I've consistently had bad experiences with the service here, but I decided to give it another try since I needed a drink. Unfortunately, it was disappointing once again. I believe I was served by the same Ethiopian lady as before, and the situation repeated itself. After I placed my order, she kept staring at the tipping screen, making me feel extremely uncomfortable—almost as if I was expected or obligated to tip. I did tip her during my previous visit, but this time I didn’t, and she reacted by snatching the receipt from the machine. I was honestly shocked by that behavior. Customers should never be made to feel pressured to tip through stares or attitude. You never know someone’s financial situation, and tips should be earned through great service—not expected

I received the worst customer service ever. I ordered an iced tea waited 10 minutes(no line) politely ask Asia( barista) is my tea still brewing and very reduley she said it didn’t ring up. After I had to show the receipt to the cashier again to get my drink. The cashier was polite at least.

Keep expectations low. Drinks will likely be wrong, and food orders will likely be cold and/or sloppy. This is a hyper busy Starbucks worked by employees who are not interested in customer satisfaction. They are churning out volume. They don't care if it's right. They don't need to. People will always be in line. I have yet to get a correct order from a friendly employee, and this is my hub airport for a job that requires me to travel. But I still go...

This is THE ABSOLUTE WORST Starbucks in existence. I am truly amazed that the Starbucks Corporation has not fired everyone and completed a revamp of this location. Employees show no professionalism, there in zero expedience, zero courtesy or concern. My coffee was only 3/4 full. Customers in front of me were given incorrect orders. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING AT THIS LOCATION. Further down the concourse, toward gate 30, there is a Dunkin Donuts, that appeared to be operating perfectly, but dumb me, I already got Starbucks. ☹️☹️

I would rate this Starbucks 0 stars if I could. I was here on 8/8/25 around 7:11 PM. The older Asian lady was RUDE, she lacks customer service skills. We typically tip well, but with her rude demeanor and unfriendliness we didn’t tip although we did tell her to keep the change which was around 4 cents.I heard her complaining to the other younger employee about it while my boyfriend and I sat there and then she continued to talk about us. She should consider a new career if she HATES her job this much, the least she could do is fake her kindness. Maybe then she’d get the tips she’s expecting.

They made my both of my drinks wrong. I politely told them to remake it because I know the employee is new. The employee refused to remake it and gave me attitude, then the old Indian guy, seem like the manager came out pour the drink down the drain and told the employee to remake it. Instead of saying sorry, the Indian old man manager start mocking me, telling me to say cheese and stuff in a rude way. I feel bad for Starbucks having a horrible branch here.

Early flight with only thing open being starbucks. Mobile ordered so didn’t wait long but drinks were disgusting, not made right and tasted like stale milk. Even if it’s your only option, better to stay away.

I’ve never been to a Starbucks that moves this slow. It seemed like all the employees were stuck in quick sand 😂. Also just as a heads up there is no hot food.
