plugs to charge your phone or tablet or iPad are extremely plentiful. It's very relaxing to sit on the patio outside under an umbrella or in the chairs. So, plug your phone or tablet in and just read a book or watch people. I recommend this Starbucks to anyone. Whoever does the hiring does a great job because all the employees. All of them have been extremely happy and fun to talk with and have good ( for a rated "D") coffee. It was amazing. Try those samples and choose a different type of coffee than you would normally would drink it. You'll enjoy it. Erin is the other manager that has been so helpful and amazing. I can say as a manager of a different restaurant that I have noticed these employees all doing their side work and constantly staying busy. I always enjoy coming here. Come, have a coffee, people watch, sit outside or inside and listen to the great music they have playing. I would most definitely recommend this place if you're in Tallahassee and just want a coffee. Try the drive through, it's very quick and convenient. I would recommend this place to family and friends. I'd recommend it to you, the general public. If you enjoy coffee, come here,try it. Heck, even if you live far away,drive to Tallahassee just to check out the place. LOL.

Few people, good service, grilled cheese warmed up is a yummy lunch. Great place to work for a couple hours in a pinch.

I was in the area running an errand. After completing said errand, I thought to myself, "Coffee. Why not?" Looked up the nearest Starbucks and this one was it. Drive-thru didn't have a lot of people. Maybe one or two in front of me and that's all. Everything went pretty quickly. I ordered, paid, and left with my white chocolate mocha and croissant before I knew it.

I have a love hate relationship with this location. It's on my way to work and I stop here daily. Some staff are friendly and others are overwhelmed with their work assignment I assume. This particular day I ordered my usual, a bacon and Gouda breakfast sandwich and a grande white mocha. The sandwich was one of their display sandwiches and was hard as a rock. I was so disappointed. When I brought this to the shift supervisors attention she stated they were out of the sandwich I wanted and I could either eat the one I had or throw it away because she had a long line of people waiting. I was upset but I had to go to work so I just left.

Tastes like a basic coffee that's drenched in milk or water. Never tasted good and I've tried it countless times hoping to get something better than the last time but...that didn't work out #fp

They may only offer drive through and delivery during these pandemic times but they still shine for us. It is a welcome relief to be able to still do some of the things that are normal for us and driving through and getting an iced chai latte for my wife and something that interests me (currently the Golden Ginger Drink double blended) is a routine we didn't want to give up. The employees are always friendly and a pleasure to interact with even if we are talking to each other through masks these days.

Passing by Tallahassee on the way back from Pensacola. FSU is my son is an Alumni. Yes, a Fla Native. I've enjoyed countless visits to Tallahassee. Looked at Yelp Reviews & Pics. This particular SBucks has good Reviews(Sorry:-( I don't pay attn to the Shadow Heads). I make it a point to Ck-Out the Pics. Very Impressive. With so many SBucks in the area. This was it. Great choice the Staff represents this store, the way Starbucks was intended. Greeted by Erin, she was friendly, made me feel welcomed. Provided great info about the coffees they were offering on Saturday(6/2/18). Danielle, Mgr & Coffee Master. Also quite obvious she enjoys her job. Very familiar with technique, and product. Refreshing to see people smiling when they talk about their place of employment. I'm generally favor Caramel Soy Machiatto. Tend to consume as a comfort beverage. Specially, if weather is rainy and blah. Needed a pick me up, sugar, caffeine and a hint of protein/calcium (Psychologically helps to cope w/the sugar guilt factor). The store is very clean. Comfortable seating. Impressive. Since, quite evident they've done a great Reno. Money well spent. Of course. Picked up a Gluten Free Canadian Bacon, Egg Sandwich. Based on travel time to get back to Jacksonville. We decided to make this our Road Warrior Meal. Chose to pass on dinner. Worked out excellent. Sat in the comfy chairs while we ate. Coffee was, fresh, perfect temp, Sandwich warm, moist, Mmm... the savory taste complimented the Sweet Caramel. Perfect. Added this location to my Bookmark Collection on Yelp.

One of my favorite places to stop as we come down to Central Florida. It is always clean and the staff is very friendly. Along with my Pumpkin Spice Latte we decided to get some lunch items to go and have them on our way. I got a chicken wrap box and it was delicious. My wife got a very nice salad and it was also delicious. Excellent place to get coffee.

Came in to this location for a White Chocolate Mocha Latte this morning. The staff is working their butts off! Great place, come on out and see them. Everyone is enjoying their time, having fun, and enjoying their terrific coffee! Enjoy some yourself!!! Stay safe and support the local staff!

This Starbucks is the best Starbucks in Tallahassee. The customer service is amazing I can't remember a time that I have had a bad experience there. They almost always have what I want sometimes they don't but that's usually during a busy time. It's very easy to get to the parking lot isn't too small. I 100% recommend this Starbucks over any other one.

Slowest service I've had in a LONG time. We ordered two Frappuccinos, first one out was the second ordered, took 5 minutes. Second one out was the first part of the order, the barista verified no whip then put it on anyways, then tossed it out and started over. Another five minutes. In the meanwhile three drive-thru orders were completed and sent out while we waited. I'll most likely be back because this is the closest Starbucks to my house, but next time I'm ordering ahead and showing up five minutes late just to be sure my order is complete.

Ordered with the app, came in and sat in the comfy chairs next to the pickup area, facing the counter - waited 20 minutes for my order, my name was never called, no coffees waiting to be picked up. The girl at the counter unapologetically stated that I didn't ask for it, therefore it was sitting "over there". A guy intervened and offered an apology and gave me my luke warm coffee. This location requires prompting if you order with the app. I don't understand why they can't call out my name as they do for the people who pay at the register.

Always super nice and helpful! Introduced me to a pour-over when they didn't have my dark roast brewing. It was awesome. Sexiest coffee on N. Monroe St.

Another reliable and homie Starbucks. Maybe someday I'll visit them all. Clean place and friendly staff.

This is the most enjoyable and competent Starbucks in Tallahasee. The baristas are always so friendly and fast. A little out of the way but well worth the trip.

Been a while since I had to roast someone, but here we are. Waiting in a drive thru for 20 minutes for an Uber order that is definitely ready. I tried knocking on door and you clowns just ignore me like I don't exist. Atleast come to the door and tell me to wait in line which Is stupid. Considering you've been paid for this order and it's ready. Smh you should change the way you do business and hire more people. Not enough people in there to handle such a crowd. I'll toast you again the next time I come back have a nice day

This is probably one of my favorite Starbucks! The staff is always super friendly and a couple girls actually remember me from me coming to this location once a week. Nothing better than Starbucks after church! I love the atmosphere! When I first walk in, I am pleasantly overwhelmed with the scent of fresh & strong coffee and hit with a blast of icy cook A/C. The is not as bad as others... They write your name & order on cups to avoid mistakes. 5 stars all the way around from customer service to a ridiculously clean bathroom. I mean really, who wants to bookie in a disgusting bathroom?! Not I!

If I could give this place a negative star, I would. Third time at this location, driving through from FL to GA. Twenty minute wait for a green tea latte, no other customers in line. Cashier made herself a tea and stood there drinking, waiting on the other two baristas making drinks for drive thru. Awful customer service every time.

Coffee prices are way too high which is to be expected being a Starbucks but part of the cost of the coffee is supposed to be great service of which I got none. The staff extremely rude kids did not even seem to care if they had a job or not if you do not want the job quit and let somebody have the job that needs it. I won't be back and I regret having stopped and spent $21.84 on this occasion the coffee probably worth 4 or $5 the service not worth a nickel. What has the service industry come to.

Such a nice looking Sbux!it's on the smaller side and not as much seating as other Starbucks. It's new and there is a lot of parking and a drive thru :) cute!

The crew is pretty amazing and always so friendly. Had a mistake and it was fixed immediately. It's very clean and the temperature is just right.

I have had nothing but good experiences at this Starbucks. The baristas have always been super friendly. The parking lot is awkward and a tight fit when there's a line in the drive-thru. I feel like most people wind up going through the drive-thru as a result, which makes for a typically quieter inside. This isn't always the case - it tends to be busy inside and out over the weekends. I get my drinks promptly, with a slight delay having occurred only during those busier weekends. So I tend to use the mobile app if I am wanting something over the weekend, and I head over to find it waiting for me. My drinks have always been perfectly made as well. I hesitate to say that's a bonus, since an order should always come as you have ordered it. But I've had experiences with Starbucks where I'll get a flavored latte to where the flavor is barely there or not there at all. I've never had this problem here...in fact, sometimes I feel like they are generous with it. Great for me!

Four out of the past four times I've used this location, they opened 30 minutes late. What's funnier is that when I call later to ask what time they opened; they lie and say they were open. The staff isn't super courteous either.

My favorite Starbucks! They're always super fast and accurate. Jennifer the barista gives me life. She's so nice!
