Starbucks

I went in the morning at 7:30 am. Wasn't crowded as this Starbucks is new and just opened a few weeks ago. The staff was very friendly and offered suggestions. The decor is beautiful with Trenton inspired murals on the walls. I got a gingerbread grande frappe and a cranberry scone they heated up for me. Both were delicious. It is clear they are still adjusting but I for one am very excited to have a Starbucks in this community! Update: have returned several times and am definitely seeing more people enjoying their drinks now. Preferable to dunkin nearby because I can comfortably sit down and relax for a while on a cold day.

Very nice Starbucks, the crew is awesome, they learn my name by the 2 nd visit, Ian ,Malika ,Raekwon and the other employees are great. I will recommend this place for anyone traveling in trenton area just to relax, working meetings, great freelance working environment.

This Starbucks was located in Trenton, NJ which we visited on a Saturday morning. 🌄 We had breakfast sandwiches coffee and a sweet treat. The iced coffee was delicious and very satisfying according to my two friends. I enjoyed a bacon cheese egg sandwich and a cranberry iced pastry that was perfect. The customer service was both friendly and quick. Bathrooms were coded locked and were very clean. A little high in price but then Starbucks always has been. It was the largest Starbucks I was ever in with plenty of seating areas with great views of the street. They also have 2 bathrooms.

Their the BEST! Customer service at its finest. Especially at 6am ... Always welcoming with a warm, inviting smile. Be careful of going at your 15-minute break. Everyone is going at their 15-minute break with you as well. Please be patient with the staff there. Tips are welcome there. Thanks for reading my review.

I love their double bacon cheddar breakfast sandwiches! Their blueberry scones are a huge treat!! My kids love their cake pops! My mom loves the coffee. Yes it's expensive but I'd pay more for tasty food, great service, friendly staff, spacious inside. Just great place to be

Love this Starbucks for the convenience. However, this store seems to be "on their own" from corporate. They close often due to short staffing (I think) and it is often a hit or a miss if I will be able to order from this location. The employees are always very friendly and professional but they could definitely use some extra help. This morning I waited over an hour for my mobile order as they were extremely busy and only had two people making orders.

The workers are all very upbeat and friendly. Great atmosphere. The line can be very long some mornings but that's every Starbucks. No drive thru but I don't mind going inside when everyone is nice. Always make my drinks properly too.

I've been meaning to go here for months and I'm glad I did. Unfortunately, it was during COVID so I didn't get to go to an open mic or anything. Still, the place was clean, the staff was very friendly and efficient, and the coffee was predictable. Though this location was great, I took a star off because, of the three iced vanilla lattes I ordered in the last three days (from separate coffee shops), this was the worst. Still, it's not bad. Keep up the good work!

This is a solid Starbucks but sadly it will be closing soon. The employees have also been very friendly. The biggest downside is that they had trouble getting or keeping staff so the hours often change and are different than what was posted on the website or app.

This is my most visited Starbucks since I work in the area and walk here about three times a week. This is for sure my comfort spot! Almost every employee knows my name and my tailored pink drink order! It almost feels like Cheers when I walk in and I hear employees and even management greeting me by name. I can't tell you how much I love coming here. Most of the time my drink is perfectly made with the exception here and there (and I am as nice as I can be if correcting it because they work very hard here!!). Kiara (may be spelling wrong) is such a sweetheart and I love when I see her! She brightens the room with her glowing personality. The customer service here is great. The only complaint that I have is the temperature is sometimes FREEZING. Last week it was 20 something degrees outside and the air conditioning was full blasting inside and I couldn't bear it. Otherwise, I love my Starbucks fam at the Trenton location!

I know this area sorely needed this Starbucks. It needed a place where people stayed instead of just dropping in and running out. The layout of this Starbucks is conducive to that, there are enough chairs, tables countertops and a conference room to give the neighborhood a place to stay. Not that Trenton is any different from other state capitals in that after 6pm, there is nary a soul to be found and especially when it's 30 degrees or less outside. But I have to say it's problematic when I order ahead on my app and yet still come in and wait. It's even worse when there is no queue, I peek in, see no one at the register, head straight to place an order and then have to wait 15 mins for a drink. There is no urgency until someone voices a complaint, which is what I observe with basically every other visit and I can assure you that I'm not the one logging a complaint. It appears to me that there isn't much of a difference when a complaint is logged to be honest. So it's either the wait is terrible or the drink isn't made the right way, which is another story altogether. So this pains me to say, I've got to be honest, but this indifference or lack of attention towards addressing a known problem is troubling for a business that really can/needs to kickstart a Trenton community that sorely needs it.

Trenton, New Jersey, is the last of the state capitals to have a Starbucks. After 400+ years of history, it has finally arrived. And, from the look of the place, the Green Mermaid spared little expense in designing this java joint. It is large, bright and original. Cut in a triangular shape at the corner of Front Street and South Warren Street, on the first floor of a State office building, the two outer walls are all glass, and both are lined with comfortable sitting areas for work and conversation. The back walls are painted with colorful murals of famous cityscapes - including the famous Trenton Makes Bridge across the Mighty Delaware River to Pennsylvania. The coffee is standard Starbucks (not my favorite), but there is something to be said for consistency. Their reliable snacks are present, and the service is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Everyone gets "TO GO" cups, even those hanging out, to save on losses. I enjoyed the fact that this beautiful facility was actually in this Sad Sack city, as much as I enjoyed my latte and slice of lemon pound cake. I watched as people filtered in and out. No one seemed to be taking the space for granted. The gold balloons didn't let that happen. I allowed myself a moment of pride and gratification for this city that has been down so long that Starbucks is a very big win. Let's hope it is the beginning of a renaissance that has been awaited since Washington surprised the Hessians on a cold Christmas morn.

So spacious! Customer service A+ and they have my favorite coffee (seasonal) which is no longer available anywhere else! Stoked!

They used to play music in the store.... what happened??? I enjoyed walking in there in the morning and hearing different music each day.

This Starbucks is clean and very spacious. Even has Trenton art on the walls. Perfect place to get coffee with friends or family or even get work done. I can tell the baristas are very hard working. Got my order in less than 5 minutes.

Trenton has great local coffee houses, but it's also nice to have a good brand name coffee chain right downtown. This location is in a nice corner spot. The interior is warm and welcoming, as are the baristas (Tony is our favorite). There are lots of cozy seating areas as well as tables for larger groups and meetings. The display cases are well stocked with a variety of food choices, even at 3:15pm. The wall murals reflect the historic and governmental significance of the city of Trenton. They are also open until 7:00, well after the state workers have departed.

I can honestly say I do not review many Starbucks because they seem to be all the same however, this location is a must see. It is more of a work of art in such a large space. They also have open make music with plenty a room to sit every Saturday

This really is a nice Starbucks and glad we do have one in Trenton. It lends an air of a professional place than the street life of Trenton. Nice to sit among a diversity of people primarily of the work life of Trenton. The baristas seem very nice and friendly. They have various entertainment events at times. This store really does try to create a community feel among customers. They let me sit as long as I want which sometimes I do stay a couple hours. Supposedly, you can actually sit without ordering, but I don't feel that's right. So, I get a coffee of different kinds while sitting with my phone. Interestingly, people painted rainbows a while ago outside in the intersection of S. Warren & Front streets in honor of LGBTQAI+. That's very progressive and of course, Starbucks is very open minded.

I'm usually not a huge fan of Starbucks, but this is a great space. It's huge, with plenty of places to hang out. There's a community room for group meetings, which I think is just awesome, and there's art on the walls that pay respect to being in Trenton. Definitely a place to get coffee and hang around if in the area.

Love this Starbucks. It's a community Starbucks, so they have poetry and entertainment at times. The manager is awesome and really turned things around. It had a rough start in the beginning. It's very very spacious. Great for meetings!!! Parking can be tough although I always luck out.

I came to this Starbucks and they had expiration drinks and sandwich sitting there in there fright . Be careful people no one want to get STOMACH VIRUS for expiration food. Thank you Starbucks

Even with all the break and lunch rushes,All the staff are so friendly and will even remember your order (especially if you are there an unhealthy amount of times). I love stepping away from my desk and having a seat or stopping in during my lunch hour for an afternoon coffee boost. Have not used their conference area, but with so many businesses in the area it makes for a unique meeting space.

I got a Frappuccino because it's super hot out today; not only is my drink delicious but the employees here were so kind and friendly!

Very happy to have a Starbucks to stop at clise to work! There have been a couple times they have been slow with service. Today, I tried the Blonde Vanilla Latte and I was not happy with it. I am wondering if they forgot the Vanilla. Overall, I have had minimal issues and will return to try new flavors as well as enjoy my White Chocolate Mocha!

Service could be better. The crew fails to communicate with each other. Product taste inconsistent. My latte was a cup of warm milk. I'll give this location one more try for coffee. The food is as you would expect.

Good Location, nice layout inside. I encountered the most unhelpful women at the register today. Needed a little guidance ordering as I could not find something on the menu. Just an unpleasant experience with an unpleasant person. She seemed annoyed and irritated. Other staffers were pleasant enough and service was quick. But will be going elsewhere from now on. Too bad just got to the area and was looking for regular spot to frequent.

A wonderful addition to downtown. The design is unique and represents Trenton's history and future potential. I stop by regularly and always see someone I know. The staff are attentive and well trained - it gets better every day. You know what to expect about the food and drinks from a Starbucks. The ambiance here is what makes it extra special.
